Healthiest Munchies?
+4
Itchy Feet
Dried fruit and nuts or a sweet apple straight from the fridge.

i really love strawberries or blueberries / ice lollies/ zero sugar drinks or just ice cold water!! always the best

Lechuga
Fresh fruit like mango and dark chocolate with hazelnuts. No reason a bigga with munchies should feel bad about it if he has a good diet😁

For a low calorie option I nibble chocolate coated rice cakes. Even if you end up eating the whole pack it’s not that bad.
+2
Yourmumshouse
Dried mango, mini fruit pots like pineapple, electrolyte water and a bit of a wild card, homemade blueberry and peanut butter flapjacks.

Freeze grapes and they're like a tiny low calorie sorbet in its own case. Black grapes are best, for my tastes at least.

Lechuga
If you happen to own a SodaStream and are feeling particularly *jazzy* - try placing a bunch of them in there. You get fizzy grapes that pop in your mouth. No additives or owt, just c02

I dreamed of owning a Sodastream in the '80s, but, like having a Vienetta even vaguely regularly, that wasn't to be.

I only just realized this year that I'm a grown ass adult with money

Treat yoself, no one else will 😅 these things are way more affordable than you might recall em being

Yeah, I have had a look a few years ago and they seem to have evolved into basically a fizzy water company now? Back when I was a lad the local Tesco had practically a whole aisle full of different Sodastream syrups made by various manufacturers that were no doubt full of dodgy colourings, flavourings, and various E numbers, but it was a glorious sight to behold. They had evocative names (Witches Brew sticks in my mind), but I was never allowed any of them, apart from one occasion where I got to buy one to take to a friend's house for a sleepover.

Getting older is craving your youth comforts but in sustainable way
I'm even looking into making "healthy fizzy drinks" using a ginger bug for partial fermentation rather than using carbon dioxide!

Oh, don't I know it! I have a huge retro game collection (mostly purchased since I started earning money as an adult), and have a couple of the FPGA consoles made by Analogue that reproduce the old hardware to use on modern displays too. Plus, the He-man film is out soon, and the trailer looks amazing! Dripping in nostalgia, and they clearly know full well what they're doing.

Ginger bug? Like something you'd use to make kefir or kombucha?

Lechuga
Similar process but without trying to ferment. Just using the method to stay fermenting as that produces c02 as a byproduct

Don't encourage me on nostalgia cos I WILL end up with a retro mortal Kombat arcade unit haha
