If you’re on an iPhone when on the main items page, you can type in what you’re looking for in the website address bar, try to keep it limited to one word.
Type in the word of the item you’re looking for in the website address bar and instead of hitting the return button to search it on google, it will also say “on this page (3 matches)” click on that instead of googling the word and it will create a little word finder for the page. Use it all the time when I’m looking for certain strains! Works on every website.

Has CTRL+F stopped working for anyone else? Used to be it would search the whole page, now it only seems to be searching around where I'm scrolled to. Like, I know there's shake somewhere on this page... I can even scroll to it, but it still comes up with 0 results.

I was using the function where you type into search bar and then ‘find on this page’ which was working superbly until a week or so ago when the site seemed to change. I like wedding cake or ice cream cake so try to search that and now it says none, even tho I know there is!

On chromium browsers Ctrl+F to “find on page”. On iPhone press the share button at bottom middle , scroll down and click Find on Page. Really useful to search through the items page for specific strains etc

The keyword search the devs added is a good step. The one thing it still won't do is sort by price, so comparing value across sellers is a lot of scrolling.
That's why I built biggysearch.net. It's an index of the live listings sorted by price per gram in £, links straight back to the item here, and it keeps delisted stuff so you can still find something that's gone quiet. It's a tool I run, not official, and it doesn't rank any seller above another, the order is just the price data.

Try biggyindex.com some guy has made a index of all products on lb all organised in each category of cannabis and other stuff, it has all the information and products from lb just categorised in a way that’s easier to navigate through, all you do is find something you like and it sends you the lb web link to the product
Ah that’s a shame, tbh I don’t use it myself as I know exactly what I want each time I order and just prefer this site and just using the search bar next to keyword, I just heard from a few people that it’s meant to be some what decent

maybe im pranging a bit but I went a bit mad and ordered like 5 things from different vendors all at the same time. Now some of my tracking parcels have gone from having a delivery time to just 'ready for delivery'. Did I order too much at once and it's likely this has been pulled/ seized?

Glad to hear they all arrived. From my experience, posties are happy to offload the parcels and may just think you have an online shopping habit 😅 it keeps em busy! Plus nowadays, you can get so many products on subscription to via post, I don’t think they bat an eyelid about the amount of regular packages if that gives you some reassurances
more packages will increase likelyhood of seizure just because it is a larger proportion of the total packages in the system. I wouldn't be stressing about the tracking because rm is notoriously shit and the tracking is seldom accurate, so just relax and enjoy what you got when it gets to you :)

You'll be fine, but, if you've ordered a few different weeds then don't just rip them all open like I did the first time I ordered loads at once or you'll be looking at them wondering what the strains are. Try to do it sequentially and work it out.

Hello, need some help, I've been waiting since the 17th Aug for an order that hasn't turned up it's now the 26th and still hasn't changed, nor has it moved an inch since then. I opened a dispute but accidentally cancelled, and the seller taking ages to reply back. I've got all the screen shots as proof. Just not sure on what to do?. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
Only choice really is hope the vendor sorts you out, cos once a dispute is closed, you can't reopen it.
So there's nothing else I can do at this point?. It's been a fucking headache. MJconcentrates is the seller, I've ordered for them before and haven't had any issues, until now. He's said that the package either been opened/searched, delayed, or that my address has been marked, to me it's as though the label has been created but not posted/scanned into the network.
I also ordered something else at the same time and that got delivered the following day.

If there is only a label created it means the drop off point doesnt move on - there was no further scan. Usually police / customs will contact you in a few next days after intercept. My own experience in september 2025🙈

Yeah, I'm losing hope with the seller, it'll be the 7th tomorrow and still not moved, nor received, and the seller keeps putting off rather then help. Keeps blaming royalmail for the delay, but I've ordered from 3 different sellers while I've been waiting, and I've received everything, yet still waiting on the seller to sort out something, but still waiting.🙄

Reopen dispute made over the quality of a product sold as a certain grade’ it was pretty awful but I closed the dispute because the seller was so confident. I don’t lie , it wasn’t What they advertised in the first place. Can I reopen the dispute - the seller has seemingly vanished and I’m left out of pocket .Thank you.
If you've closed the dispute, it's closed. Lesson learnt. For all Biggas, if you open a dispute, do not close it until you've either got what you ordered, or your refund. If you've received neither, let the dispute run it's course. Who was the vendor?
Contacting the borgs might help especially if the vendor has done a runner but yea you are right Jcbus never close a dispute Biggas until you are satisfied or you leave yourself on shaky ground.

