Getting a refund when seller wont reply

Is there a way to get a refund without discussing with the seller? Seller i bought off sent out a different quality to what was offered and wont reply to messages, albeit only $40 for a 14g of shake shouldve been red flag, i was promised more bang for my buck than what i was given. the smell is awful, the ash is pure black and its like a whiff of cow shit anytime i unfortunately open my jar. the listing has since been removed after i made my complaint in the morning with no correspondence since

As you say though, expectations on cheap shake should be pretty low. I would just bin it, review it, and move on to a new vendor…

it was a last ditch effort after my regular bigga ran out. the description said it was a mix of mid shelf calis, UK flavours, and some ammo n dawg, last i checked that stuff doesnt taste like cow shit lol. left my review but definitely a sour (and shitty) taste in my mouth after that

I'm not looking to fuck anyone over here👍i'd just like some sort of message from the vendor, a full or partial refund or even let me ship it back and get a switch to diff product. i wont be using the dispute option because honestly they've sent me some decent stuff in past and i dont like the thought of doing that without any talk between me and the vendor. i understand that yes i paid $40 but this wasnt advertised as low quality, in fact it was advertised as high thc, it was also advertised as being a mix of cali, uk flavour, dawg and ammo shake. it might just be the terp profile i really hate but all i can think of is the smell of manure when it hits my nose.

either way, i've also said that i would absolutely accept it if the vendor would let me swap the shake. i'll send this back n get another one of his $40 shake in return because i cannot stand this taste profile. it tastes like manure.

i paid $40 because thats what the bloke had it at. i intend to smoke it because the vendor didnt deliver on his promise of literal Cali, uk flavours and decent dawg and haze. i'd be fine with any amount of a refund because that's absolutely horrendous smoke. not a single bit of weed should taste like actual cow shit, im not lying when it tastes like that.
