DJ Shadow’s Endtroducing for me. One of the few multi format albums I own that I’ve had to replace several times cos I’ve worn it out. Freaks me out that it’s nearly 30 years old, it blew my mind then and it still does now. A masterpiece of a sonic journey.

I drove 400 miles to see him DJ. Got realy high then kinda drive home 400 miles. The good old days of 1996.

1. Air - Moon Safari

2. Spiritualized - Ladies and gentlemen we are floating in space

Echo's Pink Floyd.

I second both of these choices. I came here to say the 2nd as clearly the thread title leads anyone who knows the album to think of it. Saw them play it live about 20 years ago, and they were superb.

I third them both amazing albums, I will add any ozric tentacles early albums, cinematic orchestra ,

At one point Spiritualized were my most seen band. Overtaken by Morcheeba by the end of the 90s (i used to go on tour with them tho). Smoke Fairies are up there now too.

Moon Safari is one of my favourite summers day albums

On vinyl soo good 👍

If I was going to give a single suggestion it would be:

Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works '85-'92

Don't get Volume 2 if you like it and then expect anything like the same thing.

Spiritualized or anything by grouper

Tame Impala - Lonerism
Mogwai - Rave Tapes (almost anything by mogwai tbh)
Nick Drake - Pink Moon

The Future Sound of London - Lifeforms
Bonobo - Animal Magic
Brian Eno - Music For Films
Massive Attack - Mezzanine
Quantic - The 5th Exotic
Boards of Canada - The Campfire Headphase
Zero 7 - Simple Things
The Cinematic Orchestra - Every Day

Nightmares on wax, smokers delight. Boom!

Great shout

Gong flying teapot !

The whole Radio Gnome trilogy!

Can - Future Days
John Martyn - Inside Out
KLF - Chill Out

Those are some epic tunes there bud! Lovin it

Miles Davis - In a silent way.
Big Bud - Late night blues

The Ozric Tentacles are the perfect example of spacey and floaty!

If you haven't already, check out both Noduns Ictus albums. Ozrics but with a focus on their floaty spacey sounds

Omfg the Ozrics! Lying in the dark on the floor two massive kef speakers , head in the sweetspot after buckets and hot knives

The original Dreamfish album was amazing back in the day. I remember getting a cassette tape copy from a guy at school and listening to it on headphones after a spliff which blew my mind. Got the CD off eBay years later and it's still good for an ambient chillout option.

I’ve got the vinyl of that! Quality Fax output. That label did loads of amazing CDs and they were all limited to between 200-500 copies only….

Sweet, I'll need to check my copy then. I might have bagged a rarity if it's the same label! 😂

I had quite a few but sold on sone years back highest I got was £300 for the second I.F. CD!

I prefer to lose myself in a movie or a game while high but this question feels like it was meant to be answered with ELO - Time.

Anything by LTJ Bukem

Anything by 4hero

Bit more mainstream but also love to chill to a bit of Zero 7😎 The live version of 'Destiny' (linked above) is just beautiful.

Cheers BB 😊👍🍻

YES

Tripping with Nils Frahm is great for a spacey floaty experience. Seeing him live is even better.

Both Nodun's Ictus albums are good choices too - the Ozrics without as many guitar riffs

John Frusciante - Empyrean

Radiohead - Kid A

✌️

Warp Artificial Intelligence 2, from the early 90s. Incredible album, well worth a listen.

Hope you enjoy these two….

I don't think this is what you're after, but it fits the bill...

I often fall asleep listen to a playlist on Spotify called "Floating through space" but it is literally ambient drone 😂

Some fantastic albums here and I can't wait to dig into the rest of the suggestions, great thread :)
Not an album but In Love Again by Red Rack'em is a great flip of y by Outkast; super deep house, floaty as you say.

Oasis - Definitely Maybe

Whatever BSide Track

🥃

Don’t over look the mighty Khraungbin! Con todo el mundo is sensational.