Monday was a bank holiday. Post offices are closed on Sunday, so it wouldn't have been posted until Tuesday at the earliest. T24 is never guaranteed within 24 hours, its "aim to". So it'll probably arrive Friday.

Yeah, I had a few bits ordered from CloudClub, they were professional enough to message (assuming everyone that had ordered) reminding Monday was a Bank Holiday, and it'd be dispatched Tuesday. Not the sorta service you usually get here, have to give them credit for those comms. Looks like your vendor didnt message.
Even if asked very nicely don't close till the situation is resolved

hmm not sure how that would work since you closed the dispute but there should be a record of the original dispute ,you might need to contact the borgs about that one.

dont worry, orders are impossible to lose because your payment was made on the bitcoin blockchain. you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can still make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to

If you have the btc address send it in a dm to transaxe support and they can give you the order id, this will help the seller find the order if needed.

I'm unsure personally but I would give Eddy's EU a shout and see if they can clarify. AFAIK they ship throughout Europe so may have experience shipping to Switzerland or similar.

id be very careful, as presumably you will have either a B or C permit either of which can be revoked. I found it reasonably easy to source locally when ive spent time in Zurich.
I guess I can wait a little and have a look around. I'm sure they're quite strict and effective at customs.

We found the quickest way is to send some samples out for reviews once the reviews come in you get more traction(set up a custom order for samples so postage gets paid)
I’m sure there is a help page on sellers arms on how to help.
Patience is key on here.

You have to give info over for customs label usually your name, house number and postcode depending on the PO they might ask for more like phone number.

I ordered 250gs from magicvape i get it monthly and when I got it, it was differnt and had no thc and was super dry compleatly wrong thing and im sure its hemp lol he said he would send some samples of his new stuff when he get it I got that today 3 oz all differnt and all not smokable what can I do can I dispute i dont really wanna have that rep damage loads of other people have had the same thing happen in tha last 2 weeks from looking at reviews
250grams is too much to move on bigga.... Dispute and ask vendor to ship it to him back... I think there are a lot of vendors who will give you special price for 250gs order..

Synthetic weed is really easy to avoid unless you’re buying shake as far as I know there no synthetic buds only synthetic chemicals sprayed onto plant material like shake but there is still a chance it could be sprayed onto bud but I’ve never seen it pretty sure there’s a way to get your weed tested on the site message happy Borg he should be able to help

I tried to upload and send a payment with pay is but got a ‘verification failed’ even though I verified ages ago and this was just logging on and then I got a message saying that they were withdrawing service and I’d never be able to use them again with no explaination. Has anyone else had this. As far as I’m aware I haven’t done anything wrong since I’ve barely used them. Has anyone else got experience of this?
Yeah i had that so I reached out to support and they had stopped accepting Driving Licences as id.
Use Exodus or Kraken. You can buy direct in app through their providers. Keep in mind Kraken hold your first purchase coins for 3days before you will be able to pay via them. Exodus is instant, no restrictions.

No worries. I had to use Paybis again today and when sending it to my Cake wallet app it wanted extra verification. It opens another browser and asks to confirm that the wallet is your. One of the options is a ‘self declaration’ and that’s what I went with. No problems after that. It’ll probably ask for that each time. It’s just more hoops to jump through.
I had the exact same issue recently with Paybis, logged in tried making a payment and it asked me to re verify my account even though i did it ages ago. Unfortunately they wouldn't accept my ID this time round.
Luckily i opened a Kraken account years ago and verified it when i opened so I've started using that again and closed my Paybis account down, So far Kraken been good no issues with verification or asking for extra info.
I send it to my cake wallet first and then forward it from there.

If it’s the same, buyers fault… if it’s different, it’s on you.

sorry to learn this, if the order is not marked "sent" after 100 hours you are automatically refunded. you will get a message from refund borg requesting a bitcoin address for your refund.

