I've been off around 9-10 days now and looking at another 2 weeks.
Easy peasy, it gets easier and easier each time you get off it believe me.
I suffer no real sweats now and can sleep no problem and feel pretty good too.
This time has been the easiest yet just keep yourself busy and try focusing on others, use the time to get things done.
Getting up early helps too, catch the morning sun.👍
Music is a great healer and this ones for you my friends and when we get back we ain't gonna need $40 a gram hash to get high, all we're gonna need is a puff or two of some regular and if you do choose the extortionate stuff on your return be careful!😁
I'll probably go with some $23 a gram iso hash and end up on the floor after a single skinner.
Could buy myself a g or two now but no point really especially Christmas coming up.
Be well out there and enjoy the real dopamine God gave us to get by with in this nasty cruel world we live in now.

True bro , I'm still gonna burn three zs a month plus I have like a week off and other than not getting much sleep(I have ADHD and autism) I don't get sweats and like you said the more T breaks you take the easier it becomes.. although tbh I only take them because of money .. it cuts my anxiety and allows me to focus I'd be high 24/7 if I could be.

Prompted to start this because I just found out Andy Kershaw passed last month. I'm not into hero worship but there's some people that just play a big part in your life. For me Andy, Annie Nightingale, John Peel. Set me thinking about "famous" people that influence our lives whether we like it or not. Of course goes beyond radio. For me literature especially. Hunter S Thompson, W G Sebald, Vasily Grossman, Michael Moorcroft, Denton Welch prime examples. Then music Tom Waits, Neil Young, Ry Cooder. Anyway the list could go on. What are your influences?

That's one I can't go with mate. Sid was just a poster boy. Couldn't play, couldn't write. Just looked good sneering in a biker jacket. For me the saddest thing is he is what people mostly remember about punk yet he contributed so little. He was a sad junkie. I cried my eyes out when Bowie died. Only the death of John Lennon and Terry Hall affected me that way. Maybe Tom Petty too. I was lucky enough to see Bowie play live in '73 on one of the last gigs on his Ziggy tour. The man was a one-off.
