Order still showing as unpaid 72 hours after I paid for it (clearly the payment processor hasn't sync'd with the order page as when I click pay it says order paid). No help from support whatsoever. Come on guys.

They don't give updates. They just do the detective work and get the bitcoins where they're supposed to go. If there are a lot of cases to go through like there is right now, it takes a lot of time. You may even have to resend the information if it takes them too long to get to your case, but eventually they take care of everyone in the order that they received the messages.

It's longer than you think it should be. I've had to sort out orders that I made while not logged in, and they always get it done. As long as you get the information to them WHILE YOU'RE LOGGED IN, they'll get back to you.
