love that mate 🙏

that's the one mate 🙏 love to hear it, let us know how you get on with all four ♥️

Amazing, NDD. Pistach is the best. Strongly recommended. Great stuff

Will do as always

I did not receive today after receiving comms saying would be sent out. Maybe tomorrow but I’m guessing not. I can dispute tomorrow

Pistach is back!!! Happy days

I have received comms today explaining and apologising. My order has now been sent they’ve said. Hold tight they might just have a back log of people to get through.

I will update in a day or two if I’ve received or not.

Potentially as it didn’t arrive again today

Any news about Pistach?

Cheers. Pistach always been spot on. Never had an issue with him over 5 years. I hope you get yours.

message me mate, i'll sort you 🙏

Terrible service. And its never gonna be sorted. Such a shame. Nice prices tho.

Mate I’ve been buying regularly for the past few years usually grab an oz a time as well but my last 3 orders have taken between 8-11 days to arrive. What I will say is that if you’re not in a rush and don’t mind the risk of waiting then go ahead. You’ll most likely get your order after a while. I’ve been ordering a bit from Pistach and a bit from someone else to keep me going whilst I wait.

King is back, just ordered 4 different flavours. Will see. Pistach never let me down!!! I will update here

Hopefully will be back stronger

I also put a order in on thursday the 9th of July early morning 2am for 24 hour delivery , was marked sent by half 12 that day . Friday came and gone nothing . ast for the tracking number that night so I could see where my parcel was in transit or if it had even been sent at all after seeing lots of others saying this has happened to them and he hadnt bothered sending it just marked it as sent. it is now Tuesday the 14th and I have still not heard anything from pistach regarding my order even though he has been on messenger . others still leaving reviews saying there's came in a day or two so what has happened to mine .I'd say their communication has been terrible but you need to respond to someone to have communication i have just been ignored not for the first time either .

Recieved a reship/product eventually. Appreciate the follow through but not the effort it took to recieve my order.

Thanks for correcting a wrong regardless.

I was delayed a couple of times but it has turned up today so keep pressuring and you may get it sorted

PISTACH is a liar mate you’re not gonna receive your order just lies that’s it’s been sent and waiting forever for a half baked apology and more lies. Just raise the dispute and after the dispute has resolved review it as honesty and harshly as you can, people need to know that PISTACH has dropped off become a joke of a seller.

its a shame, he's been reliable for so long.

I even messaged on monday as i ordered early in morning to check same day dispatch. was told it was "confirmed" sent on monday.

Not had a single comm since or delivery. just a bit disappointed tbh - only reason i ordered off pistach was for the reliability. regret not giving a new vendor a chance now - wont make that mistake again!

Reading through the most recent posts and my order being a little delayed, I'm starting to worry I may be in the same boat.

Hope you get sorted soon bud!

Hey man mine turned up today hope you get yours sorted too

Yea I did thanks.

as of 03/07 still no responses.

I’ll be surprised if my order ever actually gets sent. Twice you told me my order was sent then questioned about where it is you told me it’s not actually been sent yet. And today you said you’ll actually send it and give me tracking info, but no tracking info today and blanks to all my messages. If you think nothing weighs more than anything then Yh your order will be overweight but those of us on planet earth know that NOTHING IS NOTHING!!! YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE OVERWEIGHT, IT WONT BE SENT!

MY PARCEL ARRIVED!

Im in the same boat and now have just cancled a order as i have 6 unread messages and it shows hes used his messager takes the piss a bit, been okay till now, i stopped using before cus of issues.

I put my order in on the 5th June, nothing has arrived and no tracking details provided.

They've apologised a few times but I can't smoke an apology...

Hey mate, sorry for the silence — DM'd you on LB to sort, watch your inbox 🙏

What’s the point of messaging you? You’ll just ignore the messages, drag out a reply, give a half baked apology then lie about having sent until you have to admit that actually you never sent it in the first, second or third place! Then as the cherry on top you’ll promise it’s gonna be sent out today with tracking this time, but of course it won’t be, nothing will be sent, no tracking info given and of course more ignored messages. Your apologies are useless and hollow, an apology needs to be alongside an actual fix to the problem not just more problems!

Shit, wish I’d read this before purchasing. Been waiting 6 days now 😭

Still no parcel, Pistach also not being very helpful in messages. Responding like an NPC.
Doesn't even sound like there's any intention of sending this order out tbh.

I can dispute from tomorrow which I don't want to do but let's see what happens, will anything arrive?

Doesn't look like he's still here, can't see his listing.

Recently had delays on postage but got the item. Due to the delays I have stopped ordering from Pistach until they get back on track

Delays are ok, they happen here and there unfortunately, but some form of communication would be good

Ordered on 17/06 (12pm), it's now 28/06 and nothing received. They said they'd reship on the 25th, nothing but radio silence since and no packages received...

Was this ever resolved?

Did your dispute get resolved automatically?

Looks like hes done the same to many others

Actually wouldn’t use this place if this guy was the only option

Was sent an empty box before and took 3 weeks to resolve

I avoid at all costs

ordered last friday, didn't turn up until wednesday - ordered again this wednesday (11/06), paid for 24 hours and 2 days later, still not here.
(EDIT: 18/06 - still hasn't arrived - after chasing it up on the 15/06, he claimed they had to restock the trim so the order wasn't sent out yet, despite marking it as sent 11/06. Serious communication issues, 8 days now on an order with paid postage. Lack of tracking info, one response a day if I'm lucky, just not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.)

Not the first time, won't be the last

Trust Pistach. Hasn't let me down yet. If they do I will be posting

Pistach was sold to new owners some time ago, you biggas must be new…oh and stop trying to get everything “cheap” you get what you pay for in life after all #stayclassy #onelife

yep i miss the old guys yea they messed up a few times but always got it fixed and always delivered the product you were buying, then there was all that carry on with some dodgy postman down in Cornwall that was stealing all their packages and their reputation got trashed on here to the point they were maybe banned or just left not sure which.
Edit cant say what the new guys are like as i have never used them just thought i should add that.

How do you know if it has been sold?

The Pistach account has 100% changed hands at least once since I've been here in 3 years. You can tell.

All I can say is I've been using PISTACH for a long time and always get exactly what I ordered the next day + usually a small bit extra. No issues whatsoever, probably the best £ for £ value on this site. The selection + quality the last 2 months has been top.

you are wrong, use little biggy index and you'll see the best value... pistach always will send random weed

Maybe but price ffs i cant find cheaper. Dunno what to do hw much longer to wait

how is that possible

Nop, thats me with the best £ for £ brother

How ? If to get 14g i need to pay 144$ when pistach is offering 100$ so 40$ more for what reason sorry

You're talking value though, not quality. £ for £, on quality and service, you'd go bankrupt with Pistach. Not that I pay TheGoodStuffs prices either, I just prefer to get from the growers.

Looking good but pistach have cheaper
