As I said the cheap pen works perfectly well with all other concentrates(bho, shatter, crumble)

Why does our batter bubble/spit when dabbed?
Our batter starts as trim or sugar leaves run through closed-loop butane extraction, then purged in a vacuum oven at low heat. While purging, we whip it every 15 to 30 minutes, that's what builds the creamy, aerated texture instead of a hard shatter.
Due to it being purged in a very high humidity room, tiny water pockets can end up trapped inside during the whipping.
After the purging and whipping, we reintroduce terpenes into the batter.
To the reviewer:
- the batter reacted that way, because @400 C the terpenes and the trapped water get flash boiled.
Please use lower temps when dabbing this.
Due to it being purged in a very high humidity room, tiny water pockets can end up trapped inside during the whipping.
After the purging and whipping, we reintroduce terpenes into the batter.

If you know the problem and you are using a closed loop extraction and vacuum oven at a low heat (I don't know how you have water forming in a warm vacuum)
Buy an extraction fan or a dehumidifier, if it is a high humidity room you are working in it is probably unsafe and should really have regular air changes.
It is wild to tell customers to change when you could just make the product better instead.

A dehumidifier is in works, never meant for anyone to change just wanted to explain that @400 C every extract will split and bubble like crazy. My Puffco won't even get to that temperature lol
Yeah, my personal preference is the red setting on the peak but I know there will be some people doing hotter than necessary and saying that is the only way it hits for them.

Who dabs at 400C?🤣 Show us screen of your lungs. Must be tar black.

Was gonna say a puffco only gets to 315⁰c and that's at max settings! Most people wouldn't go above 300 cos it'll char most products
I edited my review to explain mistaking Celsius for Farenheit.
I also said there(adding here too for clarity) that I ended up being able to vape it just fine in my volcano.
It was my pen that couldn't take due to the splashing/spitting. The humidity issue makes sense.
Also upped the score from 7.0 to 8.5

You shouldn't have to use a volcano for it? Isn't the batter fully melty so ideal for a dabbing device such as a peak?
Only have a cheap dab pen but it works fine for the shatter and crumble I have. The design of the pen is why the boiling/splashing was a problem as the mouthpiece is in close proximity to the batter. That's why I eventually tried it in the volcano with the concentrate pad.
It could be also HTFSE (full spec natural terps) mixed to the budder. Because in my bangers i dont have any issues. Tried lowest 456F to highest 520F. If your volcano with proper chamber can handle it but your as you wrote "cheap dab pen" cant, i dont think its something bad with the bho then. Im dabbing for many years and had their first budder too from the start of this year and i cant complain. Since they smoke it too they trying always to put terpenes there, so you cant taste or recognize the classic BHO nose (chemicals).

Marked as sent and Tracking number provided 10th June
Assured that order is on the way (15th June) as the tracking number provided only showed the date the label was created.
Order actually posted 18th June, 11 days after payment and 8 days after the vendor marked it as sent.
Received half of what I ordered (23rd June) and some random terp devoid weed in place of the other half of what was ordered.
Vendor offers to fulfill the original order with a similar quality to what I actually ordered plus extra and some concentrate as a sweetener or a refund.
I opted for the replacement because of the offered extras.
The vendor takes 3 more days to post the replacement(27th June) after saying they would expedite it.
The replacement arrives 1 month after paying for the original order 6thh July.
The vendor did not send extra or the concentrate they offered to sweeten the deal.
Vendor basically says tough luck you already got extra(yes the terp less wonder I received originally)

To be honest: our service level has genuinely dropped over the past few weeks/months, and we're still working internally on getting the root causes under control. That's not a state we're happy with as previously mentioned in our public apology post, and it's not what you should expect as a customer, especially after we'd made you a concrete compensation promise.
The missing sweeteners were a mistake by our new packer, and that shouldn't have happened regardless of what was in the original shipment.

Since then (22nd May) zero comms except bs automated messages asking for a review.

I apologise for missing your messages I had loads after the bank holiday and I wasn't on yesterday. And I marked it as sent as it was packed you'll have your tracking number and very likely your pack shortly
