It's really good Mighty and feedback is coming in there was a bit of a blip with the RM last Friday but things are all moving again thank goodness.

It made me change my posting routine which I started yesterday for the xmas period where everything is scanned over from first point of sending as that way the RM are more accountable and need to prioritise scanned mail in busy periods ie xmas post.
