Looking for portable dab pen recommendations...
I want to get in to concentrates and looking for a user friendly portable (pen style) device that will handle any concentrate thrown at it. I've seen some only work with certain concentrates. I'd like to cover all bases. It must be a portable/discreet pen style device as I only partake outdoors and don't want to be faffing about with a heavy/big set up on cold & wet northern nights.

It’s bother the lighting pennies decant also but the lighting pen is more a one hit and done. Without the Hud tool a pain in the area to load.

Have to disagree with you on the Lightning Pen, Mr TheDazzler. Most reviews do say one hit and done but I find you can put in MORE concentrate than you can stick on the end of the CK built in dab tool! Even when I put in the same amount as I would the CK, I get around a dozen gentle 5sec rips and even if I crank it up I still get around 6-7 good hits (although more vapour seems to escape and I'm tight and want it all so only do gentle rips!!)
Ok it may appear fiddly to fill due to the small cup but I just sort of scrape it over the edge and tamp it down with the included metal dab tool. Easy (ish! - it is a "think of your secretary" moment though, bonus kudos if you know the reference!).
The first hit is about the same in flavour profile for both CK and the LP but after that the LP wins hands down, so flavourful and smooth.
Oh it's been a real hassle comparing the two, what a pain! (in fact my advice to anybody is get both if you can't decide!!) Cheers :)

I’ve just seen too many reviews/descriptions for the LP stating one hit wonder when it really isn’t. Ok maybe you can if you have Tom Jones lungs and heft the whole dab in one go but you can definitely have a good multiple session with it. Enjoy your Core :)

I still use my AIO quite a bit. Only just got the core. In fairness it was a deal I could not refuse. 2nd hand and a lovely trade from a fellow bigga ha ha ha

I'll be travelling to Ireland next month for a week... How daft is it to take carts in my hand luggage? I've travelled to various places around Europe with a cart in my hand luggage with no issues but not sure if doing so to Ireland is somewhat riskier? Anybody made the same journey recently? Cheers

I got 7gs of DIUK’s Afghan Kush. Lovely stuff and good value. Super Hans was my other go to he had Hindu Kush which was lovely and GMO which was super potent indica which was incredible. Hashishins Afghan Squidgy Black and Lebanese were lovely couch lock material but he’s only got sativa hash atm I think

Hi common sense! though you're partly right botany wise you are wrong industry wise. botany wise: "Sativa, sativus, and sativum are Latin botanical adjectives meaning cultivated" while Indica ("Latin for “of India”) is refereed to plants discovered growing in and around India's reign. all drug types cannabis are named 'Cannabis Sativa', and indica genetics actually scientifically called 'Cannabis Sativa Indica'. Now, since most people involved with cannabis industry over the years were not agronomists, And since most land race genetics found near and around India where of sedative, narcotic effects the term Indica stuck to sedative cannabis types (especially since pre-modern hybrids, if you got a sedative cannabis most odds the genetics were from that origin.)
On the other hand, since most genetics found around tropical areas where of uplifting effects, And since they weren't found near india, they were just left named 'Cannabis Sativa' and so the sativa term stuck for stimulating cannabis types. Industry wise these terms are used for many, many years and are well needed in order for growers/retailers to be able to communicate their bud's general characteristics to the buyers. yep i agree, it's deep rooted in the industry but it needs to change especially if people want to treat this plant as a medicine, if you need a specific effect, then asking for just an indica or sativa is about as useful as pollypuffs comments on pretty much anything

I generally agree with the point you're making about the inaccuracy of trying to label hybrid cannabis as indica or sativa. we have absolutely no argument about determining %/% of sativa/indica is complete nonsense. I agree that medical patients seeking relief of the plant need much more information than if one type's sedative/uplifting (indica/sativa). but, even though this information is not enough for medical users it's a very helpful and needed starting point for both medical and recreational consumers alike. I agree better terminology can be found but until it is, I don't know of any better alternative atm.

