Accidentally cancelled dispute
Hello, need some help, I've been waiting since the 17th Aug for an order that hasn't turned up it's now the 26th and still hasn't changed, nor has it moved an inch since then. I opened a dispute but accidentally cancelled, and the seller taking ages to reply back. I've got all the screen shots as proof. Just not sure on what to do?. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
So there's nothing else I can do at this point?. It's been a fucking headache. MJconcentrates is the seller, I've ordered for them before and haven't had any issues, until now. He's said that the package either been opened/searched, delayed, or that my address has been marked, to me it's as though the label has been created but not posted/scanned into the network.
I also ordered something else at the same time and that got delivered the following day.
Is there someone on here that I message and explain my issue to get it sorted?

If there is only a label created it means the drop off point doesnt move on - there was no further scan. Usually police / customs will contact you in a few next days after intercept. My own experience in september 2025🙈

Yeah, I'm losing hope with the seller, it'll be the 7th tomorrow and still not moved, nor received, and the seller keeps putting off rather then help. Keeps blaming royalmail for the delay, but I've ordered from 3 different sellers while I've been waiting, and I've received everything, yet still waiting on the seller to sort out something, but still waiting.🙄

Hi, I'm hoping you can help me out with this. I've been waiting since 17th August for the order, but the Royal Mail tracking is still showing "We're expecting it" and hasn't moved or updated since then.
I opened a dispute earlier but accidentally cancelled it, and now the dispute button has disappeared, so I can't reopen it. I've also been waiting for a reply from you regarding what's happening.
I have screenshots of everything, including the tracking and messages. I cancelled the dispute hoping we could get this sorted directly, but I'm now unsure what to do.
Can you please let me know what's happening with the order or help get this resolved? Cheers.

It may well still arrive. RM can't deal with new parcels in an efficient manner, let alone backlogs from the warm spell of weather we had.

I did have dispute button shown, but I accidentally withdrew, and can no longer dispute it. This is what I'm not sure on what I can do. Like I said I've never ever had this happen.
Going to do this now, the seller messaged me yesterday saying he would get it sorted, but I'm still waiting.
Seller got back to me, and said there's some hold ups with some of the parcels. So hopefully it'll get sorted. I do tend to stick with the same sellers and he has been shit hot with it getting delivered the following day. Thanks for the reply.
That’s a shame that’s happened to you, hopefully this might get you more of a instant response, I like to give vendors the benefit of the doubt with any issues I face with orders as they always correct it and treat things like a actual business and not like some teenager selling bud on a street corner, I completely agree though it’s the being kept out of the loop and not hearing back is very frustrating as just a simple update would let you know what’s happened or going on with your order
