So in the last few days my diagnosis has now been upgraded to terminal due to spread, I posted before and was recommended FECO for pain and appetite , Will FECO make me more comfortable ?

I’ve got lynch syndrome. Before I knew that, I was getting random stomach pains for years and when I went to the doctors about it all they would ever say is to go home and rest, they never looked further into it. After about a year of the stomach pains and the doctors doing nothing, I started taking RSO and found that I didn’t get the stomach pains anymore. About 3 years later, I went to the toilet one morning and passed a lot of blood. When I went to the doctors about this, they quickly booked me in for a colonoscopy. When I had the procedure they found multiple polyps and one was 7cm in diameter (really big). The medical staff were shocked that it was not cancerous and at that point they pretty much convinced me that taking RSO regularly was probably the reason it wasn’t so.
Like Rick Simpson says himself, you need a full spectrum oil to be effective against cancer and you also need to consume quite large volumes of it also - google ‘RSO dosage chart’ for more info.
Recently I’ve had instance of of some suppliers mixing the RSO with delta 9, so be careful if you do consider buying.

Make sure to take zinc b complex vitamins and omega 3 they are suggested to increase appetite naturally ( I have chronic gastric issues and they seemed to have improved my appetite after time)

So I’ve seen and tried a few supposed charas hashes on LB, but they have never been on point. After spending time in India i know what good charas is like instantly. My question is why don’t we see it much if at all? Is it the customs in India are too good,? is it the good stuff stays in country ? The fact there’s US imports and other imports to the UK shows it can be done , barely see charas from India or Nepal just wondering why?
It is usually handmade so it might just be that they don't make enough of it to export on any kind of scale.
I suppose they've got a domestic market of over a billion people, they can make a good mark up taking hash to the south of India. I never really saw large scale commercial production in the Himalaya, it was more small scale. Also heroin is a lot less bulky to smuggle internationally and far more profitable.

No I didn’t see large scale either but I think your right I did meet plenty of people who took kilos from the north to south. Still surprises me that we don’t see more of it though or maybe that’s just my wish 😂

So whatever you think of it as it’s become quite a controversial topic these days, what with politics, line ups being pop heavy etc I’ve worked there and been multiple times my friend owns a stage there and in my opinion it is still the best music festival in Europe. However I don’t think the BBC should be involved they show only the safe acts and what you see does not portray the festival at all there is soo much more. Couple of years back I acquired some sandy coloured blonde hash due to it being light the lump was massive , it just crumbled like sand and was massively smokey when burnt in a joint , buzz was chatty and instant smiles ! Would love to find it again if anyone comes by anything like it let me know

if you’re gonna grab some, Green Cat’s your best bet - pricing’s notably better than elsewhere here, and from what I can tell, it’s the genuine article. no hard evidence, just comparing against reference shots I’ve come across elsewhere.
for the effects you're looking for, Spacedhopper, from what GC’s got: either the white runtz or italian ice should do the job. likely leaning more toward the runtz, but try a bit of both first.
the runtz is the most energetic, buzzy of the three. the ice is lovely too - great for social settings, but if you close your eyes and tune out distractions, it drifts into a really dreamy, almost trippy experience.
the cheesecake’s good - nothing wrong there - if not quite so tasty on the exhale as the other two, but it has a narrower-spectrum, more singularly stone-y type of high, less suited to sociability and more to solo pursuits.
they each have very solid body load, btw, in addition to their specific, individual properties.
can’t comment on combustion but they all vape like a dream.

So I’m a casual smoker these days I’ve got a little LB stash of good hash and when the stars align and family isn’t in the way I enjoy myself,(I’m happy this way , I used to smoke way too much!) I’ve had space cake in damm and truffles at Glastonbury in the past and some lollies in Copenhagen, pizza in Cambodia etc , but never tried gummies or vape. I’ve used the yocan xl to vape hash it works but ruins the coils, as long as you have lots of spares and alcohol it’s good for a cheap vape
It seems if you go cheap then you have to go butane fired to get the required temperatures. Most users rate the DynavapM, I use the Vapman but they both come with a learning curve. I vape hash in the Mighty and it really does a decent job in a dosing capsule & cotton bacon, but of course its not cheap!

You want to start on a 10mg dose. This is easy because if you buy 50mg gummies just eat 1/5th! I’m being serious. The beasts on here will tell you that anything less than 500mg (a full pack!) won’t touch the sides but it’s bollocks because we are all different when it comes to edibles. There is no kudos (just money saving ) when it comes to edibles tolerance.

