Okay my apologies and I m sorry if I’ve came off rude. l take full accountability of the fact that I missed delivery last time and today. Fixed the bell after being aware of this. So hopefully I won’t miss any more delivery. So I apologise people again for this post saying it didn’t arrive today, I didn’t have any way of knowing attempt was made since bell wasn’t working and didn’t have tracking.
However, my point kinda still stands I guess…. I mean, I paid for SNDD on Friday. It was marked sent on Friday. And upon checking tracking Vendor dispatched it Tuesday. I asked for update tracking since Saturday, but jst got it now. Better comms could’ve been done and could’ve told me honestly that it was dispatched late. I wouldn’t have gone off the rails like this if he had said so.
And I didn’t dispute a bigger order, I disputed the exact amount if you look properly within that order, I did this bcux I had reviewed the order that didn’t get here so the dispute button was missing from it, hence had to use the same amount/price previous order dispute. I’ve withdrawn dispute since this.
But, all this should’ve could’ve would’ve. It’s all said and done. The packs in local depot..
Ima be fully accountable and apologise and say Sorry GC for hasty post, I could’ve worded it better maybe, but I Jst wish you took accountability of the fact that you dispatched this late.
But like I mentioned above GC been my go to vendor and will prolly still be despite all these minor issues. After all, that’s what they are. Minor tings. Only if we can get better communication from vendor moving forwards it’d be appreciated!
Anyone reading this thread, GC has good product and I haven’t been let down in quality, I guess only comms is a bit lacking and this is the 1st time he dispatched late, the other time it was delayed was RM at fault. We are all humans so we all make mistakes, I’ve made one by posting this hastily I guess , another by not fixing bell. But moving forward with precision, from the lessons of our past mistakes is also part of being human.
Other than that, ima go collect in my local depot tmr thank you for your service, better late than never I guess…
