If you are only consuming BHO in a session you are only getting the hollow BHO buzz. This is probably the quickest way to destroy your tolerance with none of the pleasure of actually getting stoned. I think of BHO extracts more as an enhancer for the buzz built up from bud or hash.

I experience this with everything I consume from rosin to bho, resin ,flower, edibles and hash obviously I feel high but I never reach the point where I’m monged out or need to lie down and I push my limits often and it happens no matter what way I consume from bing to dab or joint was just wondering if there was any correlation between autism and thc tolerance obviously im not super human but im just annoyed bc I want to experience that monged out feeling again💙

Find the same with this bho, not always, similar high to delta 9. Bit of a head high for 10 mins then nothing.
My tolerance is high but if I dab some good rosin or static the high is completely different, never melted into the bed with cheap extracts

Yea fair enough, I’m on the spectrum and on various meds, tried to get off the meds to test tolerance with mushies, they seem to have very little effect on me despite being taking hero doses, maybe affects thc receptors too.
Flower and standard hash do very little to me but dabs of quality ice hash etc still get through if I don’t wake and bake. Then mix it up with bongs of flower mixed with the strong hash. Then tolerance break. Isn’t this how people end up on spice, it’s important to me to be realistic about what effect weed has, it’s not opium. Not being

Have you really tried taking a weeks break then hit some proper rosin dabs. Would be very surprised if you’re not high. Know lots of people resilient to mushies but in general only wake and bakers that are resistant to thc

I haven’t had a week break as I have to consume everyday for medical purposes but when I did go on holiday for 2 weeks and came back and smoked a fat joint I was no where near as stoned as I thought id be

Everyone is going to get some tolerance using daily and if you have a naturally high tolerance anyway then it’s just going to be your normal state.
I can only get properly out of it high every once in a while, after a good break, rest of the time it just helps sleep.

Im doing monthly around 30g of BHO, sometimes more. I usually go one after 2 hours and its always strong long lasting high. If i will do 6 in a hour, i will have headache and ruined my day. Im doing this for more than 10 years now, daily. Also its always better when you do bongs and joints aswell, for that full spec ultra high feeling, when you barely can stay awake.
Jokes aside - do you use any medication like SSRIs?

I think the term for this is "chasing dragons". If you doing dabs daily, you cant be there unless you will do equivalent of buds. Best of best for this are indica strains, as the lazyness + high thc dabs doing their magic :)

I do notice at bedtime Indica flower seems to get me more high than anything but hard to find one that genuinely helps as never know what is indica and sativa now days , I am on ssri I’m on aripripazole ( idk if I spelt that correctly) and on mirtazapine which I don’t think is a ssri , I’ve always had this issue my tolerance has always been crazy stupid I went on holiday 2 years ago and had 2 weeks straight 0 thc and it was hell but after I came back I was expecting my first joint to absolutely kill me and I rolled a fat zoot with 0 bacci ( this was before I completely cut out bacci a year and half ago ) and it didn’t really do much compared to what I was expecting obviously I was noticeably more high than usual but still was able to operate and was disappointed with how high I was , hopefully your gonna say ssri is causing this as if so will change medication at my next psychiatrist meeting 😂 much love for your help 💙

Look into buying a hemp wick and wrap it around your lighter and light your j with it. It makes your joints taste a lot cleaner and untill you use it you won't realise how much the fuel from your lighter alters the taste

Appreciate what you're trying to do mate, but be aware that the algorithm will remove visibility of your reviews if they're posted constantly, then of your posts in general. Think it's about 1 a week that's tolerated. Something to be aware of if you want visibility and to monetise this.

If you're already wondering about if you should wait then you should, as you'll regret it otherwise. I have a Peak Pro and it's very easy to use, with firmware updates and an app. The Pivot has really piqued my interest, but that's seemingly more of a portable/pub/party thing. Bear in mind whether portability over power and ability to tweak is more important to you. Chambers, as mentioned, are not cheap. Look for offers.

Magic Vaporizers is a great and reliable UK site. If you buy a Puffco from them then you can get a great deal on a grinder too, including the super expensive ones. No use for dabbing, but a very handy offer.

Oh, and whatever you get make sure it's USB-C chargeable as it's a right ballache if it isn't, and it'll really piss you off eventually, even more than the cleaning.

Be careful with puffco and their chambers :-)

I can recommend more Dr Dabber or Carta. Or e-nail to classic glass banger -> which is probably the best way to have "strongest" hit like if you torch the glass yourself.

I had Puffco Peak, i bought maybe 5-6 chambers in a year. Not worth it to be honest. Im detailist so im cleaning by isopropyl after every dab - recommend method for more durability and cleanest hits.

Dr Dabber is sitting inside my table for like 9 years now, still everything original except glass piece as i brake it before. Using it now only for hash - so always a little chazzed chamber and still rockin like new)

Carta i only heard positives - i do not have any experience by myself

Puffco Pivot - myself not experience, but on official Rddt group of Puffco there are issues, so i will say 50/50.

If you are on a budget, look on Yocan. I have their torch and a few things and i can tell you the quality isnt bad at all.

I hope Storz & Bickel will do some new things for concentrates. Their durability and quality is something where Puffco can only dreaming about it :)

I did myself with their 510 vape (for classic cartridges). It was 1 month after warranty and they let me pay shipping and sent me free device. Like maybe 25$ at all. They are pro customer.

I dont want to discredit Puffco of course, but its 2026 and they still have chambers (atomizers) problem from first generation of Peak. Same problems with their hot knifes etc. There are better options these days for half the price.

I upgraded from a yocan orbit too by the way. The difference is night and day.

Would u say u save concentrates with the puffco compared to the yocan orbit ?

Yocan orbit is cool but only heats from the bottom and chars easily. Puffco has ceramic 3d heated chambers for even distribution

There's many items you'd probs need to avoid in a yocan that you'd be able to sample in a puffco, ie. WPFF from thc23 is the best thing since sliced bread. However, it isn't full melt so requires more cleanup. A puffco would be totally fine but my yocan burnt my nice hashes

IMHO when buying things like this the potential savings rarely outweigh the potential risks, it's usually worth buying from a reputable company with manufacturers warranty.

I have the new peak and it is pretty much the only thing I use it is a great device for at home but I would probably recommend the proxy core as it is more portable and versatile. Happy shopping 💚
