Legit vendors i need some advice please about a tracked24 parcel 21/04/26
Alright to all the legit decent vendors on here, I made a order on monday 13th of April, paid for tracked24 (royal mail) vendor said it was sent on Friday 16th, I checked the tracking today after finally receiving a tracking number after asking many times, and it states on royal mail that there expecting it, so I done a quick research on Google and google stated this....

When Royal Mail tracking is stuck on "We're expecting it," it usually means the sender has created a shipping label and paid for postage, but the parcel has not yet been formally scanned into the Royal Mail network. It often indicates the parcel is still with the sender or in a, sometimes delayed, un-scanned mailbag.

Now..trying to sort this out with the vendor has been very hard work at best, like trying to get blood out of a stone. Hes been as helpful as a wet paper bag in all honesty. He sure knows how to raise someone's suspicions il give him that.

Any help would be much appreciated. The dispute option is available in 3 days time, I really dont wanna do that because for 1, it makes me look bad, 2 coinbase said last time I was refunded that next time they want so and so information or my money will be on hold or lost. (The reason for the first refund was due to a order being automatically cancelled due to no fault of mine or the vendor, I asked the vendor to send it a few days later as I was out of town has had to travel up north to a funeral but all that was sorted and vendor mentioned yea after so many hours order will automatically cancel if it doesn't get marked as sent, everything was hunky dory and I redone my order with the same regular vendor and everything was sweet.

The only ever dispute I have made was drugs Inc (I think the vendor was) and other biggas had the same problem at the same time an we all received are money back and they are no longer on here.

If this vendor who im dealing with now really wants to drag this out il be posting everything for everyone to see, for my own defence and for other biggas, this place is built on trust and honesty.

We are expecting can be because the post box they dropped it into has not been collected or they've printed off a label and just not sent it.

Probably the second option as I find it hard to believe royal mail wouldn't collect a parcel for 3 working days (Friday, saturday and Monday)

Also if u do end up getting a refund etc. Don't send it to you're coinbase make an external one like trust👍 won't ask you questions like that

Yes exactly…

I use a drop and go RM account and print labels off

As soon as label is printed tracking is available however and this is the nightmare, I can drop them into a post office or simply drop them in a post box as long as it’s a small order of course

Point is, I’ve had many and I mean many orders delivered and it still says item waiting to be received / we are expecting online when checking tracking.

The very same goes for just as many other orders where tracking updates instantly and all seems smooth, so it’s just a hit or miss

After 7 years on this beautiful platform I can tell you that it’s all a guessing game, even special next days sometimes don’t land. I’ve even had orders completely vanish and everything inbetween

So it’s a bit of a mess but the billionaire owner doesn’t want all mail scanned so I’m all for RM they’ve been nothing but great in my eyes since I started online years back

Yes it’s not always clear cut and can make both parties look stupid at the end of the day

99% of Biggaz old and new get the script on here, as long as you dealing with a cool vendor all will be well no matter what delays etc pop up

Trust your good vendor and enjoy your smoke my friends this ain’t Amazon

No worries at all, its good foreveryone to know the basics for sure!

Basically trust wallet is a non custodial unlike coinbase etc which is a custodial wallet which u need to verify with I'd etc. Trust you don't nothing like that, no I'd nothing just download it set up your wallets and you're rolling.


You can't buy on trust so do this whenever you buy crypto and gonna send it elsewhere

Coinbase➡ personal trust wallet➡ vendor/transaxe. Its really simple hppr this helps if anything DM me.

Yea cheers mate, i googled it last night, so i downloaded the app, ive sent over whatever I had left on my coinbase account, when I first tried to transfer on trust using coinbase it said not available in this country (uk) also had coinbase wanting to know my tax information. Crazy init,

Anyway mate thanks alot for your help cheers for that its nice to know there are decent people still out there

They'll grass you up to HMRC from this financial year due to changes in UK legislation, and they are utter pricks to deal with, as they often don't know their own rules, and are very poorly trained.

Your right mate, so I can send and receive btc on my trust wallet how would I go about buying my btc now cos I cant really trust coinbase now to be honest mate especially due to the info they want me to provide wether thats a refund or to do with tax.. such a shame as I found coinbase to be pretty straight forward and the lay out is easy for me to understand. All exchanges will require this information, but as long as you don't 'earn' £1k/year from it then you're under the reporting via self assessment to HMRC requirements. I use Bittylicious, as it sounds utterly absurd, and they're based on the Isle Of Man, that well known island of conforming to tax and other regulatory requirements... Still need to give them your ID documents though. They won't grass you up until 2027, then they'll want your NI Number.

I'd recommend Phantom and Exodus as easy to use non-KYC wallets. But from an exchange and send to your wallet (then you're correct when you tell them you're sending to yourself) then send to LB/Transaxe. It'll cost a couple of quid more, but you have a layer of separation in the transaction.

