Our batter starts as trim or sugar leaves run through closed-loop butane extraction, then purged in a vacuum oven at low heat. While purging, we whip it every 15 to 30 minutes, that's what builds the creamy, aerated texture instead of a hard shatter.

Due to it being purged in a very high humidity room, tiny water pockets can end up trapped inside during the whipping.

After the purging and whipping, we reintroduce terpenes into the batter.

To the reviewer:
- the batter reacted that way, because @400 C the terpenes and the trapped water get flash boiled.

Please use lower temps when dabbing this.

Assured that order is on the way (15th June) as the tracking number provided only showed the date the label was created.

Order actually posted 18th June, 11 days after payment and 8 days after the vendor marked it as sent.

Received half of what I ordered (23rd June) and some random terp devoid weed in place of the other half of what was ordered.

Vendor offers to fulfill the original order with a similar quality to what I actually ordered plus extra and some concentrate as a sweetener or a refund.

I opted for the replacement because of the offered extras.

The vendor takes 3 more days to post the replacement(27th June) after saying they would expedite it.

The replacement arrives 1 month after paying for the original order 6thh July.
The vendor did not send extra or the concentrate they offered to sweeten the deal.

Vendor basically says tough luck you already got extra(yes the terp less wonder I received originally)

Hi I am just wondering of anyone else has came into the same problem as me but I placed an order on Monday morning and evrething went fine I had also received a message from Northcolective about shipping details so I had replied then there comms have went dead and now there are 5 unread messages that I have sent them amd they have been using messenger we are now also on Wed so pretty much 3 days later and my order is still not showing as sent and I'm still not getting any comms (I verry rarely have problems on LB and this is probably on of the worste)
If anyone could give any info about this vendor would be appreciated as ALL the reviews I see are good.
