Hey biggas, IV been off tobacco now for 2 years but still smoking abit of green, one thing I do miss is a nice long joint, could anyone recommend a substitute for tobacco as it's expensive smoking blunts and prefer the smoking experience of a j, I've also tried vaping but didn't particularly like it
i know exactly what you mean, gave up fags 10y+ ago now & miss them like a hole in the head - a nice long joint is a different matter though. you can just buy cheap shake to use as a smoking mix or herbs like people have suggested but honestly i think it's actually the buzzy nicotine/weed combination we're really missing so probs no solution for that. i just smoke really small joints of bud, mostly, like americans in old films.
Can second the marshmallow leaf. Doesn't take long to get used to and actually adulterates the terps a lot less. Burns fine but quicker than tobacco cos its dry but its way better on your lungs and makes great zoots.
I was just looking at a pic of Rux's spliff on Budzinho's post and it made nostalgic for spliffs, i need some Notbaccy too, seems the Professor Herb might be the way to go for me!

I’ve been through this same dilemma a few years ago. At first I used NTB’s, they came in a pack like fags. It’s a mix of herbs and fairly inoffensive. But eventually I was just making tiny blunts. Then I gave up combustion completely and got a S&B Mighty +… it’s not the same, it’s just not but I have gotten used to it. It can feel like hard work puffing my through 400mg of flower though. Now if I smoke a blunt it’s like eating an ashtray, so gross! I have really enjoyed live resin carts, they really hit the spot. I think the future is rosin, either dabbing or decarbing for carts. You get the hit of the whole fruit and it’s so convenient in a cart.
Ah, one other thing I tried was camomile straight out of a tea bag, don’t do that, it’s horrible.

I've been using a product called real leaf a mix of marshmallow,mullein and raspberry leaves. It's great...smooth no roughness on the exhale
I either buy some low key landrace (Thai etc) or keep hold of a pleasant but weak strain in a jar for a long time, then use that when I want a blunt. Mostly smoke hash worms rolled with it though

So, who's heard of Kent? If you have then you're very into indie rock and realised that it didn't die in the early '00s, it just moved to Scandinavia, or, you're Scandinavian. They released 2 albums in both English and in Swedish out of the 10 or so in their catalogue. The talent to carry that off is beyond my comprehension. They filled stadiums and arenas, were of the highest quality of musicianship of anyone practicing their craft, and hardly anyone knows who they are.

No allergies there :) They're all mainly used for anti-inflammatory purposes right? Will DM you!
I would honestly recommend microdosing mushrooms or having a good dmt/changra trip over using cannabis for depression/anxiety.
In my experience cannabis can make the problem worse or often be the cause.
It can cause hyperfocus on what your head is deeming to be a problem or making you anxious without actually coming to a solution/resolution to said problem.

I find most of my pain is caused by inflammation around my spine, changing my diet drastically affected how much pain and discomfort i was experiencing, look up inflammatory foods and anti-inflammatory foods
You might find out like me diet was causing alot of the main pain.

I use it for pain relief and to calm down my sensory input, it don't do shite for my anxiety or depression but I wont lie the stony haze does help me not focus on some of the current stresses life presents (it prevents hyperfocus in my case but doesn't cure the main issue)

It all works the same for pain for me, until I discovered little biggy it's been a fair while since I could choose strains but found the painkilling aspects work the same from strain to strain for me thankfully.
As for hyperfocus and negative thought loops, I find mindfulness works a treat for pulling me back to the moment and one of the reasons I like things like dynavaps is due to the tactile aspect as well as the being in the moment with it as you concentrate on heating etc...

A good Kush/smottie is the one for pain for myself.
If im vaping best way to kill pain ive found is;
Cbg hit at 52c
Thca hit at 105c
Cbda hit at 120c
Thc hit at 157c
Cbn hit at 185c
Cbd hit at 180c
and then a final Cbc hit at 220
Doing it in that order means that u get the most out the product.
Also doing thca before thc make the thc kick harder.
Mindfulness is a good shout, need to practise that more!

Yeah most of my vapes don't have a temperature gauge on them and are manual controlled 😃 and I'm an ex heavy ciggy smoker so I tend to be flirting with combustion to get that back of throat hit I miss so much.
I have tried balanced CBD/THCa strains but found myself just reaching for real weed as my brain catalogues it 🤣

To be honest it tastes good in pretty much anything, in black coffee its lush, put it in pizza base/sauce turned out good.
The cannabis taste seems to overpower the coconut.
i feel ya why i got on the edibles, it does make your tolerence shoot up pretty quick though warning!!

Just to let you know i won't be sending these out bang on the 1st, had to rethink packaging was using glass jars but it costs too much to post.
Will be ordering a vacsealer on the 1st, when it gets here i will get it all sorted ready for post.
Also to be noted i live in the middle of nowhere and the post office is only open one day a week, so please bear with me if you want special/recorded delivery