Hi pollypuff! for the first part of your question there is a really long answer, but the short answer is no. the offspring of two different plants can present different combination of genes inherited from each parent. more over, when we're talking about cannabis buds it's hard to predict how every little difference will lead to a different effect when consumed in it's psychoactive state. the second part of your question should be separated from it's first past in my opinion, and that's exactly my point in the long post above. I believe the definition of 'Sativa' and 'Indica' terms by the agronomist and the cannabis consumer are different and separate. while the agronomist decide whether one type is Indica or Sativa based on it's genetics, the cannabis consumer base it on it's effects when inhaled/ingested. for the agronomist this terminology is used to differ between individuals while the consumer use it to achieve a desired experience. from the consumer point of view I certainly think you can call some hybrids Sativa or Indica ‘dominant’ :-)

Although the terpenes complexes that tend to make you relaxed and sleepy are in indica dominant and the terpenes that tend to make you high are in sativa dominant strains:) also it’s easier to ask if a strain in indica or sativa because everyone knows the terms. If I asked if a strains has linalool, Beta-caryophyllene, Humulene, Limonene etc, it would get a bit silly. Much easier to ask about indica or sativa;)

The fastest way to satisfy an indica craving is the Tahoe Og Iceolator, from what i've tried, i laced mine today with gelato og for a little sativa bounce, then 6 hour nap.

Another Noob Question About Hash...
I've had various bits of hash from LB vendors and I'm currently sitting on DGT's Bruce Banger and Sunset Sherbet. I've always mixed my flower/hash with my CBD flower when smoking, but I do enjoy flower on it's own in my Xmax v3 Pro (saving for the original mighty).
I want to start training my palate to pick up certain tastes because when I'm mixing with my CBD flower, the earthy outdoor grown CBD flower dominates anything I'm mixing with it.
I don't want to sandwich it between flower in the Xmax as that presents the same issue of mixing flavours.
Is a glass pipe worth the investment? I've no idea where I would start or how even to efficiently use one.
In summary I simply want to be able to pinch of .2 of hash and consume it without mixing it, in the most flavourful way possible, efficiency would be a bonus. Thanks for any input!

Never owned an Xmax, but you can vape most hashes by wrapping up little fragments in vaping or muji cotton. I usually go with the max temp. Anything in excess of 415f works well though.

I've only been using a honeystick for carts which reaches 4v... I've seen posts on various carts here and people can be hitting certain carts between 5-10v...
I can start using a box mod a have but I like the discreet pen style type. Can anybody recommend a good pen style vape that will cover any cart eventually I may need?
Finally. What are good voltage ranges for the following:
Distillate vapes
50/50 vapes
100% vapes (DrExtract)

I think just like with dry herb vapes- you dial in the temp for comfort. With carts I need a low temp because I like to avoid The Cough. I have friends who just want the big clouds that come with high temps.
So yeah, it’s good to have a range of temps available. I use the Vessel Compass that dials 2.4-2.8 -3.2-3.6. I use it on 2.4 and it rocks for me but remains cool & smooth…it’s beautifully made too:

when you say 5-10v i think they are reffering to wattage, the volts on a regualted mod depend on the wattage its set too and the resistance of the coil ,for example my cart im vaping rn is 1.26ohms im aiming for 3.4v so i have it set to 9.2watts to achieve this if the ohms was higher i would need less wattage to achieve this. unregulated vapes usually range 3.4v-3.6v-4.0v so depends on the ohm of the coil to the output which you cant really tell. i stick between 3.4-3.6 so i get a good balance of taste and smoke

From my experience of vaping and using carts I have only ever used wattage.

The carts like the 50:50 resin ect take a bit to get going sometimes especially in the winter months.

I've been using a Paso (link above). Pre-heats, is designed for CBD oils, and has 3 different voltages. The low one is green, medium is blue and high is red. Not a clue if it's right but the blue one seems to give the best results for me with one of Dr Extract's 100% live resin Biscotti carts. I've kept the cart upright and used the preheat on the first vape of the day and I've had no issues at all. It's really strong and a few puffs really gets me high.

Well, in many ways a battery is a battery. I’m sure there are many people using £10 pens that they are perfectly happy with. For me the problem is the lowest temp is too high (like 3.4v) and The Cough is unavoidable.
As with Mighty Rux and their Paso, the Compass was originally designed specifically for CBD and oils which are effective from 2.4v which is a starter temp you don’t often see. Then you can crank it up from there. It has the best airflow of any battery I’ve tried. It fits beautifully in your palm, looks very different to kiddy pens and is super discreet. I expect it to last a long time.
Don’t be put off by lack of a “preheat”. Thicker oils thin out instantly by holding the button in for a few seconds, wait a few seconds, then use as normal.

