Hey, I've messaged RB but wondering if anyone else can offer advice? Basically I made it all the way to sending BTC to the address but my phone froze and fucked up the page that when it reloaded I was logged out of here with no idea what is going on, no order showing in my orders section either. So I've checked the BTC and its showing as sent. Do you think the order will still come through? Or have I just somehow managed to lose that money? Cheers for any help!
My first order was when I wasn't logged in. I also got the fear! If you sent to the correct address then you should be cool. I looked up the bitcoin transaction on https://www.blockchain.com/explorer and used the search bar on the upper right to search the address of the wallet I sent the BTC from. This put my mind at ease.
Thanks, I sent RB messages but he hasn't responded which is actually making me feel more nervous but I mean if it doesn't arrive and he doesn't respond I guess it's a lesson learned. Chalk it up to experience lol
Same thing happened here, wasn’t logged in but messaged him and supplied my address to confirm and turned out he’s already sent it :) If not messaged back yet he will just think v.busy! RB seems really reliable so I wouldn’t worry, has great ratings and feedback, you’ll see their name pop up a lot on threads on this site
Hi there, if the BTC has gone to the address provided then contact transaxe on here (goto messages and in the to part type transaxe and transaxe support will come up). One of the great things about bitcoin is they can easily see if it has been paid or not and if so they will sort it out with RB and your order will be fine. I have ordered a fair bit with RB before and can also confirm they have been great with me. One thing to note is transaxe have often been on in the middle of the night UK time so you might not get a reply until then but don't worry for now, just let transaxe know what happened and give it some time for them to look into it.
Hi there, sorry I missed the part where you said you already messaged RB. Wait and see what they say. I am not sure to be honest what information a vendor can see as I am not one so I don't know if they will be able to sort it alone. However transaxe can see everything to do with BTC so if RB can't sort it they can. I had a couple of issues in the past where a payment would go through and would not register as having gone through on this site so even though the money was at the address it needed to be and fully confirmed the site had not recognised it. This has not happened for ages now but the couple of times it did I told transaxe the address I had sent to and how much I sent and magically the timed out order at the vendor switched to paid and everything was fine. I know that feeling of panic when you think it has gone wrong but don't worry if you sent the money to the address they will be able to see and sort that out, if it hasnt gone you have lost nothing. Also everyone was new once so don't be hard on yourself and welcome :)

It just means you wasn’t logged in to your account. You’ll still get the product it’s just not recorded in your account and you can’t see updates it will just turn up. I started off with no account and I couldn’t see anything I’d send the cash and hope for the best. Always came through. Rader is top too it will already be on its way. Just make sure your logged in next time just to ease your worries and you can see your order
100% mate. It’s nerve racking because you don’t here nothing. But it comes. It May take a while with the post how it is. But it will come. Like I said just always make sure your logged in to your account before buying to ease the concern and panick lol.
Not sure if this is the right place but wanted to say over 20 orders over a long time with these guys and they have always gone above and beyond. I recently had major surgery too, after my three days in hospital and no weed, I returned home to some of your fireball rosin coated hash.. I can recommend this highly as pain relief if you have any left lol.. it really did work better than anything else I could find!
Could anyone advise please?! I tried to pay for a product on LB last night but the payment timed out! My problem is the money has left my Bit Coin account but there’s no record of my payment reaching the vendor. The order hasn’t appeared on my order page and the vendor hasn’t as yet replied to my e-mail to confirm the buy. Can anyone tell me where my money has gone and how I get it back? Hi, first of all don't worry. I have had the same thing happen a few times now. It is just a technical issue that the site does not pick up that the payment has gone to the address you sent it to. Contact transaxe support they have been brilliant and they will sort it out for you, your order will go from timed out to paid and all will be good. I know you panic when it goes wrong but they can easily see who paid what and amend it.
Hi, I put in an order earlier. The payment page didn't register the payment going through I don't know why. I have checked the address and the amount and it is all correct. I am trying to write details here but when I do I get "please do not use little biggy for external transactions, this results in reputation loss and expulsion" i am not doing anything external just trying to write a help message. Can anyone help? it is fully confirmed my end but unpaid here. edit I have contacted transaxe support.
