No refund hasn’t been recieved

Does anyone have any information about how long it takes for refunds it’s been more than 48 hours.

How long does it usually take or how long has it taken if you’ve done this before instead he past.

Pls help me

I’ve had cancelled orders in the past. I’ve waited approx 24 hours on one and 48 hours on another so try not to panic it will get resolved.

Thanks for your response I’ve seen most saying 48 hours and that’s why I’m sort of panicking because from the last message I sent them it’s been over 48hrs+12hrs

First time refund - need help I am confused

This is the first time ever this has happened idk what happened but it looks like seller cancelled.
I was told to provide order id and BTC address for refund.

I copy pasted the order id and provided my BTC address but refund borg replied saying my order id was wrong. Left me even more confused as all I ever did was copy and paste the order id.

So I replied to the conversation saying it shouldn’t be wrong. However as soon as I sent that, I noticed that one of the '0' got swapped around ‘O’ somehow and that messed up the order id.

So to avoid confusion, I wanted to delete my "it shouldn’t be wrong" mssg from the chat and leave just the correct order id but instead it cleared the whole convo so I had to send refund borg a new message with the correct order id and btc address.

As it was a big order and I am super stressed I’ve sent the message 2/3 times I think. But haven’t got any response since. So idk if I’m fuking my own refund process by doing that as all I’m trying to do is jst rectify my mistake with the correct order id.

How do I know if the refund is being processed ? Do I get a confirmation from refund Borg?

M worried because when I got told order id was wrong, that reponse was within 20/30mins. But ever since I’ve resent the new messages with correct id I haven’t heard anything and it’s been hours.

I hope I haven’t messed up my own refund process due to my mistakes I’ve mentioned (deleting the mssge, hence the original conversation with refund borg got lost) as I feel like I’ve caused unnecessary delays in the process due to this being my first time and m very stressed out

I hope I’m making sense here and I’ve prolly waffled or repeated things few times here but if anyone’s reading this , someone please help me as I’m pretty stressed out as it’s a chunky amount of money and id obvsly not want to lose it.

I have sent atleast 2 new messages to refund Borg with the correct id and BTC address like I’ve said solely due to losing the orginal conversation.

Can refund Borg please pm me maybe.

Idk where my order is and GC hasn’t responded for 5 days.

GC was my go to vendor. But my order has been missing for 5 days now and I have no response for vendors for 5 days straight. I messaged everyday for the 5 days to ask tracking. But there hasn’t been even 1 response back from vendor all of these 5 days.

All I want is to know when is it gonna come because I’m having to beg bud off my mates bcuz I’m thinking it’s coming tmr. If this was the case i could’ve jst picked up local and waited for however long vendor was going to b.

Absolute joke ting fr I don’t even know what to type anymore so ima leave it at this.

Okay my apologies and I m sorry if I’ve came off rude. l take full accountability of the fact that I missed delivery last time and today. Fixed the bell after being aware of this. So hopefully I won’t miss any more delivery. So I apologise people again for this post saying it didn’t arrive today, I didn’t have any way of knowing attempt was made since bell wasn’t working and didn’t have tracking.

However, my point kinda still stands I guess…. I mean, I paid for SNDD on Friday. It was marked sent on Friday. And upon checking tracking Vendor dispatched it Tuesday. I asked for update tracking since Saturday, but jst got it now. Better comms could’ve been done and could’ve told me honestly that it was dispatched late. I wouldn’t have gone off the rails like this if he had said so.

And I didn’t dispute a bigger order, I disputed the exact amount if you look properly within that order, I did this bcux I had reviewed the order that didn’t get here so the dispute button was missing from it, hence had to use the same amount/price previous order dispute. I’ve withdrawn dispute since this.

But, all this should’ve could’ve would’ve. It’s all said and done. The packs in local depot..
Ima be fully accountable and apologise and say Sorry GC for hasty post, I could’ve worded it better maybe, but I Jst wish you took accountability of the fact that you dispatched this late.

But like I mentioned above GC been my go to vendor and will prolly still be despite all these minor issues. After all, that’s what they are. Minor tings. Only if we can get better communication from vendor moving forwards it’d be appreciated!

Anyone reading this thread, GC has good product and I haven’t been let down in quality, I guess only comms is a bit lacking and this is the 1st time he dispatched late, the other time it was delayed was RM at fault. We are all humans so we all make mistakes, I’ve made one by posting this hastily I guess , another by not fixing bell. But moving forward with precision, from the lessons of our past mistakes is also part of being human.

Other than that, ima go collect in my local depot tmr thank you for your service, better late than never I guess…
