Not a rant, just a genuine question to the community.
I’ve noticed sometimes messages to vendors get replied to really quickly, and other times it can take quite a while. I completely get that vendors are busy packing orders, dealing with shipping, or just living normal lives outside the platform, so it’s not always instant.
Just curious what people generally expect on LittleBiggy when it comes to reply times? Is it usually same day, within 24 hours, or do most people just place the order and wait?
Also interested to hear from vendors themselves — do you set certain times when you check messages or is it more of a when-you-can thing?
Thought it would be useful for buyers and sellers to share expectations so everyone’s on the same page 👍

9/10 times I just order and wait unless using a new vendor and will usually drop a small message first if its a monthly top up order.
When I wait a reply, I would expect a few hours normally, unless I messaged at a silly time, I don't think I have had anyone take longer than a day to reply. (I also feel very lucky with the fact I nailed down who trusted vendors were really early)

Sleep is for when ya dead. I don’t get vendors who don’t reply to there messages. I’ve got ocd so just seeing I’ve got an unread message annoys me so I always try to reply asap, otherwise chances are I’ll forget 🤦🏼♂️

I’m not really here to salt vendors or tear products apart publicly. Everyone’s tastes, tolerances and preferences are different at the end of the day
What I prefer doing is highlighting products I genuinely enjoyed and giving people a proper look at things I’d happily use again myself — flavour, effects, smoothness, quality and overall experience
Cheap smoke doesn’t always mean bad smoke and expensive smoke definitely doesn’t always mean good smoke either 😅 I’ve had surprises from both ends over the years
I mainly try to give more eyes to stuff that feels clean, enjoyable and properly looked after because that’s the kind of information I personally like seeing before I buy something myself
At the end of the day I just enjoy good cannabis and sharing honest experiences with the community 👌

I tend to review the bits I'd happily buy or use again. If I get what's advertised and the effects are good (even with my stupidly high tolerance 😂), it's something I'm happy to write about.

Not gonna lie, the topic wall hasn’t really been working great lately. Some posts just seem to get 0 visibility which is frustrating — especially for vendors trying to get seen, but even for normal discussions like this.
So thought I’d just throw this out there and see if it actually gets moving.
What’s everyone actually rating right now in terms of strains?
For me at the moment, I keep going back to Dalgety Korean BBQ — just one of those that ticks all the boxes. Good flavour, solid effects, and consistent every time I’ve had it.
Also curious how people are consuming it these days.
I smoked bongs and blunts for about 15 years, then about 5 years ago switched over to a Volcano Hybrid — and honestly I wish I’d done it sooner. Way cleaner, better flavour, and just feels like you get more out of the strain.

The top shelf pistach has is very good. Superbuff is what I enjoyed the most recently. I have stocked up on some of it
Any pistachio strain is good, really enjoyed his static hash and those exotic flowers hitting the spot, from regular his cherry and gorilla glue are on the top shelf, together with green cat patella hash and doncolo as well ,cannibals have similar to it hash.

Not trying to rant, just something I’ve been noticing more and more — and honestly, I’ve been overthinking it since it happened to me.
I’ve ordered from this vendor multiple times, always happy with the quality. Then, out of nowhere, the latest ounce I received was… disappointing. The bud was trimmed fine, but it was dry, weak, and barely had any smell — just not what I’ve come to expect from them.
You message the vendor, and to be fair, some of them do respond and try to “make it right.” Often, that means sending out 7g of something much better — basically what the original ounce should have been.
And that’s where I’m a bit stuck. Because yeah, the 7g might be nice — but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the original ounce (28g) wasn’t up to standard. It kind of feels like a partial fix to a full problem.
Not saying every vendor is doing this, and I get that mistakes happen, batches vary, etc. But from a buyer’s perspective, it can feel like you’re still taking a loss overall.
Curious how others see it:

What would you expect instead in that situation?

I had this recently for 14g but vendor didn't want reship. Should I dispute based on quality misled?
Yeah that’s a tricky one. Personally I’d always try sort it with the vendor first if you haven’t already — just be straight about the quality not matching what was advertised.
If they’re not willing to work with you at all then I can understand why you’d consider a dispute, especially if it feels misrepresented.
I think that’s kind of the point I was getting at with this post — it’s when the resolution doesn’t really match the issue that it gets frustrating.