So I was confused by the Amazon listing for the Paso as they seem to have bullshit voltages listed. On the manufacturer's website it says: 2.7v (Green), 3.1v (Blue), 3.6v (Red). So it looks like I'm naturally favouring the 3.1v which is in 2.8-3.2v range I saw someone recommending for a live resin cart, which is reassuring. Can I vape 50:50 and/or 100% distillate cards with these voltages?

Pre heat if your pen device has that feature. Other than that use a lighter to warm the sides of the cart and it should become a little thinner.

Pre heat if your pen device has that feature. Other than that use a lighter to warm the sides of the cart and it should become a little thinner.
I'd get the cart warm by leaving it near something warm, boiler, radiator etc. Then hold the button for 3seconds then allow to cool for 3seconds , do this 3 times and try to take a toke whilst holding the button

Had similar experience with draw activated pens too. It really is worth getting a vape with pre heat function or at least button activated. Cell M3b? I use the Yocan Uni Pro, highly recommend. :)
honestly my personal experince with yocan's has been terrible. £85 spent on them in a month - buttons lasting a day or other battery issues. i grabbed myself an enail setup for concentrates and just use a cheap stick 510 thread battery for carts. can grab them in bulk online or even in the pound shop these days. just seems a lot more convenient for me
From other comments/threads I think Yocan has a hit and miss record! It works for me still after a year and was cheap enough anyway but like you say lots of other options out there.
Just out of curiosity. Do you go out on one of those proper road cycles with the helmet and all the stream line gear on?
I had this before and pulsing the battery seemed to fix this issue, becareful not to burn your coil out though. 2 second burn, hold for a second and repeat.

I've actually changed my mind about this comment after trying a couple carts from sn2d. would recommend those to people over the distillate carts others are selling.

I've using Doctor Extracts for the past few years and bought these a few times too.

Yes Anon1385 you've got it, we currently don't make many posts and try to delete old ones due to the issues with page loading when they become to large on this site, we need people like you at the wheel steering us towards simple and effective solutions, although we wouldn't hold our breath for any fix to be implemented around here no matter how much sense it makes :)
We've a solid community here and I'd imagine a hell of a lot use mobile to browse. We shouldn't be discouraged from adding to the community because of how it will slow our page down. More of a problem for vendors who interact a lot and have listings on top of that.

'neutral' description of the initiative = The immediate need for a more stable / suitable currency and or pricing system!
So it's been a couple of weeks and still nothing has really happened as far as coming up with a solution to bring some stability in the pricing for the buyers and vendors, and now that the dollar to pound conversion rate has very very quickly hit it's worst rate on record, and it's clearly showing no signs of slowing down, what are we going to do about this?
My solution, which has been backed up by so many of the sites users that i've lost count, would be the obvious

at the very least, 90% of the buyers on here are within the UK, and all have Sterling in our bank accounts, not Dollars
Dollars and Sterling are neck and neck when it comes to stability in the worlds market, claiming the use of Dollars for stability reasons on here is disingenuous
and how are vendors expected to be sat at their computer 24/7 constantly adjusting their prices on hundreds of listed items just to make it fair for buyers, when all this could be solved with a simple currency change?

one final thing i would like to add biggas that a lot of you probably wouldn't have even seen at the time, or joined long after, but about 2 years ago, before we had initiatives, i was very outspoken about the fact that the BTC prices on here used to be only set in 5 digits, for example 0.0050BTC, and with the instability of BTC, this lead to us never being able to actually pay the correct amount for our orders (0.0057464BTC < how prices look now) often having to pay way more than the order is worth because we didn't have the correct amount of decimal places, this was hugely frustrating and it was costing everyone a fortune, and after making topic after topic screaming at the top of my lungs about how much we need extra decimal places and then out of nowhere with no explanation we were finally given this much needed change when LB went under it's overhaul a couple years back! i wanted to end on that, for the biggas that thought that i'm just bitching, i'm not, i poured so much energy into those topics to benefit all of us, the amount of money that we have all saved since the decimal place change would have surpassed the hundreds of thousands of £ quite some time ago, just like the change i'm asking for now, it's going to save so many people so much money at a time when we coudn't possibly need it more.

