Looks and smells good but one of the tubs is filthy on the outside, had to wipe it down with ISO. The tubs are huge, far too big for 1g. The awkward shape means you can't scrape the ridges with a dab tool. Props for glass, however.

Delivery - 3/10

Tried not to be too harsh here but there's just no excuse. I ordered Thursday PM so I'd expect Friday dispatch (pushing Saturday as they're new), considering the manifesto states 1-2 day dispatch and posts from the vendor claim NDD, failing that 2DD. This was dispatched the following Tuesday, according to the tracking - 5 days after I made the order. (EDITED TO ADD: RM marked my address as inaccessible so this was delayed an extra day at no fault of the vendor)

Comms - 1/10

I messaged the vendor 3 times and did not get a reply to each of my 3 messages. The vendor stated initially that comms were priority - if this is the case, why are paying customers sending 3 messages about their orders and not hearing anything back? This is the one that really rubbed me the wrong way - do NOT say comms are your priority if you can't even be arsed to open my messages.

I totally appreciate this is a sample offer from a new vendor and I really don't want to come across as a dick - but this experience was an absolute shambles. Compare this with another new vendor whose sample offer I've also just taken advantage of, the difference is NIGHT AND DAY.

Based on the other reviews, if this is how the vendor has dealt with their first 20 orders, I'll be steering well clear. I told the vendor I'd post a review with pictures but after this, I genuinely can't be arsed. One to avoid IMHO.