Oh yes mate, fishing is one of the best ways to get away from the everyday madness. When I used to live in London, Hanningfield reservoir was one of my favourite places to go trout fishing. You can rent a boat with a motor and cruise around the lake while looking for trout, they are so much fun to catch. Where I live now there are some beautiful reservoirs so found my queit place took some mushies and few prerolled hash joints had one of the best day ever. Didn't catch anything tho was too busy with enjoying the surroundings. On that same day unexpectedly my mother in law stayed over, who knows what she thought when I came home as I was a mess lol.

Been course fishing since I was 14. Am 43 now. Not very prolific but have caught some decent fish in my times. Love the whole experience of fishing (not just catching) - being outdoors etc. I love getting stoned and watching Whitehouse and Mortimer - takes me back to my youth fishing lakes and rivers in the Surrey countryside and smoking soap bar 🙏

Sticky the krill, or baitworks do some great baits . baitworks do a session pack and you get glug, oil , pellet and boilies and waffters for £24 GBP.
Yes good bait company, royal marine and creamino are both decent , royal marine fishy, creamino kind of vanilla sweet!
Mainline for me mate, usually a banoffee pie boilie topped with some Korda goo wonder berry.

I’ve had some lemon haze hash from DI UK that was really nice, pretty uplifting and smiley.
Another fave is mrb4real’s leb. That’s really nice mellow happy vibes and his morrocan Sputnik is strong with a good buzz.

So been puzzling over this if CBD flower and CBD hash is legal in the UK and looks and to some extent smells the same, how can the law police it , I’ve read some comments on LB about people getting the feds knock on the door , surely you can just say I ordered CBD ! Then the resource to prove it’s not just wouldn’t be worth it. Or am I totally wrong
One thing to note is that you buy CBD with your credit card and you get a receipt. Tax is paid to the government.

Basically mate you can’t be charged for anything that’s not the real gear. BUT you can be arrested (or otherwise bothered) ‘on suspicion’.
For example, if you are stopped with carts at an airport and they are CBD you have committed no offence. If they ‘suspect’ they are THC then they have to prove it- via a lab test. But you lose your carts whilst this goes on plus all the others shitty admin.
Ignorance is no defence. So if you say it’s CBD because you ordered CBD and anything else is nothing to do with you and the lab test shows it’s THC, well then you are going to have to throw yourself on the mercy of the Judge!
One of the reasons for relaxation of the rules is because we simply don’t have enough Labs to be testing every cart, weed or sweetie. The ‘instant’ litmus style tests done at roadsides and airports won’t be sufficient if you plead Not Guilty- they need a full Lab report.

That’s pretty much what I thought so really the community as a whole just needs to insist on lab testing everything, fingers crossed we are on our way to a more tolerant government , with Germany changing law the likelyhood is it’s a few years away. I read an article about how the US fell so to speak and it did start with online sales coming off the darkweb so fingers crossed.
I see the opposite in the UK- antiquated politicians and an everyday demonising of cannabis by the media. But you know what- as long as they leave us alone I really don’t care. With LB, what else do we really need? 🤷♂️

finally someone said Blue Lines. Never heard of either band before this shout. I listened to Epic Garden Music this morning on a hike and it's fantastic love the use of the keyboard and you can really hear early elements of shoegaze taking shape on tracks like "Lope" and "ART".. This is a very good band crisp.. Try listening to Soul Mining and Dusk by The The and tell me what you think. Anyway stay cool compadre.

Dre's 2001 deffo top 10 for me. Its tough a one, but Hybrid Theory and Slim Shady LP are what I settled on after starring at my PC screen for 20 mins internally debating the question lol The first Buffy soundtrack sat on repeat for about 3 years in my teens too haha

Yes he's defo up there aswell. Never had the pleasure of seeing him live. He doesn't seem to do many shows up near me. HC closed the ring one year at beatherder an it blew my mind. I think the copious amounts of drugs helped!
There’s lots of good DnB DJ’s, Calibre is the best producer in my humble opinion. Technically Andy C is in a league of his own, I’ve been following him for over 20 years, he smashes it every time. Recently, his XOYO residencies were next level 🔊🔊 HC is a don too, Racing Green is 👌🏻

Sometimes you wind up in a place you never wanted to go .. and it rocks.
Montenegro, Albania, Slovenia, Romania, Gambia, Israel
wasn't really enthused as these were all group trips but fucking hell they were all sick. You could tell em you were going to Somalia and i would probably go with you nowadays, the world is vast, interesting and beautiful