I've often wondered, and I've never seen it answered anywhere - can you pay an order from more than one wallet so long as you end up depositing the correct amount? IE pay 90% from wallet A and the remaining 10% from wallet B? This would have been handy a number of times.

My BTC was pending on received when buying an order but I cancelled it cuz it took too long to confirm the transaction but the BTC still said received. Will I get my BTC back to my address?
Check with the seller as to the order status or check your order page. The seller has to confirm the cancellation before the refund can be made.

Payment can take a few hours to go through, once you've sent it, it's left your wallet, why cancel? Now you've just added more days on to getting your stuff mate. Next time, after you've sent, click Orders, click Pay, and it'll show there that payment has been sent, it's just waiting on transaxe confirmation.
Either way, now you need to wait for refund borg to message you for a wallet address to refund to, and then wait for the refund.

I ordered hash from someone on here who hasn't accepted or shipped my order after almost 4 days. If I were to cancel the payment, does the payment go back to the BTC address it was sent from, or can I choose the wallet it goes to?
I believe you always choose the wallet it goes to. There's auto cancellation if the transaction goes to 99 hours after being paid and not being marked as sent. Canceling just sends a message to the vendor and they have to act on it, as they may have already dispatched at the point you canceled. Unlikely in this case, but that's how it works.

I have used Paybis for years.Tried to pay for an order today but it now wants the name of the payee and the country. The latter not a problem but doesn't requiring a name defeat the anonymity of crypto???
Crypto is based on verification of all the steps in transactions, so is far from anonymous. However, this is separate legislation recently introduced. Easiest thing is to get your own non-KYC wallet like Exodus or Phantom, send to this and tell Paybis that you're sending to yourself, then send to LB from that. It'll cost you a few dollars more in fees, but provides a layer of separation for the transaction.
It's an extra step but you can honestly say that the wallet is yours, however there no actual linking to you, and it costs an extra couple of dollars at most for the extra step. Glad you sorted it out easily!
No need to over think this, happened to me today - I just selected the option to send to an exchange and randomly chose one (think it was bitchain) and the transaction went through with no issues :)

"is this the end of LB"? No lol, just the end of doing it lazily. Open a Cake wallet, it's free, send from Paybis to your own personal Cake Wallet that you've just made, then send from there. There's absolutely zero reason NOT to send to a private wallet first, it's what you seriously should be doing. Every single time.
You'll still need to verify your identity, unfortunately for you and all of us, Exchanges are required by law to implement KYC (Know Your Customer) rules. If you don't want to share your ID, your only other option is Peer to Peer. That works by buying from individuals directly, so ofcourse more risk, but only secure method.

What is the point of adding an extra step if it's all on public blockchain and they can just see that it went from your account to your other account to transaxe? How is that better than going directly from your account to transaxe?
More work for someone to make the connection, and there are loads of stories about people having their accounts suspended due to suspicion, whether by exchanges of Revolut. None of that after it's sent to a non-KYC wallet then onwards.

You give it over to a reputable exchange (you've already given them passport scans or equivalent), then you send it to a non-KYC wallet, then send from there to here. Then hope for the best. They'll all report to HMRC irrespective of where they're based, and UK exchanges will report to other countries too. It's an international initiative.
As MightyRux mentioned most crypto exchanges that you sign up to will require you to verify your identity be it your passport or driving license. Then from there send your bitcoin to a non KYC wallet, cakewallet is a good one and then forward it on to LB from there.

Definitely use your own, real name - less suspicion from the postie and if you ever need to collect a parcel from the PO and it's in a different name, you're knackered.
Using your own names allows you to pick up from the PO if it’s been rejected several times for no signature etc.
The better option (imo) is to use an alias and delivery options that don’t require a signature.

I cancelled an order in order to redo it because I had slightly underpaid, but then the seller accepted it right after.

If the seller doesn’t accept the cancellation, then it isn’t a cancellation. This is to prevent someone from cancelling an order that may have already been sent out. So if he has accepted the order, it’s job done. That’s how I understand it anyway.