This means that a listing of £100 will always be £100 today, tomorrow, next week if its still listed at £100 then you will still pay £100 - this is stability. A $100 listing is £76 then £78 then £82 then £86 then £90 now it's £95even though its still listed unchanged at $100 - that is instability.

FOR - preferably stable coin, then theirs no issues with payment release dates of 16days for vendors who are then stuck in huge currency fluctuations and this year alone has seen at least 3 occasions of the escrows halving in value within that 16 day period.
It does not make sense, not with the pressures of staying stealth and not being caught by the bizzes we now have to have a degree in economics just to make sure have enough to pay our supplier's in 2 weeks for the reload or have enough money for fuel etc.
The world is at a financial knife edge and if this does not get sorted some poor vendors going to be getting a hiding or 2 from some pissed off supplier who wants their money the plain facts.
It does not make sense, not with the pressures of staying stealth and not being caught by the bizzes we now have to have a degree in economics just to make sure have enough to pay our supplier's in 2 weeks for the reload or have enough money for fuel etc.
The world is at a financial knife edge and if this does not get sorted some poor vendors going to be getting a hiding or 2 from some pissed off supplier who wants their money the plain facts.

I've not once seen a feature the community has asked for implemented here. I get the feeling the site is run part time by a small group. I know of other marketplaces that have even the most basic of features... dated posts, search features, pages that don't take minutes to load if they have more than 200 topics on them. I can get over the dated posts and loading times but I can't get over the prices. The other place I buy from has lots of flower variety (shit for carts and edibles etc) but flower has always been £37.50 for eighths and doesn't change. It think the LB staff maybe reached the limit of their abilities. Simple functions that any other online marketplace in the world has, the LB staff don't to have the knowledge/time/tools to implement.
Why isn't the GBP&USD price linked to the BTC price?

I know of other marketplaces that have even the most basic of features... dated posts, search features, pages that don't take minutes to load if they have more than 200 topics on them. I can get over the dated posts and loading times but I can't get over the prices. The other place I buy from has lots of flower variety (shit for carts and edibles etc) but flower has always been 37.50 for eighths and doesn't change. It stink of incompetence now on the LB staffs part

I think someone mentioned that this topic was open so i tried to revive it and also started a new one.
It has been noted but the issue is the dev work that needs to be done is a fairly big job that from what I am gathering hasn’t got much incentive.
I also know blockhead have announced they are setting up an alternative recently.

for newer biggas that are unsure of the context of some of the replies in this topic, it was created over a year ago when not only did we still have the same problem of literally being robbed by fees, but we also had the problem of every single dollar costing 92p, rather than the 81p it is now which made every single order considerably more expensive for absolutely no reason other than the site being set to the wrong currency for it's customer base
over a year later, all these votes, and we still have all the same problems apart from those same problems essentially being worse than they were a year ago due to cost of living crisis etc,
all these problems could and should have been solved over a year ago

Not gonna lie I would love to save money being on the side of the buyers however, I do feel the conversion rate inflation we feel is balanced by the loss the vendors can take in BTC. It seems like a harmony that is keeping this site going...even if only barely. I will add that if BTC has a nice rise than vendors should reduce their prices accordingly.

I'm getting exasperated here cause my bank (Clydesdale/virgin money) have banned all payments to any crypto exchanges. Googled it and opened account with a bank who apparently don't do that (TSB) turns out they have the same policy now. Does anyone know a high Street UK bank that still allows crypto purchases?? because I'm running out of hash and I'm absolutely shiteing myself. Please 🙏

Most high street (UK) banks don’t want anyone dealing with crypto. Not in their best interests even tho’ it’s our money to do what we see fit. I had same issues (TSB), therefore I needed to use a ‘middleman’ Revolut online bank as I can’t transfer £ to crypto marketplace.

So how do u even know which antibiotic is required for health elements . Ie ear infections are different medication than say the clap or if u have an infected tattoo . I cant see how stocking up on meds u dont know how to use is any good at all for the general public .