But yeah, dispute. They haven't sent it as shown by the tracking, they've generated a label. Watch how quickly they do ship it when you hit that dispute button.

Thanks mightyrux, il be honest I aint got a clue about the first half of the message about non kyc wallets its just all too confusing for me im afraid lol. Simplicity is best so do you mean buy btc from coinbase or wherever then send it to a wallet I.e phantom or exodus and from there send to transaxe? I downloaded trust wallet last night and sent my left over btc from coinbase to the trust wallet? Would that make any sense to you? Sorry but seriously all this crypto stuff is confusing to me, cheers really appreciate everyone's input and advice even if I dont understand some of it haha

KYC is Know Your Customer, an international anti-fraud and money laundering thing. KYC platforms require you to provide multiple ID documents for verification. Non-KYC bypasses this. Most exchanges are KYC, but once it gets to your wallet they have no control over it.

Your wallet will have send and receive options in it, so you go to the BTC option from the list of crypto, click receive, then cut and paste that into Coinbase. If you're happy using the Trust wallet (I've also downloaded this but never used it, so it must be non-KYC too) then carry on with that. Bear these other 2 in mind for the future though.

Cheers, yeah gonna have to unfortunately its such a shame cos both of our reputation is going to take a hit when this all could of been avoided, I will also have to post the chat history for my defense so people can see exactly whats gone on from day one, im not here to mug anyone off not after anything for free also im not here too be mugged off either!

P.s actually a vendor actually sent me a dm i believe he come across this topic and asked me if everything is ok, now i have some history with this said vendor and let me tell you now.... he knows how to make a wrong a right. He could also confirm im not here to try and get anything for free, just a fyi he once was practically begging me for ages to make a mends and send me free stuff, this went on and on he just didnt give up until the point he made.me give in and finally accept it on the basis I said I will place another order and pay him extra for it that way meeting somewhere in the middle, the vendor im talking about practically blew me away, and when I see last night I had a message from him... it touched me.

Do not let messages and assurances prevent you from using the dispute system to conclusion. Delaying tactics are a classic move and you should only cancel when you've received what you paid for.

There is no defence in disputes. You have no way to influence it, nor does the vendor.

Thanks for your comments mate, i think you misunderstood about the defence bit. I know if there's no resolution between me and vendor then it should be settled by the auto borg so to speak.( resolution is practically impossible with this vendor)

(The defense part) i want people to see what's actually gone on.. from the beginning until now, the whole chat history between me and the vendor so they can see for themselves im not in the wrong, they can see just how unprofessional this vendor has been with his communication or lack off,

When they see the chat history im sure everyone will understand why I created this topic and the reason for the dispute.

Because of him, im possibly gonna look bad too other vendors and I aint having that hence I wanna show all the communication between me and him so they and other buyers can see for themselves i aint the problem here... he is... all I do is send money name and address thats it, and all i expect is the goods I paid for thats it.

Again im not very good with explaining things but I hope you know what I mean now about the defence part, I know its either sorted between buyer/seller gets resolved or gets auto settled from the borg.

No-one will care about a dispute mate. I have one too. They'll look at the length of time you've been here and other stats and process your order.

Sending payment and expecting things to be sent is exactly my expectation too. Just like going to work and expecting to be paid correctly.

I've offerered you a full refund so it doesnt need to go to a dispute, you havent got back to me with a wallet address either.

Just for the record, this customer asked me for tracking which i provided, he then went onto say im falsifying the tracking because it hadnt moved from the day i said it was sent and then asked me for a proof of send receipt... Which is beyond what I'm willing to do. My rep should speak for itself. This customer has been unreasonable and insulting with his demands.

Hope your still online mate, ive sent him my btc address using my new trust wallet, if he does do what he says he's gonna do send the refund and states it will be refunded instantly, is there anyway he can cancel it or get it back or isit safe as soon as it shows in my account/wallet? You can't get a transaction back once it's sent, so when you receive it you can spend it on something else and not worry about it mate.

Hi mate.
I am a very small vender but I have had this problem a lot of times.

Whenever I use a certain post office, this always happens to me. After dropping of the parcel and paying cash, it sits in the post office and the tracking says, We are expecting your parcel. However they do have it at the post office and nothing updates until it gets it's first scan at the RM. Now unfortunately, I have known this to sit at the same Post Office for over 3 days without moving, for me to send the customers completely new orders at a cost of over £200 to me. Then the customers all received both packages on the same day. To be fair to my customers, they all offered to pay for both deliveries but I let them keep them as compensation. If you look through my reviews, you will see this mentioned.

This only happens with T24. If I use Special delivery the tracking shows as, we have your parcel straight away, even when it is still in the post office.

So it could still have not been scanned in yet, but to be honest the vender should be trying to sort this out for you.
