Get some dosing capsules and you can sandwich hash between flower without making a big mess within the oven chamber.

I also find taking incredibly slow and gentle draws to be the most effective way of using it, like 10% of how you would toke on a joint

You can buy an official stand from storz & bickel online as well as a nice protective carrying case which is decent for smell proofing the device itself which does give off a little bit of a smell if it's just sat on the side

Most people start at a lower temp and work up (think 180-200⁰c) - lower temp = tastier but less smoke. Once you hit the 200 marker it's not worth going higher as you'll hit combustion which is the main thing to avoid

In terms of hash, it really depends on the type/quality.

Comms/crumbly hash is fine, use a higher temp than usual and either use the concentrate capsules, or make a lil cannasandwich with flower-hash-flower so the hash is nicely nestled in the centre

I've opted for the latter in my volcano and it's pretty nice. Melty hashes are the same but you gotta be even more careful as they can leak through to the internal mechanism and fuck your expensive electronics.

Best items I've found for hash specifically have been:
Dynavap + armored cap + induction heater for lower-middle end hashes
Puffco peak for high end Melty hashes and concentrates
Volcano for the dry stuff

If your using melty hashes, you can hold the device upside down to prevent leakage into the device but it'll probably take its toll on the cooling/mouthpiece part but you can get new ones for £15

Nothing can effectively leak into the main unit itself from the chamber, it's a sealed ceramic chamber, but it will get messy. Normally if I'm putting hash in, I'll put some flower in with it. Concentrates, or full melts, get Concentrate Pads. Basically small metal wool pucks.

It leaks through the stainless steel mesh screen at the bottom of the oven chamber. If it was completely sealed, the convection side of the heating process wouldn't work considering the heated air passes through the screen

I quit sertraline in december and it was rlly tough. The brain zaps were so bad at night when I was trying to sleep. It does get better and I don't regret coming off it. I've taken SSRIs during 3 different periods of my life and every time I stop taking them I have brain zaps! For me, cannabis makes things a little worse, but nothing unbearable. The good feeling it produces surpasses the bad, by far! The worst part of the zaps happened in the fist week. After that it becomes much less frequent and it eventually disappears completely.

Yeah those brain zaps from citalopram withdrawal are shit. I didn't find anything that helped though. If you ride it out they go after a few days.

Yes I had this with mirtazapine to the point I would get a brain zap and a shock down my arms every time I blinked. Was much worse at night. Hard to sleep. Went on for about 2 months before it finally disappeared. Now and then I still get a random one here and there very rarely though
ten years later.

I was on citalopram at the end of taking ssri's the brain zap was wild 😅 the feeling of vertigo was too much for me but it eventually passed. Have been med free for around 2 years now 💪💪 hope you feel better soon!! 💚

I had this with mirtazapine it's when latency in the brain mismatches latency of reality causing a type of mini-seizure to correct for the mishmash of brain signals. If you're thinking of using cannabis use a very low dose to see if it causes any interactions, if you're tapering down you could end up with serotonin syndrome if you use too much cannabis which is god awful. If you stopped completely cannabis can help regulate dopamine which will help serotonin uptake and also help relax brain signals stop your feeling jittery.

Yeah I had it the first time I came off Sertraline. I've come off of it twice now after two really stressful periods. I've found when the zaps come ( mine come after about 5 days at first ) I take one ( 50mg ) and then the gap between the zaps gets bigger and bigger over a month or two until they have faded completely. Hope that helps.

I was on Sertraline for 6 months after seemingly being misdiagnosed.
They made me feel terrible, and the nightmares were absolutely awful.
I stopped in May/June, and the brain fits started, and gradually got worse until they stopped about 3 months later.
They got so bad that it was almost continuous micro-blackouts, and the supermarket was like being in a massive strobe light factory.
Tried something else that nearly made me face plant the floor after that. Stopped after 1 tablet.
St Johns Wort is probably best swerved too, and Amytriptline both nightmare inducing!
Now decided its the lesser of 2 evils to not take anymore pharma and just suffer....

Exactly this! I have been doing it for a while. I never wanted to research what reactions are caused adding salt to isopro though, I just hold my breath and shake. Sparkly clean every time. I tried doing it with water, but it just dissolved the salt, so I am assuming there is little to no reaction with alcohol as the salt doesn't dissolve.

16. No doubt. 1996. Just finished my GCSE’s. Was in the 1st 11 school football team and we’d won the Surrey cup. Had a beautiful girlfriend who was that teenage first love. We built fires and cooked sausages, drank the odd beer, smoked the odd fag and handed around dirty magazines. We genuinely thought we were the shit 😂.

