Hey guys I’m not messaging to cause any trouble; never had any issues with this vendor at all( it’s a fault on Royal Mail

I checked the tracking, and the package has been returned to sender.

I wasn’t home to collect the parcel and that’s what they’ve left; so I was hoping someone at wake and shake can help me, as I’m out of smoke until my next payday

Hey guys, this is Wake and Shake, I’m using my hash account (which I am not currently operating on) to make this topic.

I tried to make a comment under a topic post about boxing and LB’s automatic detection system randomly banned me from Receiving and sending messages, making topic posts or even voting on posts and comments.
It stated that I’m not allowed to make external transactions which I’ve never done and never will do, not sure why they thought I would do that when I was making a comment about boxing being an Olympic sport 😂

I’ve messaged cleanup Borg to sort it out and I’m waiting on a response…

In the meantime if you have any questions about your orders please message me on this account. The person who gave a 1/10 review please message me on here. I’ve not gone ghost I simply cannot message or receive messages. Some of you guys have a spliff and a coffee, some of you don’t eat anything 😂 some of you love a hearty full English, what’s your go to?

My breakfast has changed so many times throughout the years from cereal to nothing to full English and now I love eating healthy ! A coffee with no sugar (only honey) and some boiled eggs with sliced avocado and greens !

Hey biggaz :)
I have a small batch of lovely, cakey, fluffy wedding cake shake. It's a really nice smoke, really clean and potent. It's literally just bottom of the bag shake, barely any twigs (just the tiny ones from broken buds) and no fan leaves. It's ready to smoke without having to grind anything.

I've seen that a lot of shake customers are looking for popcorn buds. I've seen this from my previous shake sales and from my reviews.

Is this a big thing for you guys? This shake has little to no buds, it's literally just what you see in the picture, but like I said, it's lovely. I'd rather be honest to keep a reliable rep. I definitely don't want low reviews due to lack of buds...

I'm willing to do sample packs for feedback for little to no cost (just cover the postage and packaging).

What's your opinion guys?
are popcorn nugs a big thing?

here's the doc's advice for beating colds and flu in the early rounds. if your throat is getting sore, you feel off or inexplicably tired, achy or if your house is filled with sickies:

liquids - lots and lots
citrus - lots
zinc
milk thistle - your liver is your best weapon, milk thistle can supercharge it.
cbd

sunlight
warmth (overdo it with clothing)
exercise to promote circulation
win hof breathing - bizarre but studies prove its effectiveness
elevate your feet - also sounds weird but gets the right things going to the right places

no smokey (switch to edibles, preferably cbd)
if you're not a serious stoner take a t break.
if you are this isn't the time to completely stop as withdrawal will add to your problems. but trim your dosage and time things so you get some exercise out of it and good sleep.

no alcohol

if anyone is sick around you wash your hands and flush your eyes and nose with water very regularly. these are the portals of pathogens.

If you wish to get your item within a week, you need to order special delivery.

If you do not order special delivery, please do not message us asking where the parcel is, it is out of our control. We will provide tracking, but that will not update until delivery has been attempted. If your order is marked SENT, then it has been sent. If you do request tracking from us, please send your postcode with the request.

Even special deliveries are taking 2-3 days!

Being a long time smoker, there’s people who smoke throughout the day, people who smoke in the morning only (wake and bake), people who smoke after work, and (me) people who smoke just before bed 😴

If you could only smoke one spliff a day when would you smoke and why?

For me personally, I used to smoke throughout the day but decided to cut down a little and now I’m an evening person! Nothing like a nice mint tea and a spliff on the balcony watching the moonlight and knowing I’m going sleep like a baby 😂
