Just wondering why we have the ability to message sellers when they don’t respond. Been waiting 16 days and still nothing but vendor is either ignoring me or taking the piss. Is this escrow thing worth doing? Or should I cut my losses?
Same for me. Messaged 3 times with no response.. only just had a response saying it could be up to 2 weeks! Pandemic or not , this is far too long. JJ is the best seller here. Responds to your messages immediately and next day or 2 delivery.
Samer here. 15 days and counting. But I'll wait another week before i dispute, the seller has great reputation, so I hope it's all down to postal services. I hate not getting an answer, makes me feel as soon as they have the $$ they don't care anymore...
I had actually read on here that Vendors don’t receive money for orders for weeks after it’s placed which I found surprising. the BTC is held in transaxe or somewhere. So that might not be the reason why they aren’t replying atm. I must say though 15 days is a long wait depending on your location, who is the vendor?
Only vendor I’ve used on here so far is JJ and every single message I’ve sent to him has been replied within an hour or two, it’s unbelievable customer service since he must get a fair few messages. With my limited experience on here I’d recommend him lol
They could at least provide info for a service that was paid for, like the tracking number, or at least the exact location. I've been waiting for a month now (so are others) for my order and there seems to be more than one vendor that is concerned. I start to believe that there is a bigger problem concerning the orders posted on April 28th...
Very true mate, RB the vendor I take it? Was looking at getting from him but hearing so many reports about missing packages put me off. Think the date was 28/04 for most iirc.
Since it’s all from the same date it sounds like something went wrong on that order date tbh, hard to say without tracking. Don’t want to harp on about him but JJ also provides tracking which I why I chose him for my first order. I think there are one or two other vendors who provide it if requested or at least check on it for you. If they don’t reply that’s just useless though
Hey Guys. Anybody able to get a reply from them ? Might be really busy, enquired for a status update 3 days ago, but still no feedback. Reading the reviews, most of the packages arrive quite fast (4-6 days for EU). I ordered on 28/4, but nothing arrived until now. Hope everything goes well
That's really strange. Have you sent them out tracked by any chance ? Either RM messed up really bad that day, or the orders have all been intercepted by customs. Either way, it's not helping when we can't track the orders (even if we paid for it :( )
Mine has just arrived, 2 days later than NDD. Tracking info shows that it was never going to make NDD because it was posted at 5pm on the despatch day. On top of that there was also a Royal Mail delay. No reply to messages however the goods look good. Previous package was on time, NDD. Worried a little because of delay and lack of comms. I chose NDD because I have to be stealthy at my delivery address.
So what do we do now? He messaged me back last week and said wait i haven’t received a customs letter so it shouldn’t of been caught but I don’t care pandemic or no pandemic it does not take a month for post from England to reach Ireland
Im same. No response. I understand they asked to only message if urgent in past, but if you are telling us to use NDD then NDD doesnt come through what are we sposed to do? My postie has said there is no issue with NDD here. Other depos will be different, but i dunno. I work for a small business sending packages each day and i checked yesterday and weve literally NEVER had a package not show up in the past 3 1/2 years.
I also ordered 28/4 and no sign yet as of 11/5. Seems he got a lot of orders around then so a backlog or delay is understandable. I have asked for an update but not expecting one :) I think many of the vendors try and sit it out, knowing that their packages arrive sooner or later.
I think they get so many messages that they don't bother to answer them anymore as it would take too long :) At least it is good to know that there are other biggas that are still waiting and not getting any feedback, so we are are not alone :)
I can understand being busy but to me, that's not really an excuse and is very poor customer service. I know RB is legit but it's not hard to answer a few messages and put peoples minds at ease.
Some vendors on here are extremely popular / busy and I can understand that but I cannot understand not looking or responding to peoples messages. I'm waiting 3 weeks now and have yet to get a response, I can only wait so long before I dispute (I really don't want to dispute but can't even get a response so here in lies the problem).
Again, I know RB is legit and I have received a parcel from them last week but as a customer I really don't feel valued :-/
I'm outside of the UK so my options are limited in that regard but I chose RB because of their reputation and honestly, their price. Some vendors are taking the piss with prices but that's the name of the game, supply and demand and all that jazz. My second order with RB came through in perfect condition and very quickly. As well as being unbeleivable bud and for a good price. It is for these reasons I will be giving them another chance.
Well, as I said I have only had limited experience with RB but he did reply to my message yesterday and was very curteous and helpful. I had a great experience with my other order and would definitely buy from RB. My only issue was getting no responses to my messages, as the package is still not here after ordering on the 23rd I was just a bit worried.
I'm sorry that you had a bad experience and I'm well aware from other posts on LB that you're not alone, but personally I think this was just a bad patch for RB (maybe technical or personal issues), I really don't know but I'm prepared to wait a little longer and give them another chance.
You're right, it's definately not customer friendly. I wouldn't even care if it took a month to arrive if I only had a tracking number to be sure that package is on its way :) but not answering at all, even though they are online everyday, makes me think twice using their services again...
Yeah, my last order (from a different vendor) took over 3 weeks. I finally got the tracking info after 3 weeks and turned out the package had been sitting in a local parcel centre for 2 weeks. If the vendor had replied to my request for tracking info earlier, then I would have got the goods earlier. But c'est la vie at the moment....I'm just thankful I found a legit page to buy stuff!
Same boat, ordered on the 23rd and no response or update. I can understand RB is busy but another package I ordered from them got here within a week so if it's lost or still in transit it would be nice just for some clarity. I don't want to be flooding their inbox either but I'll give it another couple of days. Hopefully everybody gets there goods!

Thanks for the input! I don't doubt RB's integrety due to all the positive reviews. I was just hoping they would provide feedback about the status as it is a tracked order. Could just be a safety measure from them, I don't know :)
I’ve had a similar problem- an order sent in March never landed (EU), got the tracking info too late for RM to chase it up. RB agreed to reship 50%, but I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for that to show up and still no sign. I get not wanting to share tracking info for every package for security reasons, but it’s very disheartening when a large package goes missing!
Have you had yours yet ? I'm still waiting for a reply, order hasn't arrived yet. It's been 17 days now, and more than a week without a message back, but keeps posting new stuff. I'm really disappointed and nervous that the order has been caught by customs or so...
Man that sucks. Paying for tracked, then he can't provide the tracking ID. I really do believe that the orders haven't been sent tracked, and that's why he doesn't reply to anyone... I disputed the order, I'm really fed up with that kind of behaviour, as he's been logged in everyday and sending out orders, but not able to reply to customers that have been waiting a month now. if it was only for a few g's, but for me it's an oz that is lost...
