Until today the dispute count on display subtracted resolved disputes from the total. Now it reflects total disputes raised instead.
This calculation has proven to give much better predictions for troubles that both a buyer and seller may encounter.
Under the previous calculation an unscrupulous buyer can consistently raise disputes, cut deals and evade public scrutiny. The algorithms can see this for dispute settlement but that doesn't help sellers avoid problems before they compound.
Similarly an unscrupulous seller can extend a wave of pre-exit disputes in order to evade detection from buyers.
Please don't fret for the increase you are likely to see, it effects everyone.
I really can't agree with u cleanup borg ... either the dispute algorithm works or not .. showing raised disputes that have been paid 100% in my favour (dispute algorithm) .. often against what turns out to be a fraud suspected vendor .. how will that benefit a vendor seeing I have 1.4% disputes instead of the previous 0 .. so the vendor now's sees what could be mistaken for a buyer who tries it on with disputes and not an honest buyer who was occasionally ripped off by an unscrupulous vendor 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

i have had nightmares with disputes. i got hit with wave after wave of scammers all from the same area and all sharing some other common patterns last summer. zero support from LB.
Also had issues at my end with post not going out last year too but managed to fix the issue. losts of disputes but all resolved in that case.
however i dont know if you know this but LB sometimes pays out the dispute even if you appear to have won. in that case Transaxe holds a debt against your name and can increase fees to recoup the decision they made whenever they like.
in the last 6 months i have only had one dispute and that was from someone that didnt know what to do when i didnt respond to their message for longer than 2 hours. minor issue and instantly fixed.
the other issue is buyers raising disputes and then dissapearing. vendor money locked up and dispute window closes with ignored messages from LB
a refund option would be good too for once a parcel has been sent but that doesnt seem to be in the roadmap. ive even been advised to let a dipute time out in order to refund and still recieved a bad mark.
What a joke we've gone above and beyond to hold zero disputes in 5+ years and this does nothing beneficial again your neglecting your responsibilities if a buyer is consistently raising disputes and evading public scrutiny their page should be marked with "fraud suspected" as you have done in the past, instead buyers and sellers that pride themselves on a clean dispute record have just been told tough luck because your too lazy to catch people abusing your already flawed system once again massive failure by the borgs at LB and we hope you will revert this horrible decision.
Also it now shows 0.1% at the top of our page and 0% at the bottom this update does nothing beneficial its just a confusing mess admit you missed the mark with this one and please listen to all of us this is clearly an unpopular change you just need to read every response to your post.
How would that solve the problem they are describing? Make a dispute to shake down a seller, get your reward and cancel the dispute. Rinse and repeat basically.
Rogue buyers open endless new accounts over which there is no restriction. They really do not have to care about their dispute percentage as these are throwaway accounts. You recently posted that you would penalise any vendors who refused to deal with new accounts. I understand that the algorithm may not pay out fully to a new buyer, but that doesn’t mean they don’t get paid.
The very best Biggas i.e. those with the most buys will statistically end up with more disputes simply because they buy the most product or are you actively trying to dissuade them from using a system that has significant value and is there to protect them? Either that or they are penalised for trying new vendors where the risk is higher. Why would you want to make your best customers look worse?
I agree with many of the comments here that the borgs missed the mark with this update and have got it wrong. I'm personally frustrated that after excellent conduct for years that now I have a dispute rating for a resolved dispute over Xmas where a seller didn't send the parcel nor respond to messages. The dispute was resolved between the seller and me and the system at the time assured us that no black mark was made on reputations. I'm sure many people will now have disputes showing. This doesn't appear to help anyone.
I have to agree with the others it's makes attacks on vendors much easier. It takes long time and hard work to build a shop but anyone can create countless buyer accounts to use and burn.
Partially, but now the seller gets the bad points even if they resolved every single dispute. Loosing both money (in case of refund/replacement) and now also loosing reputation.
The sellers are the backbone of this site, I hope they get more rights on here soon lol.

