Cut off for same-day dispatch is 11AM (Monday to Friday). You can request tracking anytime if needed. Most orders arrive within 2 days from dispatch, but please wait 3 days before contacting us about non-arrival to allow for small delays. Please note that sometimes you may receive your order in 2 parts if ordering multiple different items.
We also offer international tracked shipping to most of the world. Usually takes 3 to 7 days to arrive to most countries. You can request tracking at any time (recommended, sometimes you may need to pay import/customs fees).
