Got totally screwed off thewizardofoz420 today. Ordered some premium cali shake @ 110/z 5pm yesterday, get all the usual confirmation stuff. 9.30am this morning instead of posting confirmation get a message saying he is out of shake and will leave order open incase I want something else?! Really poor service right before the weekend as well, really disappointed in the seller as wouldnt have imagined he'd done this. God knows when I'll get the refund but just no what you need off sellers with a 9.8 rating at all. Buyer beware especially if youve an outstanding order due for arrival this weekend. No attempt to sort me out or anything - worst kind of seller just laying it on the buyer like that.

Hey bud,

So we've ran out of shake, and I messaged you right away informing you of that, whilst also asking you if you would want an alternative for the value of the shake you purchased.

If the last oz of shake was purchased by a customer before you, the right thing for us to do is fulfill their order.

Apologies again, but it can't be helped. We can't just get another oz of shake when we have none left.

Nonetheless, you should receive a message regarding your refund.

You can surely set how many items you have for sale? It is what it is - you sold something you didnt have - and this is the only way to warn others that you operate this way and will leave them hanging if you mess up. Its nothing personal - your smoke is top - but your attitude towards your mistakes is stinking.

Thats the thing, we can't set listing amounts. Everything is manual. If a customer were to purchases and pay for an item before you by 1 mins, and it just so happens to be the last, we have to fulfill their order and sometimes, we just can't stop the listing quick enough as you already paid and placed your order.

Which is the situation now.

Mind blown, thought there would be a stock counter - seems like a very basic function but not your issue if it doesnt, just a limitation of the lb platform I guess... Wasnt aware and makes this issue seem more reasonable now.

Stock counter has been requested for years on this site. Check lb initiatives for proof

I feel for you but this situation isn't them being malicious. There's no stock counters. Everything is manual and that leads to human error.

They were quite nice about it - I see loads of other vendors just sub without warning and you just gotta take what you get. They actually acknowledged the issue and offered an alternative or a refund

(Only vouching as I've used these guys before and they're genuine people with genuine products. It doesn't feel fair to have their rep tarnished for this)