The dens never lasted long as they either got pulled down by locals or rival kids, but that was all part of the fun. I even managed my first kiss and fondle that summer.

I know that sounds heavy and I always answer these types of questions like this, I got diagnosed as Diabetic when I was 11, mum died , up until I was 17 my dad and me were bumping heads and I hated it (not linked to my mum I was adopted my birth mum died) I had times after where good stuff happened but I feel like I got dragged through maturity quickly because loads of stuff went to shit because of bad luck In life, my dad used to get pissed and just rent every night about needing to grow up and make money, came in the night before my 13th birthday bladdered and went “you’ve got copied video games for your birthday you’re a man now so do you need to do silly birthdays ?” And it went on from there.

Struggled hard as a kid, was very clever but could NOT wrap my head around things and did what I could, got to uni after winging it for years and failed miserably, went from hated job to hated job and here I am now at 31.

Got my own mortgage , beautiful amazing wife and a baby due in 3 months but I’ve had a wall in front of me for so many things for years that I’ve never been able to explain or get past, the depression for the last 12 years where no treatment, meds or CBT has helped has made me so cynical, jaded and overall angry and disappointed with myself.

I looked at a diagnosis for ADHD in my early 20s and got dismissed as a young man after Ritalin and after 11 YEARS on the NHS register with nothing and 4 on two private lists I was finally diagnosed 2 months ago and started medication ten days ago.

Decided to tell my dad about it last night he linked a daily Mail article saying it’s a myth so I spent two hours disproving everything that article said and he basically just said “You’re fine as you are you’re just anxious “ I’m not anxious.

So the meds are supposed to be working now but you can’t mix it with other stimulants like coffee and I drink about 4 pints of coffee or energy drinks a day to stay awake, same for weed apparently conflicts with the tablets which I smoke daily and alcohol (drink when I get the chance to feel chill).

So even though I’m on meds and titration to see what dose works for me I’m drinking on holiday, was assigned them maybe last Monday? Had to get my Bichon put down on Tuesday he had kidney failure and it came out of nowhere and because he was so silly and daft still it broke my heart to watch the life leave his eyes even if it was the right thing to do, so I’ve got grief, depression and drinking all on at the go when I’m meant to be seeing if these tablets stop me losing my temper at the smallest change.

Sorry for ranting, this wasn’t even the question I’ve just listed off everything wrong with life. Just needed to get it off my chest it’s been brutal lately.

My answer though, probably 17 to early 20s. First time getting my feet out into the world, I was a little geek until I was about 15 until I started coming out of my shell and really capitalised on that from 17 haha tried a lot of new things did a lot of new stuff but ultimately I wouldn’t relive any of it, just trying to do my best now for the sake of my soon to be daughter and don’t want to be freaking out because I can’t handle her crying so meds it is.

It’s funny, they were only really prescribed at this crucial point because if I hadn’t had meds at this point (been getting told for 6 months it’s a few weeks away) my fear of not being equipped to be a man let alone a dad would have probably been causing me to have a mental breakdown at this point.

I don’t want anyone to think I’m asking for pity, I’m not I’ve survived this long and will keep surviving but I think all your choices in life have clearly led us to where we are now, and even though I’d love to be back getting a blowjob and a stripe and feeling like I’d finally gotten free, the lessons I’ve learned from them have taught me some very important life lessons.

I was heavily into a full blown career path and doing well but taking life far to seriously and had this terrifying vision of the next 30 years just flying past. On a whim I jacked it all, sold up (had my own flat!), headed to Corfu and bought a bar. One Monday morning I was chilling on the beach in the sun realising I would normally have been sitting on the M25 in the rain. Although I was there for 5 years that moment really hit hard. Amazing!

Honestly, it's hard to pick. Life is unique, precious and fragile. We can't go back, only forward. So, I'd say now, purely because we've made it to the fucking future!

For me personally, I'd go back to a time before My kids had been brainwashed against me. So maybe 4-5 years ago, was a happier time for me. I took it for granted and life made me pay the price hard. 4 years later and 1 run through family court I'm still at square one.

Honestly, I'd give anything to have my kids back, but I am starting to accept I probably never will and one day I'll be fine with that, just not today.