Romania is fantastic👍….Transylvania genuinely spooky…lively and young street drinking culture…stunning women (all vampires obvs)…
I'll second that. I travelled from Cornwall to Bucharest by train last year, them onto Bulgaria. Romania is bloody stunning, especially as the train line followed the Danube and you could see across into Serbia.
krakow poland exemplifies many eras of europe with castles, squares and poignant reminders of ww2. the people are very friendly and the salt mines are a wonder of the world - the spot in the pic is carved out of salt hundreds of feet below ground.
Vietnam or Laos. Vietnam blew me away. Favourite spots were Hoi An, Tay Ninh and Can Thó. Stunning.
Please god don’t leave the city centre/Cape Town it’s like a different world outside of the capital but I’m from Cape Town ( originally) it’s actually a very western cosmopolitan place like London with a cool “woke” downtown full of expensive bars and Islington/camden style living.
It’s also on the beach with a Mediterranean style climate 1 hour from most national park and safaris.
Despite what you hear in the new it’s actually a pretty good place to live

West Co Kerry, Ireland. All along the wild atlantic way, Kenmare, Sneem, Glenbeigh, Killarney to name a few stops. So many good spots to stop, fire one up or have a pint and enjoy.
Honestly County Clare in Southern Ireland, my uncle married an Irish girl and moved there.
It really is like father ted there, your neighbours not for miles but you go into the local village and it’s just five pubs all joined on to each other.

New Zealand is easily the most beautiful place I've ever been. Absolutely stunning. I wasn't particularly excited about going there at first, I thought it would be a bit boring, but after spending a few days on the North Island I completely fell in love with it. I even considered living there for a while.

Considering it’s just a ferry ride they are completely different worlds…north is all sheep, rolling plains, and long beaches.. South is mad glaciers, extreme sports & penguins…just crazy 🤩👍

Yup, Cambodia is my favourite. There's a hostel (or was) that sells (or sold) very tasty burgers also pre roles and edibles.

If you’re South Asia bound , Laos although has a clear tourist path nowadays very easy to leave it , Borneo for amazing wildlife that if we carry on will probably be gone in a few years, Hampi in india like being on a weird cross between Mars and ancient civilizations , jailsalmer india again ancient city, for the smokers the himilayas in india
Have to say some great picks in this convo the one for me personally is cornwall on a warm clear night the sky is amazing to just be at one with nature and look up at it ;)

Ended up going to puffz social club in palma. Excellent choice of weed and rosin and friendly staff highly recommended
I went Palma for a day, and bought a €10 smoke of the beach dude, be carful buying Tobacco as my Golden Virginia was counterfeit from Tabac
So just came back but I didn’t go looking , I do know all the clubs are in the north area around Palma and arenal area, they do take tourists. Lots of shops in tourist areas selling weed related stuff pipes etc also saw HHC vapes but never smelt it once!! So I’d guess be cautious smoking it

Our caramel is a great day time smoke the texture of this is softer than the sifts but still has the crumble to it.

Cheap uk shrooms?

Sausage, mash and gravy for sustenance from the awesome pub near the bottom of the trail too, I'd hope?
My ex used to live in Salford and loved to go outside. A lot. Walked 25km with Edale as one of the refreshments spots (banana, cereal bar and water, if I remember correctly) a number of years ago. Pissed down most of the way. Lovely views, I'd imagine, if you weren't thinking of how wet and cold and tired you were. There was a reservoir, and that and the area around it was spectacular, even in the rain. That pasta bake and other stuff in the field canteen at the end was the best meal I've ever eaten, and I've eaten at multiple Michelin starred restaurants over the years. Would have been even better if it had ended at that pub though.

Baked last weekend with time to kill, decided to top it off by popping an edible or two and started re-reading Thus Spoke Zarathustra. Well... Suffice to say that I'm still thinking about it.
Metro 2033 was an interesting read while stoned, as was World War Z, I am legend, The Road, and the brilliant Children Of Men.
I will say, though, that reading Rosemary's Baby high left a very strange feeling in my heart. Like I truly have no idea what's happening just next door from me.

i can't read books high as the words don't go in, and i find it amazing that anyone can!

- mason & dixon, by thomas pynchon. possibly my favourite novel, and i recently finished a fourth or fifth reading of it.
- ways of being, by james bridle. fascinating book about AI, climate change, computing, and how we humans relate to (or fail to relate to) the non-human world.

oh yeah I'm the same - can't really enjoy books stoned! Audio books are a good idea :)
Thomas Pynchon is such a good writer. My personal favourite is Gravity's Rainbow. Pretty sure that he would write a lot of his work completely high to help him get into the characters' heads...and then edit it sober. Which isn't a bad process. It's probably how he came up with a guy who's have sex when a missile falls, so they use his erection as an early warning system ;). Also a long, phantasmagorical trip down a toilet.

Joe Abercrombie is my current favourite author. Kind of grim fantasy.
He builds characters so well you feel like you know them. Start with the First Law trilogy or The Heroes if you just want to dip your toe in.

Moby Dick and the white whale is sooo worth it. Its a huge undertaking but when approached in the right atate of mind its a hugely rewarding read. Brilliant travel or sickness/recovery companion.