Weed is sold by drug companies too In the uk. Antibiotics have been sold on LB for many years, by an Indian seller. He/she would ship them from India to the uk and it never caused a shut down far as I am aware.

It's hard to get antibiotics of a doctor or even if you have toothache with waiting lists high. People have sold antibiotics down the bottom of the items page for years on here just not from this country.
I have experienced this first hand, family member with very bad cough (over a long period of time, impacting sleep and general well-being/health both physical and mental) and possible chest infection told to wait by a GP instead of having a possible treatment. This prolonging the agony of the individual. Eventually they were given said antibiotics but after an unpleasant and unnecessary wait IE made em jump through hoops. Pretty inhumane. Also wasn’t the vile health Secretary, Tory ratbag Coffey caught selling antibiotics on or admitting doing so?

Yes, there is already a different vendor that has been selling antibiotics for a while now.
Personally I think 1 box would be enough especially the full strength 500mg Amoxicillin. Where I am if your lucky enough to get them prescribed from your GP. They either give you 7 day course of 250mg or 5 day Course of the 500mg 3 a day. . if I needed any ? Would only need 1 box.(edit )but thinking this over more, if I were to buy 2 boxes I'd have 42 tablets which would be enough for 3 doses.depending on how many you need to take on each occasion? Still expensive though when 2 boxes would be the cost of a Prescription around a 10er each 🤔

Apparently biggas have been asking for an alternative crypto for years, probably every time the fees are high, and nothing's happened so I think it's a case of go elsewhere if you can while the fees are high and come back when they're low again.
Check my topic I have linked out, it will cost you around £10-15 in fees to send with this method.

Hi Budzinho, I have followed these instructions and opened an account on kraken app, transferred from my paxful wallet via lightning so very low fees. It has arrived on my kraken app but I can’t see where/how you send it to the vendor from there - should I have downloaded the kraken wallet rather than the kraken ap? Just been chatting to blockchain customer services as i am still getting over $200 fees quoted for a $35 transaction,they told me to try later as markets have just opened and there has been a bug in the fees since the halfing event,i think they hope it will resolve itself i guess we will see.

Stop using Coinbase - i stopped using them years ago - they are thieving scalping bastards. I sent £105 of BTC this morning and it cost me about £5 and was confirmed within 20 mins. There are so many options these days to buy and send BTC - people need to do the research and find better services than Coinbase.

You should be able to change the BTC fee in settings before finalising the transaction. Go to https://mempool.space/ to find out the going rates on network fees, if they’re high wait 30 mins and check again. Currently for low priority it’s $7.30 and will process in ~20mins (6:15am).

Despite many people thinking that the rate would go down over hours or a couple of days, it looks like it is acutally increasing.
Yesterday I wrote 10 min processing was 160 sat/vB, today its 650 or ~$60 per transaction.
So it doesn't look like it is going to decrease any time soon.
Yesterday I made an order and paid about 10% in fees on ~£130, glad I did it, no telling how long it will take for things to get back to 20 sat/vB
Despite many people thinking that the rate would go down over hours or a couple of days, it looks like it is acutally increasing.
Yesterday I wrote 10 min processing was 160 sat/vB, today its 650 or ~$60 per transaction.
So it doesn't look like it is going to decrease any time soon.

I'm trying to spend dust from my referrals....160 sat is INSANE for the amount of uxto I have in one transaction. Ridiculous
Next time the fees are better send a couple of order’s worth of coin across to a new wallet. Trust wallet allows you to change the BTC fee and i’ve had no issues sending to LB.

the first few bottles i bought i only needed 3-4 drops to feel high, but with the latest bottle I need at least 10 to feel anything. Any quality control on these?
Ive only ever had one bottle of sativa & one Indica so I can't comment on if the strength has gone down... BUT would suspect it has something to do with your tolerance. Around 5 drops is a nice spot for me, but if I've been using eddibles regularly then it doesn't really touch me.

Hi we just want to clarify that here at MJ are bottles are not getting weaker. So as you have bought a few bottles from us it might be the fact that you have built up a tolerance maybe try having a day or 2 off and see how this affects you. The way Big MJ has been making these has not changed and it never will MJ
I've been wanting to try the Sativa one. When I eventually get round to it after my next T break, in a couple of weeks, I'll try and remember to report back to this topic and let you know how many drops it took me to get there.
I agree with this. My last bottle I needed 7 drops to get effect and have been on that amount for months. I started new bottle last week and increasing dosage every night until 11 drops and no difference.