My actual account now has 3.3 percent disputed when it was zero beforehand, i got scammed in 2022 & had to open a dispute once to hear back from a seller and get a resolution lol; yeah im not a fan nobody asked for this
I shop with the select few anyways on here; why not give me an option to release funds from escrow when ive got it i'm always happy with the cat and such

What about if the seller has obviously left the website? I offer the current example of NFUSED. This seller has disappeared with multiple orders undelivered. His current dispute rate on current orders is 6.8% but still does not have a fraud warning on the account. Because he has behaved in such a manner, anyone who wants their fraudulently taken money back, has to take a reputational hit. How can that be fair and equal?

Please do note this is already resulting in a decrease in dispute blackmail, something you honest biggaz are happily blind to and the primary motivation for the change in display.
Again, all knickers should remain wrinkle-free in the meantime, the change effects everyone and your operative reputation remains intact.

Most may be blind to a small amount of users using dispute blackmail but as we stated that is your job to police, the solution is not to punish every user by tarnishing their score to stop bad actors, you have a "fraud suspected" label so log in more frequently and start labelling bad actors accordingly that is the only way to have a complete go at this, LB lost a lot of users when you decided it was best to have an algorithmic dispute resolution instead of someone manually reviewing every case and I'm guessing this "update" has done the same as the next day you had a user asking how to close their account on your page. If you don't want to log in as much and do your job maybe hire another borg because these soulless "updates" are what's ruining the site, guaranteed if you revert the dispute scores to the old way announce your going to be manually reviewing all disputes instead of a stupid algorithm and you'll see the positivity in the comments or continue with a more complete version when there is already so much upset and confusion with the first change....

Some vendors are selling gummies which they say in a pack is 500mg for example
But often they are sprayed. You can tell usually because they look like they are leaking some water. This is because they spray it with a concoction of d9 alone or combined with other harmful things
This way you could never get the actual dose of each gummie
So one gummie can be a hit or miss or one stronger than the other
That’s why it is better to buy higher quality gummies which you know will have the same effect each time
Thus being able to successfully calculate your dose

Big thanks to Fastrack received an overweight 3.5 of Tropicana cookies for guessing the bonus ball. The bud has lovely hues of purple and is cured well. Smell is a little muted till ground then that cookie scent comes through with a hint of fruit, possibly swaying toward a citrus fruit imo. Nice smooth smoke with a nice even buzz to compliment. Hey guys has anyone experienced this I paid for NDD and its been 5 days and no delivery I know its Christmas but apparently Royal mail are still garunteeing NDD it's proper stressing me out has the postie nicked my parcel ? is there delays with NDD ? Has the vendor even sent it ? Has it been intercepted ? These are all the things you are left wondering when a vendor doesn't reply to you or assist you with your order when surely all they need to do is check the tracking for you and tell you what the hell is going on !
Tracking doesn’t help in some cases. I have a T24 outstanding since Thursday last week. Tracking just shows ‘we’re expecting it’. Either means the seller hasn’t managed to get it to the postbox, the post office haven’t got it to the depot or the depot haven’t scanned it in. Either way, tracking pretty useless. RM not updating tracking wherever the pack has got to. 🤷🏻♂️ Maybe even the guy who empties the post box decided he fancied whatever was in it! Well see what Santa brings! Good luck.
RM has been delaying scanning t24 and t48 into the system as their target timing doesn’t start until the item is ‘received’.
The idea that a postie (temps aren’t emptying postboxes) is stealing lucky dip parcels that way is pretty daft tbh.

Christmas casuals... they hire about 200 teenagers around Christmas in every sorting centre. It's chaos, when I did it there were 15 fired in the first week for smoking da herb right outside the main building.
Special deliveries used to be kept on a faster seperate system but it wouldn't surprise me if they merged it to save money. If you found a special delivery you had to give it to the manager, many people just didn't give a crap though and just sorted them as normal, could be more of that happening?
You'd think after knowing all this I'd order early. 🤦♂️

I’ve had far too many parcels for my hours so some tracked coming back undelivered. As a customer who normally has 100% success with tracked24 some parcels are taking 5 working days to arrive. Don’t sweat yet 👍🏼
