Whoever you are get in touch please. Your referring to an order sent before the 17th of February.
No dispute. No ignored messages, you may of been in touch during our holiday, we don't dispute that but nothing since we've been back or a reship would have been sent. We can't send out if no name and address has been supplied anyway or a follow up message after you were informed we were on a break and probablt told we would be back on the Friday.
Any problems we sort out. Thats why we have 0% disputes. We're true to our word and trustworthy. We gain nothing from messing people around so to say to avoid us is ridiculous when it could have easily be sorted out.
Just check our current reviews out. They speak for themselves!
You had a dispute button to hit but didn't do that to protect your coin and waiting until now to review rather than messaging and bringing up the issue.
Get in touch and we'll sort it out for you no problem at all.

Thanks mate. We've sussed out who it is and they didn't supply a reship address nor messaged us after to follow up even though they've said we ignored them.
We've messaged him though so we can sort it out for them hopefully. 1/10 or not their entitled to their opinion but when it's mixed in with lies it's a little below the belt!

I'll forever and a day vouch for ULC. Not that my opinion counts for much. However, there are few vendors who manage to maintain complete pride and care in their customer service, and ULC go and have gone beyond. Give them a shout and let them resolve it! I've sampled the herb and couldn't ever rate it a 1/10. Service-wise, 11/10's are more accurate. I personally can't fathom it. Wishing an amicable and happy resolution for all.

Thank you! Things happen it's hownyou deal with it and I believe we've dealt with it well. There was no follow up message slthough we requested their address. We hope it can be resolved even if they leave the 1/10. We can be trusted. Simple as!

A story on peak pettiness
As many of you will have seen we ran a giveaway recently that had pretty good levels of participation. The competition had 26 individual winners, all of whom we planned to reach out to in a systemic manner.
One of the winners, who we'll refer to as 'Drippydick' messaged us before we could message them. Over the course of a few days we exchanged a few messages.
We informed the winner we will be getting the prizes out when time allows us as we need to prioritise paid orders, so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
This apparently was upsetting enough for Drippydick who responded with a 'don't bother', this was after their initial messages about being ecstatic about winning.
This took us by surprise, so we responded 'OK'.
The petty individual then went on a downvoting spree, including revisiting a 10/10 review they left us a month ago and changed it to a 1 *sigh*.
Drippydick is now blacklisted from ordering from us. If any vendors want to avoid petty individuals, holla.
Anyway we still have their 2 grams to giveaway. The first person to respond can claim it.

Ouch 😂 Part the reason some vendors require a certain amount of buys, but it's a double edged sword as that puts off buyers & makes it harder to get established as a new vendor!

Free or not, I was expecting it this week reading the BIG winner had his, (BUT maybe THC got a bit angry, upset and was in a rage he didn't want to send anyone else's this week) 🤣🤣👍. Just looked and there was no time frame set to receive prizes. So ur mad because you set your own time frame and the vendor didnt stick to your made up time frame. Unreal. Hope everyone blacklists you.