I've seen a few posts recently on a few different vendors shake listings, and they look very shilly/fake, from accounts that have little to no post history. They almost all have the same titles too.
That being said, Riley's shake which I've had multiple times now, across various batches, has been consistently amazing. I've never had a piece of string, too many stems or dead bits etc. It is always terpy and smooth in the vape and enough tiny nuggets for a few smokes which always burn clean and smoke smooth.
In the same tier as RealDs skittles shake which was always consistently excellent when he had it, and I also had some consistently great popcorn from Canadian Imports. With service/value/packaging/product/postage faultless across all of the mentioned vendors.
I'm sure there is other great shake on here I've yet to try, however please stop posting reviews claiming a certain few other shakes are the best on here, multiple times, when the reviews show inconsistency with both the product and the vendor themselves.

Obviously I could just send the BTC0.00018 due (£5ish) but bitcoin will want an extra tenner on top of that again, I got two numbers the wrong way round, my own error I know. If I cancel the order and I'm in limbo waiting for coins back plus I'll lose the initial network fee regardless... If I pay I'm to pay 15 for the sake of 5... What are my plays here? This is an interesting topic so thought I’d jump in! Easiest way to get a rough idea is to do a quick breakdown. So approximately 2 million people in the UK consume cannabis on a monthly basis. If we say each person on average consumes a 3.5 each month (which is very modest) that’s 7 million grams a month being smoked. This equates to over 80 tonnes a year on the lowest end, or £800 million if we price things like the news does. Please believe me when I say this number will be a lot closer to 1.5 billion. Enjoyed this little rant ha!
Street value is always way over estimated by the piggies, but taking their value into account, the UK cannabis market is worth about £240 million a year, so 2 million is about 1% of the market, basically nothing especially if the plants weren't in flower yet.

Would clear so much confusion up and would save me having to message vendors (who have been great in replying by the way) and annoying them! The site is such a jumble to a new user (it took me a good few weeks to somewhat understand the site and the layout) that it may out them off ordering if they are not sure how old a listing is (I know it did for me) something so simple can make life so much easier for both the vendors and the sellers.
I try and date on my post make much easier for LB community to see how old post our. 17/07/22 . JJ
Please god yes! Date stamps and a search function! I appreciate there are probably "operational" reasons why they don't have this functionality but it'd be SO good to know when something was posted & be able to look for specific items/vendors easily.
For search, in android at least, you can use the "find in page" function of the browser. Top right should be three dots, it's in there.

When it's NDD it's shockingly bad. There are vendors here that have NEVER missed a beat with NDD not ONCE, and if they had they would be the first to message me and apologise/tell me when to expect the package

With the limited time modes they are pretty much a final. One round shoot out. 5 in a row I was thinking would be ridiculous but I got it with ease the first time I went for it. Took me about an hour.
I shall look. I played when it was first released and i just Couldn't get it, new game modes might entice me back to claim that platinum.
Yeah the limited modes are around for a few days before being replaced by others but they all seem to be one round shootouts. You'll get 5 in a row easy.

Dr extracts may be worth looking at. I'd also recommend serial chiller labs but they are on an indefinite break right now. If you go to the items page and press ctrl+f and search for resin, carts or rosin etc you can filter your results that way.
No problem! The site is pretty primitive but it works and it's a god send so I can't grumble! Dr Terpy also does some carts which are well rated but are made from distillate. My last cart was Girl Scout Cookies from Dr Extract and it was great but he's on holiday at the minute

I'm surprised for the amount of love out there for Rosin carts, its a nice extract and we use it for a lot of other work. But its not the best imho for carts.

Strains with pinene and linalool terpenes in them are good for boosting mid and helping with depression, some leafly searches on strains should reveal their terpenes for you :)

Yeah I'm waiting to get off my antidepressants again but there's a required amount of time before you're allowed to stop taking them 🙄
I feel your pain mate. I've been on antidepressants of one kind or another for 16 years. I'm still depressed! Go figure! The two best strains I've found recently are Mimosa (only tried in a Cart) and Stardawg that I dry vape. BTW the required weaning off for ADs is well worth sticking to. Frustrated at the lack of beneficial effect I went cold turkey eight years ago. Fucked me up big time. Ended up with an urgent referral to a shrink. I hate taking the fuckers but I fear the alternative.

