For focus sativa’s are the way forward, I’ve got ADHD and I’ve been trying to get on top of it (meds suck ass).

I’ve found what works for me is super silver haze that seems to get me sorted but hazes can give you a bit of brain fog. But in general terms sativa’s are the way to go, what I initially done on LB was find what I thought was try a few different strains of sativa of various vendors until I found what works. But also everyone is different and your ADHD may present totally different and you may be one of the ones who require an indica!

But honestly trial and error or more trial and get high.

I also found microdosing was well more beneficial to me that adhd medication (basically tripped a few times and recognised how out of control my adhd presents and have been trying addressing it when I can which seems to be working and I’ve been far more productive in the past 2 years than I have in 30+)

We would suggest having a look at two options we stock. We have some Thai, this is low THC, so good for a high that isn't overpowering and doesn't have hangover-like effects the following day.
We also got some Amnesia Haze that is a sativa heavy strain, very energising and focus provoking, but a bit pricier than the Thai.

Bigga id recommend Hindu Kush for proper meditative high, help to sleep but micro dose is good for me for focus
Sour diesel, green crack or jack herer for the focus watch ya doses
I correlate the bad brain fog usually to black market strains I wonder if it's the nuts or the grow environment of commercial bm crops. Especially the cali canadian import stuff never really had it on the UK medical scene if you can get onto that. Tho had bud from cannabis cannibals, thc collective, which hasn't given me it.

Me I'm current on ADHD meds but using 1.1 thc CBD strains in the low double figures each side for my evening meds.

Iv read orange strains help. Iv got mimosa I take 1 o2 hits of in the day that helps me a bit but not lots…. I’m the same as you really mate been trying to find something that helps for ages now

I would recommend the green avengers gypsy haze.
