Cancer pain management
A family member is really suffering, with morphine and other opioids not managing the pain at all. I'm going to suggest trying cannabis but no idea where to start. If anybody has any experience and can give recommendations on best strains, thc/cbd mixes, herb or oil etc, would be much appreciated.

I use cannabis as an adjunct to managing pain from neuropathy and spinal cord damage. Not sure if there's a huge difference but I would offer some advice re CBD/THC ratios. If the patient is older and hasn't experienced cannabis before, make sure he's well dosed with CBD before introducing the THC to his system. It helps to mitigate the adverse effects like paranoia and depersonalization that may happen when first-time users dose large. Honestly, any high concentrate drops will do. Take a double dose 20 minutes before introducing the THC. Hope he gets some rest and relief.

Thanks for your story and sorry to hear the pain you suffer. My dad actually died almost a year ago now - the curse of the undated LB posts! I actually bought some oil but he never got to use it. My mother however did have a dabble to help her sleep, completely overdosed, thought she was dying and called out an ambulance. Glad she didn't mention the illegal reasons for her dis-associative episode.

I dont have experience but if i was going to suggest to someone who has cancer cannabis i would send them to youtube and tell them to search for rick simpson oil(RSO) and if they want to try it you can get some here on lb ;)
Hope this helps some people claim it can cure cancer and has saved them.

Thanks Construct, he's a bit old for youtube, but I've looked into RSO a bit and lots of positve anecdotes out there. Think I'm going to send him some edibles and maybe some oil and hope he enjoys his first high at the age of 79.

RSO or similar. I have patients from France and Texas and have been supplying my wax shutter to them little over 2 years and have seen first hand how these work for such patients from pain control, epilepsy and convulsions.

Feel free to enquire as I’m more than happy to help out any patients world wide especially cancer as this hits home for me.

Stay blessed