Rick Simpson Oil. A mega strong liquid extract normally sold in syringes. A grain of rice sized blob on a biscuit or in a coffee will have you flying. Too much is too much. Also works for a variety of medical conditions as a topical balm....

This will help to balance the THC (our brownies are THC only atm) and give you a more mellow high.
Using full bud as your starting point and making cannabutter as your base is a good option.
You can also use a full spectrum tincture to dose edibles ( we have plenty and can make up to custom specs ).
This would be a mix of THC distillate, Live resin from the chosen strain (we have XJ13 or Zkittlez) and coconut oil.
You can make you own edibles using these methods and concentrates or Bud from any source. And then you just need to dose the recipe base on the volume your making.
N.B - A weird, but fun one... Alco-CannaMilk is a fun one. Using trim or shake etc, grind up and add to alcohol and Milk (or just milk) and heat at 90-120 degrees and this will make a really uplifting high.

If product simply meets expectations people are so psyched about getting it through the post that they give 10/10.
Once this wears off, you realise that truthful reviews are important to be able to know the quality of vendor's products. 7/10 means satisfactory or average in the real world to me.
Quality, value for money and or creative stealth should be the only considerations imo.
A fake review would be 5 or under and especially 1/10 with no comment. I don't think 7/10 requires comment, but hopefully the customer will get in touch to tell you as you have asked. Good luck.

It’s for this reason I dislike the 1-10 review/rating system we have currently. It seems the middle ground rating on LB is 8 purely for the service and then if you liked the product you go to 9 or 10 otherwise you feel like you’re screwing the vendor. Absolutely the vendor should not suffer rating reduction if they have been honest about their product. If it's described as mids but it's total schwag then you don't wanna feel bad as consumer for being honest about that.

Imo the score should be given on how accurately described the product is and the level of service given. Not the subjective tastes of an individual. Imo of course;)

Is just we sell these offline to our customers in London £100-120. We only increase in demand but we cannot avoid possibility that our products are not for everyone so guess we just take the review on the chin :)))

Not entirely sure if this would be workable on here...but awards such as Vendor Of The Year, Best Newcomer, Most Innovative Products, Best Range....etc and we all get a vote at the end of the year
A good chance to reward established vendors and promote newer vendors who are worth taking a punt on
The one thing that would kill LB would be having titles like this. Every single vendor here has gotten it wrong at least twice at some point and they mostly make it right in PMs before it even hits the topics board and starts drama. However, longterm, the ratings system tends to reflect what's needed for most. There's a difference in a vendor with 9.6 for a product but 1000+ reviews Vs 10/10 out of 15 or so reviews. Lots of vendors start strong here but the key is striving for more than that.
When you have enough orders in you'll have multiple favourite vendors. I couldn't possibly vote for one. I've tried maybe 10 vendors so far over 30 orders and 9 of those were solid and had good Comms when I needed it.

It has become apparent that there is at least 1 vendor here with a shitload of alt accounts to troll, accounts to buy other vendors products and give them 1/10 only and just generally make the place shadier. There was a recent thread where one of them was so stupid that they outed themselves without meaning to in the thread. Won't name but it was ridiculously transparent. I was thinking of buying off the vendor too but after that thread no way.
It'd be really good for vendors to be recognised/rewarded but I think it could just never be provably fair.

Wondering if anybody can source Cannatonic or similar strains which are as close to 50:50 THC:CBD as possible. My usual supplier of CBD from the US has gone quiet and looking to add more CBD to diet. Sure I can buy it over here but it sells at type 1 prices and is ridiculously overpriced compared to the Oregon outdoor grown CBD flower I usually have.
Just a heads up, their coms are absolutely abysmal, which is a shame as the products are half decent. If you run into any issues, don't expect a response for atleast 5days (if they feel like responding at all)

Ringo's gift being a very specific strain you're after I'm not sure how you'll get on but I will say find which properties you like about that particular strain and look for them in other strains.