I ordered astronauts exotic flower, 'shipped from cali' and when I received it, it was burnt dead bud so I messaged the vendor and he said 'tough luck, its your problem if you don't like the quality' even though the pictures or description didn't match in any way. When I raised the dispute I got flagged as suspected fraud so I removed the dispute but still labeled as fraud

I see alot of vendors doing Giveaways by guessing closer to BTC price. Is there any other ideas?
Buy a roll of raffle tickets and mark them so they can't be duplicated.
Put one in with each order.
Pull the winners after two weeks.
That way you're giving back to the people that are actively supporting you.

Problem is you won’t reach out to new customers just rewarding existing. Hesh has it about right. You need 25 buys or more to claim.. perhaps small prizes like 3.5 get to more people. ETH to be different.lol

yup, 1st order from a vendor matters, once trust has been built mistakes can be made and forgotten about.
For me it’s a few things…
Good name and branding make it easier to remember sellers, e.g. TSM who even use custom space themed baggies with different designs. Sellers with names like “ukgrower194” with no logo and send products in plain packaging are less memorable on this front.
But it’s mainly the quality of the product and how quickly they are to dispatch that makes me want to go back to a seller.

Extract Bundle — Better Than Expected 👌
I've tried a couple from this bundle so far and honestly, they've been lovely — proper clean, tasty smoke with plenty of flavour coming through.
The postage was very secure as well, with everything arriving in a little protective case. I thought that was a pretty cool touch and definitely gave me confidence that everything was packed properly for the journey 👌
I'll admit I wasn't expecting anything amazing at this price point, but I was pleasantly surprised. For £150 for the 12g bundle, I think the quality is pretty decent for the money.
I'm mainly a flower guy by day, so I tend to keep the concentrates for the evening, but I decided to give one of the more sativa-leaning options a try and it definitely didn't disappoint.
Really smooth and enjoyable so far, with some nice flavours coming through from what I've tried. I'll be working my way through the rest over the next few days and might add to this once I've had a proper run through the different varieties.
So far though, first impressions are very good for the price 💚

Since then (22nd May) zero comms except bs automated messages asking for a review.
Ignoring 2 messages I have sent, and I can see that they have used messenger recently.

First time I ordered it got delivered next day. Now it's over 5 days and he's not letting me message him so I can't even ask for the tracking code, very disappointed

I apologise for missing your messages I had loads after the bank holiday and I wasn't on yesterday. And I marked it as sent as it was packed you'll have your tracking number and very likely your pack shortly

I'll be honest, I don't usually go for shake, but this really surprised me. Straight away you can tell it's fresh, with a lovely smell and loads of terps coming through.
The flavour is just as good as the aroma, making for a really tasty smoke from start to finish. Everything about it looked, smelled and smoked fresh.
I'd genuinely put this in my top three shake listings that I've tried on LB. It never felt like I was scraping the bottom of the barrel—just a proper quality shake that delivers.
If funds are a little tight but you still want something enjoyable, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a bash. I'd happily pick it up again myself 💚

Not normally a shake buyer but thought I’d give this ago for the price and new vendor, definitely not disappointed got 2 smokes out of the buds and probably use the rest in a vape, fresh and frosty 💚👌🏼
I will back this up. I received mine ndd. Quality bit of shake. Packed with thc and not much stalk at all. Tastes and smells like MAC for sure. I was really happy with it. The only one close to this for me was DoctorGreen had some Z shake and it was loaded with buds. That was a while back though.

Sweet floral smell straight away on this one, and honestly it's a lot louder than I remember Black Widow being back in the day — and that's definitely a good thing 😅
Very nice looking buds bursting with smell and flavour. The cure has been done really well on this one, giving it a fresh feel while still grinding up beautifully.
The flavour follows through nicely with those sweet floral notes carrying into the smoke. Super smooth from start to finish, which is probably why I kept finding myself reaching for another bowl 👌
The effects kicked in pretty quickly too. I found myself getting properly spaced out, only really snapping back to reality to finish the bowl 😂
For me this one is more of a head high than a body high, and I actually really enjoyed that. Clear enough to function but with that classic "staring into space thinking about absolutely nothing" effect.
Ground up nicely as well and left the room smelling lovely afterwards.
I'd happily keep this one in the daytime rotation and would definitely grab it again 💚

