I have just stopped growing after 6 years due to a messy seperations, hence why i am buying on LB. i have loads of grow journals on the autoflower.net. Great place for info and to check others grows out to see what type of grow would suit you best. check my grows out if you want, and take no notice of people who say autos are shit and small and crap smoke.mine were all grown 24/7 lights on,and in three months you have your own weed :). my biggest auto was 320g(just over 10oz) and my average was 7-8oz per plant. just search the same name i have here :). i would recommend mephisto seeds if you want crystal covered goodness :). good luck bro it's a fantastic hobby. Only other advice is DON'T tell anyone not even your best mates

Starting a grow at home
Iβm a complete novice when it comes to this but I really want to get a small grow going on at home. Maybe 4/6 plants. Any advice on best set up and best seeds and everything in between. Peace π

Use a good filter to avoid your neighbors to feel flower perfume π

There's too much to cover in a single comment, if you look on YouTube there's some fantastic videos showing you the process (Mr Canucks Grows). Unless you had anything specific you wanted to ask?
Don't go cheap on your light (s), and if you're growing autos I'd go with Mephisto genetics π. Good luck

Appreciate its not a one comment answer. Just wondered if there was any tips along the way. I will be sure to check out Mr Cannuk, thank you for your comment all feedback is welcomed.

It is not as easy as some make it out to be,yes you can just plant them in dirt and stick them under a sodium light and you will get a crop, flowering the plants is the easy bit but it is getting the best out of the plant and keeping the strain going that is the hard bit.
Personally i use hydroponics and have two cupboards one for my mother plants and one for flowering,i keep my mother plants under reptile strip lights that keep them in a blue spectrum light 24/7 this stops them from flowering as they need red spectrum light and with clone x i take cuttings and once they have settled into their new media(rockwool) i flower the cuttings under a 500 sodium in the other cupboard, when the mother gets to big i flower her and keep a cutting as the new mother(i have 1 AK47,1 GSC and thanks to the guys at ULC i have 1 pink cookie growing as well and she is doing good :)
I use Ionics as feed for them.
Things you will need are a solutions meter for checking your feed levels and a ph meter for testing ph levels,ph up and ph down solution and clone x,you will need most of these which ever way you grow.
Shh dont tell anybody but my secret grow tactic is i read to them they just love my co2 lol
Best of luck and stick with it as that is how you learn ;)

over a year ago I bought some seeds from here, mounted a SAD lamp (full specrum lamp for Seasonal Affective Dissorder) I already had to the roof of a cupboard, and planted the seeds. I watered them daily and used tomato feed once a week and had some decent success with no real effort. I fucked up and harvested too early but managed to get them back to growing then flowering again, this time i discovered you can pluck the flowers, dry them at 110 degrees for 20 minutes and get smoked. Talk about killing the golden goose.
Anyway, with no effort and not much money I must have grew a few hundred dollar worth, and if I wasn't a fucking idiot it could have been a few grand worth. Of the 20 or so seeds I bought, they all flowered.
So if you get a grow light and good seeds and follow a guide, and are not an impatient idiot.you should have great success.

I'd recommend browsing for some genetics that can take a bit of a beating, and probably stick to autos to begin with.
Manage your expectations but I think with some patience you'll be amazed with results.
Dutch passion is a great seed bank with very helpful staff.
Jack herer popular at the moment for being easy and resilient grow.
Are you going inside or out?

Inside for sure. I expect results to vary and itβs going to take me a few drops to get the hang of it. But I really look forward to the rewards of just growing a healthy plant and nurturing it. Thanks for the tips.

As per the other comment, Mr Cannucks grow on YouTube is great.
Also grow weed easy is a good site for info as well

Hi mate, easiest to keep it organic for the first grows. Use some good bat guano soil ( about Β£ 12 a bag). use good sized pots. organic feed and the LED lights save a fortune in power ( mars hydro are cheap and good) Barneys farm seeds are always top quality and you can buy in single seeds. good luck.

What do you do when the bud you receive is not the bud you ordered.
Some vendors will replace said item with something else if they no longer have it in stock.
If it doesn't have the same grade/or it's just not good, the best thing to do is to contact them.

100% not better, it seems Iβm not the only one, it was Sundae Driver but what I have it nothing like it no smell and very dark. Iβll keep messaging and hope for a response.

Any Lager Drinkers?
Whats your fave. Visited a place last night and the selection was massive. Too much choice maybe and struggled to pick lol.
I just stuck with brewdog - lost lager. Quite enjoyed it and think I tried Hazy Jane also which had quite a grapefruit after taste.
Any suggestions on something really nice to look out for next time?

I went on a beer tasting course bought for me as a birthday present which i wasn't really looking forward to, but thought what the hell, I'll give it a go.
Absolutely fascinating evening. The amount of information about different types of beer, hops, malt, wheat, even the types of glass you're supposed to drink various beers from was mind boggling. There's so much to it if you scratch under the surface.
One example I remember is a Belgian beer called Duval, which when poured into the correct glass actually separates into two distinctly different parts, the bottom is cloudy and the top is clear. Was like magic!
Anyway I'm rambling again, but in terms of lager, I've recently tried 'Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier' which is a German beer made in what is allegedly the oldest brewery in the world. I don't normally care for gimmicks but this stuff is bloody lovely. It seems like they've worked out how to make a good lager in the past 900+ years!
Well worth a try if you see a bottle.
Cheers BB π»ππ

Good choice mate, I love that stuff. Leffe tonight, nice stuff but a headache in a bottle for me lol!

Did you know there are a dozen different Leffe beers on draft (and up to 9% abv π΅βπ«) and you can drink them all at home?β¦I have! ππ₯°

Ahhh Leffe, another wonderful beer. I agree though you canβt have too many without a banging skull ache the next day.

Ah that's a lovely one that. I've had it before and it's really nice! Never seen it in pubs and that though. I had it from a local shop not so long back.

Never heard of that one mate. Defo keep my eyes open though Camden Hells is what I thought you meant and that's lush too!

The Tempest Brewery Lagers are amazing and they have beer festivals and you can try them all. They even have an Oompah band. Normally I go for Stella or Fosters when supermarket slumming LOL!

Not the usual lager but a Deperados beer works a treat with you favourite bit of green imo!

Was gonna put a order in today, just seen this might as well give it a shot. Count me in please and thanks!

Would love a crack at this if it's still going. Can never tell on here if a thread is current, or 5 years old π€£

Thinking about trying your sr3 hash oh and could you drop me in the hat please π¬πππ many thanks π

Count me in Shroom. I'm tight with my money these days. I've been living off trim and topping up with the small buds you've been selling. The mimosa and Bruce Banner small buds were a good deal.