I'd accidentally put an order in for B grade initially with plans on smoking it but Rileypacks reached out and told me it wasn't the greatest quality for anything other than cooking with so I held out for the new batch of the jealousy candy for a few days.
It smokes very clean pure and slaps in the mighty. Solid product, wouldn't hesitate to buy again on budget months. Stealth was also on point, no issues and I think it was two days delivery.

D8 & D10 are mostly synthesised hemp oil (they appear in tiny quantities in hemp so need chemical extraction to be commercially viable). Their chemical structure is similar to THC so they are basically a work around the law for non legal US States. (In those States the boxes read “Contains no THC”!).
Due to the unregulated synthetics involved they are about to be banned by the FDA. (already illegal here of course).
Why do we need these products on LB?

We used to take solids (hash) in the soles of our shoes when I went to Cyprus, Rhodes and Crete in the late 90s, but I probably wouldn't recommend that now.
I wouldn't ask anyone there for a link, Greeks can be very offended if you ask them the wrong questions.
Best advice I can give is get an Airbnb, tell the host you're posting something in advance as a "secret surprise" for your wife, and order from a reputable international seller (not me lol).
After that learn some simple Greek. It's a different alphabet but get an phonetic app, for example....

Hi, you can decarb kief and buy some activated charcoal capsuels. Dump half of the charcoal and refill with the kief. They look exactly the same and the charcoal ones should stop anything at all smelling it. You do need to open them to work out what is what though!
Smelly weed is always a bit of a worry when they bring out the beagles at the luggage carousel 😰…so I tend to take carts and edibles in my checked luggage. No worries there…have a great honeymoon 😍

I would advise carts as they get you stoned real fast and are easy to conceal in you luggage. Same goes for edibles. Propbably would stay away from flower or hash in those environments.

A positive test for synthetic cannabinoids probably just refers to the terpenes. Cannabis derived terpenes are expensive and artificial ones very common- it’s the equivalent of artificial flavouring in food. Terpenes are always added to distillate because the extraction process removes them.
D9 distillate is as cheap as chips, it makes no sense to lace it with anything. Bayato is wrong too - synthetic D8 costs more to produce than D9 so it’s not going to be used to mix with distillate. It’s used as cannabis oil in non legal States as a hemp derived loophole, same as D10.
This is one of those hot potato subjects right now so I’m expecting abuse but sometimes we need to take a deep breath- some of those claims from Bayato are ridiculous and he seems to have joined LB today just to say them. Really?

That’s not true at all Polly on liters of d8 in the states. I’ve lived in LA and been around the industry for years lol. A d8 liter costs about half the price. Used to see people import the brand packaging with QR codes etc and grab about 10k plus units for close to $3 a piece. For cold hard numbers back years ago when I worked in the industry you could get a d9 liter which is 1000 carts worth for around $800-1000 and a d8 for half that. People would cut the product as common practice. It’s the same thing as plenty of people who bought $200 hemp sprayed packs. I can tell you from experience that’s not true on cost. I will say though what you said about the terpenes yes could be true depending on the test. source: worked on grows, worked in extract facilities.
I’d also like to point out they literally spray edibles with distillate for bulk sale in the US hence why you see black market packaging lying about total MG of thc.

Point taken polly. But this was positive for a known synthetic cannabinoid that mimics thc, nothing to do with flavour or terpenes. It was indicated by colour measured against a chart with a very clear reading.

It was an EZtest kit, very clear black indication on the synthetic cannabinoid /spice test. I really should have posted a pic but I was beside myself when i had specifically asked if they were real prior to purchase. I have a history with spice so I'd like to keep my distance if at all possible.

You can dispute on the 5th April to the 17th April and when Borg replies send them a reply back with your BTC address it's pretty quick after that
This was the guy who had me over on my very first order here. Had 0 problems in 25+ orders since with other established vendors. The photo he had posted with a previous flower listing was the same style of photo SmokeDen had. Plus he's not even tried to be clever with the name. I suspect he's been here previously under a different name too. Stick to vendors with feedback and a presence here. Don't just dive in when you see a deal that's too good to be true because it often is. Plenty of carts on here already from vendors with solid reputations.