Hello. I haven’t heard anything back from refund Borg ever since they said I gave wrong order id.
I had a typo in order id when I sent my first refund message to refund Borg. I replied back with correct info whilst deleting the older typo message to make things clearer.
Doing this cleared the whole convo I reckon as I couldn’t find it anymore. I sent new message to refund Borg again double checking correct details. ( did this 2/3times now over past few days)
Can anyone help me. Everyone been telling me 48 hours ish it should be refunded and not to worry but it’s not that m worried it’s about the speed, that was the budget for weed this week and I can’t buy anything until I get that dough back.

Look up the order in your browser history and click on the order number and log in from there. This will add the order to your account. Message the vendor from the actual order page. If they still ignore you then dispute as normal.
I use a privacy browser. so history cleared as soon as I closed the browser. All I have is the order number and BTC address, and a screen shot

I placed an order and sent payment as normal. I got the transaxe page saying the payment was received, but the order isn’t showing at all in my account. Anything I can do or have i just lost $85?

I logged in as usual first. Although I did log in with an incognito window and it forced me to log in for a second time after I had transferred the btc.

No link in my history, but fortunately I had a note of the order number. I added it manually to the website address bar and there was an option on the page that opened up to link to my account. All seems sorted now.

Twice now I have ordered as usual (logged in) but the order is not shown. I'm using Opera via Android 'phone.
It's because you were not logged in to your account, sometimes even when your name is at the top you aren't logged in. You need open up your history, right click and open in a new page all your previous littlebiggy URLs created within the period of your order. Log in and hopefully they'll link.

Usually a day or so in the week. Think of them as working Monday to Friday generally, and not UK hours.

I accidentally used a saved kraken address from a previous order a month ago when sending and the transaction went through. Am I cooked? Is that address now no longer used?

Haven't heard from him since, and havent used him since either.
Had used him a dozen times in the 6 month previous to that too.

I don't think Temperature of storage is a massive issue here, it's the UK. We get 10 days of sun a year, and it rains on 5 of them.
yep, higher temps, oxygen exposure & time all contribute to THC's conversion to CBN making the cannabis more sedative.

I'm not sure of the answer, sorry, as I've never used them. But, are you saying you've had a refund from the payment processing arm of a drugs website to your KYC exchange wallet? If so, probably best not to do that again and get a non-KYC wallet like Phantom or Exodus for anything sent from Transaxe, including referral payments.

Sign up to Bittylicious (which is Isle Of Man based) as it sounds utterly ridiculous, yet is consistent, and sort of nearly outside some UK regulations due to IoM being not a part of the UK. When you've sorted that out and have a Phantom and Exodus wallet (may as well get both while we can download these non-KYC wallets...), then you can shut your Coinbase account. I'd do that out of general cautiousness.
Spend that directly from Coinbase (when you find out how) and do not send that to a non-KYC wallet that links everything together. We were sold on the idea of crypto as it being anonymous, and it's as far from anonymous as it's possible to be (potentially...). Use non-KYC for anything sent from Transaxe (they're apparently a payment intermediary, but see if you can find anything about them...so it's actually LB's back end) in future, and you'll limit any exposure to the imminent future of AI scouring all of our transactions, then bending us over with no lube.

Placed an order yesterday. Made the payment to the address provided. Confirmed the payment was received. Logged in today and the order is no longer there. So basically I have paid for an order but system says I don’t have an order pending. I don’t know what to do next.
Found it in my history. I was logged in when I paced but couldn’t see it under my profile. Found it history and there was an option to link it to account. When I tried to link it, the system said it was already linked. Checked it was visible.
Is it possible you ordered it and wasn't logged into your account? if so the vendor still will receive order and should get sent out if you gave address.

I've made hundreds of orders on LB and only 4 have never arrived. Using the Royal Mail tracking it says "we received your package at the Romford Mail Centre and it will be delivered today by 5pm" but it never arrives...
my post always arrives just fine but not in this case. I'm ordering just carts btw - so no obvious weed smell, stealth is great unless you're a shrewd mail carrier perhaps.

