Oh man how did I forget Fawlty Towers absolutely class especially when you're clattered the episode when he pretends Sybil is ill in bed is the only poor one
It was the last 3 episodes that ruined it a bit then The Green Green Grass and Rock and Chips ruined it some more ππ. I think Grandad was a bit better than Albert too
The Peep Show & Brassic for the best of British comedyβ¦ Two And A Half Men & Veep for best of Yank comedyβ¦ Has anyone been watching Bad Sisters?β¦ just brilliantπ
Cyderdelic Fawlty Towers Monkey Dust Beat the Burglar Some Mothers Do Ave Em Shooting Stars. Does anyone remember Sin Cities from the early days of Freeview TV? around 2003?
For me it's tough to narrow down. But my absolute faves have gotta be: Peep Show The Ricky Gervais Show The Moaning of Life An Idiot Abroad Many I could watch TRGS over and over and over. Easy laughs every time.
Does series 1 complete a story or leave it hanging? I noticed they cancelled season 2. This is one kinda sad reason why I'd rather wait until a TV show completes then download all of it and binge my way through. Too many times I've been left on a cliffhanger that never resolves.
Series 1 can be watched in isolation and you won't be disappointed. I'm just disappointed that they cancelled something that so many people seemed to get hyped about really quickly. The A-Team is on Prime Video mate. 5 series of it!
I believe Netflix cancelled it due to the duffer brothers signing some big 4 year deal with paramount which created heavy strain on their relationship with Netflix as they felt embarrassed cause they were meant to Netflix exclusively but they made that deal, hence why they axed the boroughs as punishment
If so, that's incredibly shitty and I hope HBO pick it up and give it the love it deserves after they absorb Paramount into some even more expensive streaming service.
When watching it I was wondering what audience it's ment for cause I thought it was for the younger generation but then that spider/human that bites him was horific kids with arachnophobia gona sh1t themselves
Watched it all, but in colour. They've used such vibrant colours that it's like a muted Dick Tracy. Superb, and Nic Cage was at his best. Can't wait for more, as they're expanding him into the general Marvel universe, apparently.
You find a very different and valuable filter with this kind of journalism. Yeah you could call it beer goggles, there is cringe by the ton but a very little charm mitigates this and that's just what the Arab has.
