You know, they seem to be getting harder and harder but you just take what is thrown your way, be honest with your customer, work together to resolve issue and it usually works out. My most difficult transactions are where other agents are not doing their job and I intervene to get the job done, then, they take credit for my work. BUT, that's OK as long as my customer is happy with what I did for them.