1/ "Departure from the Northern Wasteland" by Micheal Hoenig.....
2/"Pheadra" by Tangerine Dream
3/"Faultline" by Redshift.
4/"Mirage" by Klaus Schulze.
5/"Empetus" by Steve Roach.
6/"Waves Of Dreams" by Gert Emmens.

These are all Berlin School "floating" heaven and worthy of a listen....enjoy!

Carbon Based Lifeforms, all of it. I tend to have a smoke.before bed, pop CBL.on and drift off to a nice spacey sleep.

Check out Haiku Salut - There is no elsewhere

Completely instrumental, so good to listen to while working, but also real nice to have on whilst having a smoke

Flow State by Tash Sultana
It's just her and a loop pedal, great album for a spaced out smoke

S.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. by OneBeLo.
So smooth.

'Deserters Songs' by Mercury Rev absolutely fits the bill

If it meets my expectations based on description and photos, comes with decent comms and stealth in the time expected it's a 10 for me. The price we pay is for more than just bud it's for the whole service.

Examples
If I buy mids and it says it is mids then it can get a 10 if its as described and comms and stealth good
Likewise if I buy something stronger and more expensive it could get the same score if it does what it says on the tin.

If I buy something strong as fook at a mids price and it comes through the door stinking it gets marked down 50-80% at least as stealth is important to me.

Not had any probs with Canadian imports or the pontiff for strength, stealth, comms if looking.

Both of those vendors are great and I use them regularly

I totally agree with everything you have said, maybe I should have been more clear in my original post. I’m looking for top shelf flower and if I’m paying top shelf prices based on all the “10/10” reviews I’m pissed.

Agreed I hear you on that. Tbf I don't buy any topshelf flower at topshelf prices i just dont like or trust all the commercial cali branding. (Tho going to buy a wee bit of some amazing looking hash soon for the experience and stash but based on picture)

Prefer just buying stuff priced well that looks decent based on my experience.

The clue to your question is the number of reviews that say “10/10 not tried yet”.
I mean…really?!….

There are two reasons why Biggas do that: some are just so happy/relieved to actually receive their drugs that they would hand over their first born so a 10/10 really is the least they can do. Others are under the misplaced idea that quick reviews are somehow essential for reputation and release cash to the vendor. 🤷‍♂️ this is also why you see so many 10/10 reviews without any comment. How long does it take?…I have never left a review score without saying what I thought of the product. Why wouldn’t you?

But I agree with others here and I rate based on my expectations that are in turned based on the description, price and service promise. And yeah, I do generally find myself awarding 10/10s which I’m delighted about😍

I try to ignore most 10/10 without a comment, if it's a real 10/10 but the person can't be arsed to leave a few words it's unlikely my kind of 10/10.

if it makes me smile stupid it gets a ten

Maybe we should be rating the Overall service First and then a second rating On the actual quality of the flower? 💚✌️

Just look at the bit after the decimal point. So 9.8 would be a 8 out of 10. Generally I don’t go lower than a 9.6.

I am truthful in my own way I'm not a mean person who will F and blind at vendors and swear until I'm blue but I will put message across and let them know it wasn't very healthy and clean etc, but if that vendor has sent me some strong tasting stuff before and majority of time I will still rate 8 on a bad product but explain in reviews for other people to see I have received but talk to vendor at same time and see if they can sort out something for me to make up for it but yeah I rate the strong high with tasting notes a good 10 or 9s . But like I said I will rate 7 or 8s for a bad received product but explain in reviews to people this vendor is usually sound majority of the time and it is nice products but talk to them see if they can make up for it . Nothing gonna be perfect on here man ! Just open your mouths and tell them be straight about the product you receive and see if they can sort something out to make up for it . Bless all

I wondered about that take it the stuff on ebay and amazon not legit

Was a few looking them but they've been away a few months now . I like the 0.1 dosage

Can do. I have 0.4s as standard and powdered form but depending on order size I can accommodate

In the uk.. no

In my house in the uk.. yeah it's cool

It's cool at mine too

Define weed and legal lol

CDB is entirely legal in the UK, as is THC for medical reasons, including flower.