It's like in that slightly corny but sweet Richard Curtis movie 'About Time' - it's very hard to go back to a time before my son was born, in the best sense. Some of the most joyous moments have been with him and my wife, and they keep happening. A day on the beach with them :). In fact, we did that last weekend! 25oC in Brighton in the sea after a week-long insane heatwave. I'd go back there ;).

But to really go back it would be to when I first met my wife, those first few months together. After a lifetime of various heartbreaks and bullshit to be utterly comfortable with another person, from the first time we met (after talking online for a month). Getting married just 6 months later - never thought I would or that I would find it romantic. But I did, in the True Romance sense. Had to do it for visa reasons, so we had never even lived together at that point. Moved in after getting married and found we were both messily compatible in that too.

My friend always says that life loses sharpness from 18 onwards - that nothing is as precious, exciting, intense and captivating as being a child. Everything dulls over time (probably one reason we use drugs ;). And there is a lot of truth to that - being a kid in the countryside with my grandparents, I’d go back there just to feel it one more time and be with them. Being carefree and playing football with my friends there, running wild, being in the forest, picking mushrooms. It was a proper, wild childhood til I was like 5-6 (and then later I’d go back every summer from age 13). I try to give that to my son too for at least his summer holidays.

I don’t know, some sharpness is definitely lost but then depth is gained; experience and experiences. You understand the deep well of life more. And I think people can romanticise childhood too - there’s so much angst as well, and lack of freedom in another sense or at least lots of restrictions. But still, those were (mostly) wonderful times. And I get to experience some of the sharpness through my son now :). My university years were nice in certain ways, and would have been great, but my mum had severe depression then, which overshadowed everything (she's very well now ). And then a lot of my twenties was spent depressed because of those 3 years trying to study and care for her. So yeah, everything before and after that, I'd happily step back into for a few moments. But I'm also very happy where I am.

Is say just before the fall out of the 2000s I say 92-98

Has life been any more exciting than right now :-)

4-11... no responsibilities, loads of family and good friends around and I could play and daydream all day without consequence 🙃

As other people said mate, get a mighty medic. I’ve also got a rocket stem cooling chamber for mine as it requires 50 times less cleaning and also easier to clean. I vape all day in work to make me more “approachable” and then get on the joints when I get back home. Keeps me on a really nice level all day then when I do go for a more indica based joint, the paranoia seems to be non existent as I’ve progressively built up a tolerance throughout the day. Also the amount of money you’ll save on the vape is insane! I smoke 2 x .2g caps in my vape and feel like I’ve smoked a 1g joint it’s great but more mellow 🤌🏿 good luck in your search!!

After more research Skunky I think you made the right choice going for the Mighty and I think i'm probably going for it too, seems to be the only one on my shortlist I cant rule out.
I don't think i'll get on with the bags on the Volcano and the Tm2 seems to have a built in reliability issue surrounding the power button, the AirVape Legacy Pro has made a late appearance on the shortlist as it seems like a really decent vape at a good price but is a huge ballache to maintain without the dosing caps and they aren't very good apparently.

Yeah man, it’s all been said before but Mighty dry herb and pure joints as a treat/evening sleepy time is my strategy. I do use a cheap silicone bong for hash sometimes though, when it doesn’t work in the Mighty. I might invest in a dynavap soon, purely for hash. Heard nothing but good things about it.

Honestly I just like to use what's known as "spoon pipes", they're durable, easy to clean with ISO and pipecleaners and are good for both bud and hash. I just bought a mini bubbler too and that's been a bit of a game-changer, all the convenience of a pipe with the water filtration of a bong. There's a whole world of pipes and bongs out there man, enjoy!

I’d highly recommend a PhatPiggie Thermal accumulator! It’s basically a portable ball vape. Get the TA3 tip and a nice wooden stem. PhatPiggie does sell custom stems but it can take a while as he makes them to order. Easier to buy a Dynavong stem off vapefiend. You have to hit him up on Insta. Send him a message. Lovely fella. Sells direct to customers. This thing is tremendous- like a Dynavap on steroids! You need a torch or induction to heat the fucker but oh boy. Big clouds, big chest hits. Very satisfying 🔥😎. Few videos on YouTube. I have a few vapes such as the mighty, Dynavap and Arizer solos. TA3 spanks the lot of them. In my humble opinion of course. 😊 think I’m a bit mashed. Soz. Anything Glass Really > I have a Tiny might 2 > but the novelty has worn off …get online and order glass pipes ….you can’t beat it for the hash and weed flavour etc > the The Tiny Mite is a novelty item use it for a while and then go back to the glass pocket pipe that’s how it went for me ..
