I've ordered this a few times. Its well crafted, easy to apply and has a nice smell. I'd suggest it works best for muscular and skin issues, I'm not sure it would work for headaches but I've never tried- perhaps I'll give it a go!

I think you'll find its mixed strain extract but you can chat with the vendor for more spec. Its good, and they have finally added a $5 postage option rather than the previous minimum $10 which I did not appreciate.

Judging by your other posts, this is a long standing issue. I assume it's down to noise exposure or some kind of ear trauma?

Either way, the ringing is from the damage which can't be fixed from weed. I've heard from my mate that wearing earplugs to bed can help a bit and taking melatonin helps but there's no easy fix I'm afraid hombre

Don't see why not mate. Is that your usual edibles dose? Like you I've found 3mg of melatonin in gummies from a brand called Vitafusion to work best for me. Found this much more effective than higher doses, and so effective that it would often wipe me out a couple of hours after taking it. The melatonin could just kick in at the same time as the gummy and you'll end up waking up all groggy. Or, it could just be the best and deepest sleep ever. Just make sure you have nothing to do the next day the first time you try it.

Be careful taking melatonin long term. 8 months now for work and I need to stop, the disassociation started a few months back I fully felt like I was losing myself, but now I need it to sleep. Leaving this job at the end of the month and getting clean from sleepers. You can buy it through loads of legal uk parma sites as jet lag medication no prescription. Just be careful

Been buying melatonin from Biovea for ages. It’s an European company but there have never been customs charges.

I get my melatonin online from Biovea. 3mg is the recommended dose. Higher than that is not more effective and just a waste.

I take one or sometimes two, 10mg melatonin tablets pretty much every night, plus a full to the brim, 25 ml cap of night nurse liquid - sometimes two. I also have one drop of Mjconcentrates indica pumpjack ( 5mg thc), every night, sometimes I take two drops, but have taken three drops ( 15mg thc) with the melatonin - no issues, I think it's a nice little cocktail. I wouldn't recommend anyone take that much night nurse on the daily - I have a bit of a night nurse problem to be honest - but I'm pretty sure you have nothing to worry about with your 5mg gummy and 3mg melatonin.

Just asked a medical person- a surgeon one, so pretty clued up, and he says no problem, you could go higher on both the melatonin and the gummy if you wished, and have no issues.

A few other things that I've found to be great for sleep - the company British Supplements are amazing. Have a look at their ashwagandha, magnesium, zinc and 5htp :) the 5htp will also make you feel good. Does great things for serotonin :) 🌟

Yeah you're absolutely fine to nibble all the gummies or FSO you need, in addition the melatonin dose. Or at least I would, but I take no prisoners when it comes to attaining relief. Only have one life, until the next one. My only advice would be to take only as much melatonin as you need to maintain a solid sleep cycle. 3mg is fine and dandy.

If I were prescribing I'd recommend using as a means to an end, not an end in itself.

So use the melatonin to *enable* a better sleep cycle.

What does that look like, *very* roughly speaking?

7-9hrs sleep per night; sleep before midnight is more valuable than after; lie-ins achieve nothing as the body cannot "catch-up" on sleep lost; but most of all get into a rhythm that suits *you* as an individual.

So maybe you're more a night owl?- then don't force yourself through hours of miserable insomnia trying to fall aslumber early.
Or maybe you love to see the sun rise?- then flip it and do what you got to.

The body naturally produces less than half a milligram of melatonin each evening, so you really do need only the smallest dose - unless seriously insomniac.

Drop a melatonin an hour before bed, set an alarm (for whatever time you're happiest to get up every day), then smoke a fatty and drift off to the beginnings of a new you brother

when i had ringing in ear i would lay on my side and use a pipette to put in ear, i would say 5-10 mins each side, do it for a few days, it also works wonders for ear ache as well

I suffer with this myself. What helps me is, on YouTube there's noise/sleep videos. Rain, waves, thunderstorm. These, headphones and turned up enough drowns it out. Works a treat for me.

Strangely though the tinnitus only happens when I lie down. It isn't an issue when I'm sat up which lead my doctor to believe I had fluid in my ears that caused it but it only happened if I had anxiety in the background.

I've got GAD so it's pretty constant for me. Now and again if it's really bad I'll take the pills prescribed for it but to be honest they don't do a great deal. The pills are used to treat vertigo so in turn works on the inner ear.

I know people with the same and the pills work but just not for me.

Hi all I've suffered from tinnitus for around 4 or 5 years now in my left ear . There's no cure. Ive been for 2 MRI scans in that time. Countless audiology appointments. . unfortunately ive had to live with it. Yes it does affect your sleep. After all that time I just try and forget its there. Maybe 1 day? Carts can be 90% THC whilst flower averages 20%…stronger doesn’t mean better and the quicker you get there the quicker your tolerance builds anyway. Same for all concentrates.
Carts are great for stealth and convenience. Quality flower is a beauty to behold.

I'm on Stelara and have been for a couple of years. To be honest, I never really gave it any thought about interactions with cannabis, so I've taken both as normal. No side effects that I've noticed at all. However, I'm aware that Methotrexate and Stelara are somewhat different and therefore may not be comparable. Sorry not to be more help.
