ordered on Wednesday before cut off, marked as sent the same day - its now Sunday and my package still hasn't arrived. Have messaged multiple times now asking for tracking and after asking for my postcode, they no longer want to respond.

The delays aren't the issue, it's the fact that no one on the team seems bothered enough to respond - why would they care when they have your money right?

Placed an order on Thursday 11th before cutoff and it’s now the 18th and still no show. This guy has given me the spin told me it’s been posted twice when it clearly hasn’t because he doesn’t want to provide a tracking number. First told me it was out of stock then it was restocked then also had the fucking nerve to ask for a review even though my shit still isn’t here… I’ve made over 80 orders with this mf and this is how I get treated. Don’t waste your time. Find another vendor as I will be doing after this.
