how can ethereum keep getting more valuable when there is no limit to mining?

ETH is going to be limited after the hard fork and it's the back bone of the crypto world. That where you go to build on the blockchain. It's still undervalued I believe.

ETH is switching from Proof of Work (This is GPU/ASIC mining) to Proof of Stake,

You can look up 'EIP 1559' and 'ETH Proof of Stake' if you want to know more.

DeFi is coming, around 22% of ETH is locked up in smart contracts, let that sink in 🔐🔐

Gunna keep saying it, would be brilliant if we can start paying in something other than BTC...

Is it unlimited though ?? When ethereum 2.0 comes out all the original existing ethereum will start to get burned with every transaction or exchange ?! Then 3.0 comes around and the cycle repeats itself? maybe wrong but that’s how we understand it

I'm certainly no expert but from what I've read there should be a seamless transition from ETH to ETH 2.0. They are one in the same.

Could be wrong, happy to take advice as I've got a few quid in ETH.

Cheers BB

Hi BB , yep definitely one in the same and transitioning is seamless 100% but as far as we understand the existing eth ( the ones we got ;) ) will start to get ‘burnt’ off over time , miners start receiving less of the fees/commission and a certain amount just gets burned in between transactions and exchanges? Haha same, we maybe wrong, but that’s how it got explained to us ?! Either way to the moon with eth let’s go ^^^
