I am making this post to clarify the situation. Babbstar1 created this topic to accuse me of scamming, bringing in his friends and a small community, most of whom have never even ordered from me, just to attack my reputation.

Let's set the facts straight: he has been 100% fully refunded, yet he continues to complain while I am actively working with the platform to resolve the issue. I have successfully shipped multiple orders before this with zero issues. This is the very first time a problem has occurred, and it’s obvious you are all trying to destroy a new shop over one single dispute. Before him, a customer had a package stolen; I followed my store policy, reshipped 50% of it, and there was absolutely no issue.

Now, you are trying to pressure me by dragging in complete strangers who have never done business with me. This is incredibly petty and low on Babbstar1's part. If any of you actually cared about the truth, you would check the reviews left by real customers.

I am being insulted all over this platform, and I haven't responded until now because I choose to remain professional. To those threatening me: I invite you to come to France. :) I would be more than happy to give you the welcome you deserve.

This little conspiracy set up by Babbstar1 is completely stupid because I am already in contact with the platform support to send them all my proof. :) I am just an intermediary handling multiple operations, which is my job. But to anyone thinking they can threaten me and ruin my shop's reputation: don't worry, I have plenty of moves left to play, and I am not running this alone. ;)

Do your research, guys. I am nobody, just a worker.

On that note, good luck to you all. The shop will be reopening very soon. I am managing operations elsewhere too, I don't just rely on LB.

I've no doubt this will be taken down within five minutes but for the sake of the community I thought I'd try.

I'm an established account, nearly two years over 100 sales well over 100 buys.

1 settled dispute as a buyer
None as a seller

As you know my link no longer has interest in selling to me ( fine) so I braved another international seller and ordered 100g frozen.

To be frank I wasn't expecting much. Dodgy emails from the office, order marked sent on the day of order.

Waited 13 days, and received a package through the post. The package contained an old french book with the middle cut out and 3-4 grams of old ancient weed.

Opened a dispute. Had no interest in engaging with the seller as they are just clearly straight up conmen.

Order auto settled, I received initially what I thought was a full refund. On later investigation, just a 10% refund.

The seller is newish to biggy and has just ten sells.

I contact auto settlement dickhead, to ask as I genuinely thought it was a clerical error.

I was told that I have "26" times the average number of disputes which is crazy.

So the settlement algo decides a new account with 10 sells gets to rip people off for 700 dollars, Vs an old established account with over 200 direct user purchases or interactions.

I messaged the auto Borg as genuinely thought it was a.maitake to be told they think that's reasonable.

I've paid thousands in escrow fees, both ways and the one time I need the system to protect me it utterly let me down.

I'm writing this as warning really. A once loved site allows a protocol for new accounts to rip people off.

It has to stop.

I don't for a second think the buggy team might reach out, I'm posting this as a genuine warning to all.

Sadly, after two years and hundreds of interactions I'll be closing the account next week.

I've loved it, it's been a blast and hopefully the eco system improves for those remaining behind.
