Look up the order in your browser history and click on the order number and log in from there. This will add the order to your account. Message the vendor from the actual order page. If they still ignore you then dispute as normal.

Aw Jesus you are not helping yourself here!Plenty of people order without logging in as a preference (the paranoia on here runs high lol!). The order goes through as normal BUT you cannot track it in your orders, review it, or dispute it if it goes wrong.

Keep politely trying with the comms and perhaps open a topic on the vendors page but no raging.
