It's hard to say for certain. We used the best RSO we could find and priced them up after testing. For $20 we think they are worth it and they are on sale until the end of this month.

Hi I was supposed to receive NDD on Friday 16th July but it hasnโt arrived. Vendor says tracking shows still at sorting office. Does this mean itโs seized as I thought all NDD were kept separate from general post & offered extra security plus Iโm seeing lots of people with the same problem but as comments not dated hard to tell if recent. If seized does anyone know if you get a knock on door or just a letter.
I ordered 6th July, still at royal mail 19th July, spoke to customer service, they say it is classed as missing and not seized and sender can get refund.

I had a NDD that was supposed to arrive yesterday (listed as sent Monday). The afternoon is wearing on and it's still not here today. I sent a message last night to see if it could be tracked but it hasn't been opened (vendor hasn't used messenger for two days, apparently). My area isn't listed as affected by delayed service by RM. The last NDD I had from this vendor arrived fine. If I'd seen all those posts, I'd have ordered elsewhere. I use edibles for pain management so being stuck like this really fucks me up--I guess I just got too comfortable with things arriving when I order them! I'm not swimming in money either and this wasn't a tiny order. Not happy at all.
I think the problem is RBโs Royal mail area as thereโs loads of comments all saying stuck. I too saw heโs not been on messenger for 2 days. Iโve ordered loads of times from him in the past all NDD & have all arrived bang on time so Iโm really hoping itโs just covid delays & nothing more sinister

Me too. As best I could tell the ones like yours ordered last week(?) were stuck at some depot. If there was a known issue I would certainly hope that the vendor would send later orders from a different post office, with different packaging, whatever... Or if orders aren't getting through RM, stop accepting them temporarily. If NDD is the problem, send first class. Something. Fingers crossed it's just RM delays and nothing worse...
Hey, RB has been in touch to say my NDD parcel was intercepted at the sorting office, and has offered a 50% reship or refund. Would recommend getting in touch with him to get sorted :-)

Did you get the tracking number from RB to know it was actually sent as Deepdish received their order today that theyโve been waiting on but was only posted yesterday.
Yep got the tracking number and it was sent when RB said it was, 10 days ago now so deffo taken me thinks. It isn't RB fault however I'm not going to accept a reship as don't want it to go missing again or put my address at jeopardy.
Likewise mate, sticky finger post man got mine too, no point in a 50% reship, just cut losses. Shame though, RB was one of my regulars.

Do you know if itโs best to go through escrow or just give RB your Bitcoin address for them to refund direct. Not had to get a refund before so Iโm unsure of best way. Iโve seen others saying theyโve got 90% & some full refund from escrow but RBโs terms do say 50% once.

I shared this information recently on another post, but Iโll mention it again.
According to yesterdayโs service update on their website, as well as some other issues, a fair few Royal Mail staff have had the dreaded ping from the NHS app and are having to self isolate which has caused disruption to deliveries ๐
They are also prioritising delivery of COVID test kits, which will no longer be free of charge as of next month. I have a feeling folk have been stockpiling which will create more of a backlog.
Worse effected seems to be guaranteed next day and signed for. Iโm guessing that processing requires more resources?
I canโt offer any words regarding seized parcels as thankfully never had the experience.
Iโm sure another Bigga will be able to advise on that subject.
