Firstly, let me say how happy I am that I found LB. The ways in which it has improved this one aspect of my life are countless.

Secondly, I'm sorry my first proper post has to be a negative one - but I think Im doing us all a disservice if I don't.

Was completely happy not to name and shame this vendor until this conversation ended in the way it did - but here we are. For context, the order in question was placed on behalf of somebody who can't make it themselves - so I have no real investment in what was delivered, apart fromthe relationship I have with the person I ordered for.

Now - for full disclosure, the good doctor did send an order of equal or more value, which were I the end customer here would be absolutely no issue. Two things, though.....

• I think I was explicit enough when I told the 'good' Doctor, my issue was not with the contents of the delivery, but more with the lack of communication. Was pretty courteous in relaying this too.... Yet he seems to be completely oblivious to this, despite my further explanation.

• I really don't think you're in a position to tell the customer that they don't have a right to be disappointed when you fail to communicate a change in order status. But that's just me.


Yes, I know. You don't have to tell me.



But, I just wanted to share this - because it is VERY far from my general experience of this amazing platform so far. Shout out to dudes like The Spacemen, and even Pistach, who in my personal experience have been open, transparent and consistent in every transaction I've had with them to date.