Cannabis is illegal for recreational (don't believe recreational exists if weed makes you feel better that's medicine to me) here but we've had underground coffeeshops and a weed scene that in a lot of places gets ignored.

I hope we can legalise so that sme businesses can properly invest in their products without the fear of being jailed

Legalisation of so called recreational, would create a massive new industry, huuuuge tourism boost, lots of jobs and a happier populace. The government are utterly pathetic in their reasoning for NOT going that route. Once Germany rolls out, watch the dweeby pricks in Westminster slowly change their minds. Half those cunts are coked out their nut anyway.

Stupidly no. But our politicians love american balls on their chins, so Norway could possibly follow USA in further legalisation.

Uk lol, nope maybe one day

who did you use bro and is it just CBD or what ?

We can keep hoping for a movement similar to Spain

im in uk and have a private medical prescription.

If I pay to go private I would be prescribed THC and could get a cannacard to prevent hassle from the police and closed-minded people.
It's much more affordable to purchase from LB

I'm sure that most estates in UK have adopted the idea that its legal 🤣🤣🤣 step off bus after few days away and 💥 boom it hits your nose 🤣

This is true, especially in the summer you just smell it everywhere

Sorry I'll try to be more discreet😁

I watched a program on vice about them 😳

Did they not get an ITV4 show or some shit ?

bunch of fkn inbread assholes tryna b the UK version of jackass but dumber if thats even possible ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

🤣

Just listed some blue diesel Blazin, very tasty bud the blueberry comes through nicely and there the diesel on the back end😋

Looks banging, as per usual with your products. I've got a birthday coming up and may very well treat myself to a mixed ounce, the Red Congolese looks like a great smoke too.

Yea its a funky one the red C lol a new Terp for me nice tho. The platinum purple Kush is a total knockout ,me n a friend shared 1 doobie yesterday daytime and was both yawning are heads off lol

It's a great selection mate, I know I'll grab 4 qs when I get some. Choosing the strains will be the difficult part lol

DIUK have Sour D listed at the moment if you're still on the hunt. Decent prices too

That does look like a nice deal. Will check them out when it’s time for a re up. Cheers.

Got this. Can send you a sample if you after a decent amount 👌

Sounds good, how much would an oz set me back?

I'd have a look at DIUK as they change the menu regularly and often have diesel strains. I think TGT had some NYC Diesel recently too. I agree Sour Diesel is the business

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on their pages.

I've got some jet fuel from DIUK en route. Its a NYC Diesel hybrid apparently. Should be here tomorrow. I'll let you know what its like

Just had a look at that, looks great, definitely interested in hearing what you think.

Mine arrived earlier. Very nicely trimmed, small buds. A bit squishy but not too sticky. I didn't get much of a diesel smell tbh. Clean smoke with no cough, unlike diesel but it is a hybrid so maybe that why? Its quite a 'get up and do shit' smoke imho. Its a yes from me and through to the next round for the jetfuel!

That looks nice, some frosty buds there. Enjoy mate!

I'd recommend it. Really uplifting and got me tidying the house in a far more enthusiastic manner than usual ...

You and me both! Sour Diesel is the best Sativa i've had for a while, had an eighth a couple of weeks ago and now can't find any! Gimme a nudge if you find any on here? Cheersd

Will do! It's one of the few weeds I'd smoke just for the flavour. Even if it didn't get you baked I'd smoke it!

I Messaged the Pontiff who tells me we are not alone in wanting more :-) He's pushing for more and was contacting his boys today. Here's hoping!

Riley_packs has some in at the moment. Probably going to grab some this week, so I’ll let you know what it’s like.
