I'm not really sure mate. I have occasional but severe lower back pain that can incapacitate me for a few days. It's a muscular thing, so RSO helps as it seems to really relax my muscles, stops them going into spasm, and so reduces pain. I need to move about to start recovering, so this also helps me do that. For me, it's much better than painkillers (cocodamol/tramadol/naproxen) and diazepam from the Dr. It helps me sleep too, which is also a healing process in itself.

I do find it hangs over the next day though - in a nice,dreamy way - but I avoid it on a work night for that reason. Perhaps try a small dose (size of a grain of rice) one evening when you don't have stuff to do the next morning to see how it works for you. If if feels like it might help, you can always increase/decrease that dose until you get it right for your needs. Better to start these things low and gradually increase than jump in with a large amount at the beginning. Hope that helps - back pain is the worst!

Well I used one guy last year still around was had seeds in it... I like the stuff but its so annoying having to dig out..

The ones I had got last week. Two out of the Three are full seeded.... Ive collected at least 20 and smoked about 20 lol

The only one I didn't get seeds from was Pistash. His was perfect

We had an ounce of some weird ass weed we needed to get rid of... smoked the whole ounce through the night, and then I tried to drive home and when I pulled out of the hotel I was driving on the wrong side of the road (was the middle of the night with no cars out).