The smell on this one is absolutely beautiful. Very sweet straight away with a gassy, almost cheesy undertone lurking in the background. One of those jars you keep opening just for another sniff 👌
The flavour is every bit as good as the smell. Sweet without being overpowering, more mouth-watering than anything else. Proper tasty smoke from start to finish.
I ran this through the Volcano to get the most out of the terps and it was definitely worth it. Super smooth all the way through with no harshness, just clean flavour and plenty of it.
The effects are heavy duty as well. Nice noticeable head high to begin with before the rest slowly creeps up on you. I actually caught myself staring into space halfway through writing this review 😂

honestly it'd have to be a treat at this price as i can shove a good 2g+ into the volcano bowl at a time 🤣 would be selling my organs at that point only keeping my lungs. in saying that the products very fresh and stinky with a nice high something you'd expect from top shelf

You need to buy branded things like this occasionally so you can have a reset of the quality vs value level of decent bud in your head (maybe for your birthday or something so it seems more justified?). It may well just make you realise it's not worth the premium, and you're better off with some decently grown UK instead.

I couldn’t speak on the quality of his WPFF but if you know the brand sumer6 the quality is amazing had some of the tropical lei today it’s absolutely 🔥
Will deffo be trying yours sometime, missed out last time as your page only appeared after your samples had already been snapped up

Ill decide whose eligible for the samples ill likely do a randomiser for 3 and choose 3 based on stats (who can best promote) + lechuga since he tried to get the last sample run and just missed the cut off
Menu and packaging look good, tempted by that mochi although usually buy cheaper stuff so will be good to see what UK weed you have coming up too!

I just added some black widow today it’s very very close to Topshelf most people would just call it Topshelf it’s a lot cheaper than the mochi will not disappoint
The uk I’ve got rn isn’t the best some Jaffa cake budget weed I’m going to smoke some maybe tommorow got too much to try rn I’ll keep you updated
Can’t leave too many comments before I get banned again I wasn’t planning on giving away the branded sealed but I’ll have samples of everything else and I might just split a jar of the tide banger for a few of you guys I’ll be sending out samples later this week I will keep you 6 in mind 🙏

06/08/26 — Straight away this one had my mouth watering 😅
As soon as I cracked the bag open I was greeted with a lovely sweet aroma backed up by a subtle gassy undertone. One of those strains that keeps pulling you back in for another sniff 👌
The buds were very nicely cured with plenty of visible trichomes, giving them a proper frosty look that carried through to the overall quality.
The flavour follows through really well, giving a sweet smoke with that gassy edge lingering nicely in the background. A proper enjoyable terp profile from start to finish, and it smoked beautifully.
The effects were just as enjoyable too—a well-balanced high that left me feeling relaxed while still able to get on with the day.
Definitely one I'd be happy to pick up again in the future. A really tasty bit of flower that's well worth trying if you're into sweeter strains with a touch of gas 💚

11/07/26 — Straight away this one looked nice n fresh. A lovely sweet floral smell as soon as I opened the bag, with a nice burst of citrus coming through once it was broken down 👌
The bud structure and density were really good. The bits I had benefited from a day out of the bag to dry just that little touch more, and after that they smoked beautifully.
Really smooth all the way through with a lovely floral flavour that made it a perfect smoke for the sunny weather we've been having lately 😅
I vaped this through the Volcano at 188°C before finishing at 205°C, and the balanced sativa/indica effects were very noticeable. It started off with a nice clear-headed buzz before easing into a relaxed, comfortable feeling.
One thing I really noticed with this one was how sociable it made me feel. Definitely the kind of smoke I'd happily reach for when chilling with mates or spending time outdoors.
I only grabbed the sample to see what it was like, but I'll definitely be picking up more next time 💚

The effects were just as enjoyable. It starts with a nice uplifting head high before gradually easing into a slow, relaxing full-body buzz that never felt too heavy.
I actually took this one out paddle boarding with me and it was the perfect strain for it. Relaxing enough to enjoy the scenery while still keeping me in a great mood.
This is definitely one I'd pick up again without hesitation 💚

Straight away you're hit with a lovely sweet aroma backed up by a subtle banana undertone. Proper loud stuff that lets you know it's there as soon as the seal's broken 👌
The flavour follows the smell really well, with a sweet profile on the inhale and a pleasant banana aftertaste that hangs around nicely.
It melts down clean and leaves very little behind, which is always nice to see. The effects were spot on too—uplifting, positive and giving me a good upbeat feeling without being overwhelming.
Really glad I gave this new vendor a go, and I'll definitely be keeping an eye on what else they bring to the menu.

👊 the honey banana was nice but I didn’t list that because there was an issue with the storage it lost a lot of the oil so it’s not as potent as the rest
