Place your order before 10:00 AM and we'll usually get it dispatched the very same day 🚚💨

To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order the night before a shipping day whenever possible. This gives us the best chance of getting everything packed and ready for same-day dispatch ✨

While these are our official posting days, we often ship orders outside of this schedule whenever possible, so your package may begin its journey sooner than expected 🌟

Orders placed after the 10:00 AM cutoff will be sent on the next available dispatch day.

Tracking is provided with every order ✅

Please note that receiving a tracking number does not always mean your order has already been dispatched. In many cases, shipping labels are created and tracking is uploaded before parcels are handed over to the courier.

If you're ordering something specific and do not want a substitution under any circumstances, please leave a note with your order stating: "No substitutions." If you need to contact us about your order, please include your @ handle or username so we can assist you more quickly.

Alternatively, if you'd be happy with certain alternatives, feel free to list a few backup options. This allows us to send one of your preferred choices rather than Dealers choice