Might be a bit late to the thread but ragdoll by daniel cole is a book i wish i could read for the first time again, crime drama/detective fic, highly recommend. They turned it into a tv series too, which i havent seen yet so cant say if its as good as the book.

Hi there, I fulfilled a life goal (sadly it took a spine injury which is why I smoke so much lol) by collecting and reading every single Terry Pratchett book, namely the Discworld series, in order ofc lol. Described Like Lord of the Rings, but with comedy.
The early few books he's still finding his feet in the world he creates imo but soon it becomes a wonderfully weaved web of hilarity and a comparison of the real world and his own.
Theres also something for everyone, i personally like the "Guards" series following the careers of the officers there.
So many but a random quote without even checking.

But even then, you're probalbly guilty of loitering"
Theres a Wizards side, a Witches side, Trolls who get more intelligent the colder they get and DEATH, who really likes curry, and has a daughter.

The Last Rock Band?
For me no matter how many bands I listen too I always end up back with the classics , floyd , the who, zeppelin, sabbath the doors etc it’s like a war…
I've said before that Foo Fighters are one of the last true mainstream, longstanding, "Rock Bands" that maintain the rock spirit

I always enjoy telling them that i saw Dave Grohl drumming for Scream before he joined Nirvana.
Rock music is still alive and well, its just not as popular as it used to be. It isnt dangerous and exciting to young people any more, rap/hiphop has taken its place in that regard...
It sucks Greta Van Fleet are the only example being brought up here though, to me they are highly derivative and not really doing anything new.... Check out Clutch, Steven Wilson, Opeth, Graveyard, Lake Street Dive, Menzingers, The Hold Steady, Elephant Tree, Creeper - all great artists making interesting music. And hey there are still SOME big bands, like Biffy Clyro, Foals and Queens of the Stoneage doing pretty cool stuff!

My neighbors love Clutch and now all their windows are broken I can hear the lyrics better.
Steve Wilson is a fantastically talented musician, however he's also a mahoosive elitest plonker who for a very long time wouldn't release music on streaming services due to it being "digital" and lower quality and therefore not the experience he wanted for his listener base. He has since changed his stance on this but it along with some really awful interviews he did make me unable to listen to his music (knowingly)

Too many old rockers raging at the dying of the light while clutching a new remaster of Physical Graffiti and demanding to know why there is no good new music anymore (there was, you didnt support it).

In all honesty I’d be happier smoking this, I started in late 80s/90s and the hash was great , blonde leb, red leb , squidgy black and then Thai , Afr…
I started smoking weed in '70, and the main difference I can tell between late 70s and now is that back then sinsemilla was just a part of the market, with a lot of packages containing seeds and more leaf and stem (amount varied with price). Today it's all sinsemilla (so much so that the term isn't even used anymore). The quality is pretty much the same. We had thai sticks and Hawaiian that certainly equaled top shelf strains of today (as far as anyone could tell - there wasn't much precision on reporting THC levels). I'm happy with the situation, but I stopped smoking between about '83 and 2009 (job), and wasn't amazed by any changes in potency; just the fact that it's all sinsemilla. I did feel silly when I first got back in the market and asked a seller whether or not his product was sinsemilla and he didn't know wtf I was talking about. I quickly found out that was a stupid question... :>)

Speaking of Spanish, if we could find Oaxacan sinse we considered ourselves lucky, because it was just about as good as Thai but cheaper. Personally I'd recommend everybody gets a Crypto Bank account. Never any issues with transferring Fiat in both directions and exchanging for BTC is a doddle.

I don’t know about anybody else however I’ve recently found myself in an online relationship with biggie, can’t help but check for new things everyday usually as I’m drinking coffee. I’m sure that some sort of online media first thing is normal to some but, not me. It made the as addictive as crack as the dopamine scrolling ordering and stalking drops is amazing but I’m lucky I am able to recognise when I don’t have the spare money to spunk but could buy a brand new golf with my overall spend
I don’t do social media but on the hole peeps on here on the same level, at least you know you have one thing in common.
I sometimes don’t understand the arguments that kick off, sometimes I can see it’s a shit vendor in a new suit may equally have used some vendors loads and been pleased but they end up going as lots of tech savvy hacking talk that’s above my level of understanding. Also some vendors that seem to be surviving despite regular customer negativity.
I just go by the numbers
Generally won’t use a vendor if their ratings below 9.8 as on here peeps give 10 reviews with haven’t tried it yet 😂

Honeycomb + pistachio flavour 😏 honeycomb flavoured chocolate and a pistachio cream centre or something diced pistachios. Would hit with the viral pistachio aspect there seems to be atm ✌🏻💚🔥😁