If a postcode misread, it send the item potentially on a back and fourth mission for weeks. Greenford mc is the worst for this but once it misread around 3 times a person hand sorts it you find hand writing on to correct the label and will show up weeks later
Happened to me a couple of times when royal mail got the postcode slightly wrong. The tracking usually stays on the same message and half the time shows up weeks later!
From same vendor (who is great) with the last 2 orders in a row. a different vendor before this too. I think Romford MC is a hub for theft. If I shake the package I can guess, so I imagine a mail carrier would sense something worthwhile in the package without too much effort.
it seems that Romford MC - that's just where it was last scanned. I was under the assumption that that is where it got "lost" in transit but not necessarily so

Is it your own wallet? If not, get a non-KYC wallet from Phantom or Exodus (or both), and send to that. There are no names associated with these wallets for any exchange to cross-reference.
Second that, same problem with Bitpanda. Now send on to Exodus with just a 37p charge to send to LB👍

Set up the wallet, generate a receive address through it and use that on the exchange as the destination address when buying (remember to buy a few dollars more as there's an extra gas fee to send from your new wallet to LB). Then, when received, you can buy on here and send payment from your new wallet.

Yeah. You'll be grassed up to HMRC by the exchanges for your purchases. Your own non-KYC wallet gives you an extra layer of separation compared to sending from the exchange so they should have less information to pass on. As long as you don't have Capital Gains of £1k+ in a tax year you should be fine, and not have to do anything. Hopefully...
This is what i was getting at last week when i mentioned they will be looking at who yoru sending it to on the exchnage and flag the account. Everyone was saying oh its fine nothing to worry about. But i can see kraken emailing me in a few months questioning the transactions on my account. Gonna have to get an external wallet me thinks!

Hehe....yeah, but this is why I don't get your level of concern. To make over £1k profit on btc I would have to be staking btc rather than simply using it to buy on LB. If I was staking it and making those gains then thats a subject for a different forum isn't it?

yes you would be taxed (in terms of capital gains) on any gains you made disposing of crytpo by purchasing goods, but they're not taxing the entire transaction, they're taxing any gains you made - ie crypto price at time of buying/disposal minus price at time of purchase of the coin itself. (in which case most of us will have made a small loss overall, if you're simply transferring to buy that day etc). I don't think they are going to be particularly interested in what you spent it on, just in terms of their resources/efficiency. An export of the wallet transactions is the most you would reasonably be expected to provide, which would show coins entering and leaving and their prices. Or for you to work the prices out. Not reasonable to expect you to have every end receipt I think. What they'll be far more concerned about in terms of taxation is people who convert crypto into fiat (ie cash) in the exchanges and then withdraw to their bank accounts. If you're not doing it that way round, I think it's highly unlikely they'll focus on you. If we're talking about a few grand spent on crypto here or there. I'm no expert but this is my impression from looking into it all. If cash isn't heading back into your bank, how would they prove you made any gains? (if your wallet transactions show a slight loss)

Sign up for koinly or summ.com. Free service to crawl all your btc account activity. I ran a free trace for my coinbase acc and exodus wallet since opened/ used (5 year or so). Everything came back negative gains. I only buy btc and purchase with it straightaway. Don’t hold onto it.
yep I did the same with Koinly and also had small negative gains. It can process all that data for you. Disposal is when it leaves the Exodus etc wallet and goes to a LB/Transaxe one.
I have extreme untreated anxiety and can't keep track of receipts in general, and definitely don't know any addresses...? I’m no expert but from what I read it is DAC8 legislation I live in the uk so any transaction made via a exchange like coinbase etoro and the others will be reported to HRMC on or around the 1st Jan 2027 any transactions starting from 1st Jan 2026 will be reported. UK is not in the EU so the UK has its own version CARF does the same thing.

There seem to be some flaws in the current reviews and orders system the way it used to work was much better.
The issue is this: When someone mistakenly leaves a 1/10 review, we used to be able to do a bit of detective work through our recent orders. It would show something like "based on 10 orders" (I can't remember the exact wording), and from that you could narrow down which order the review likely came from by cross referencing which of your buyers had left reviews and matching the numbers.
Now, there's no way to do that. This is going to hurt vendors who have sent out exceptional products but get penalised because a buyer either doesn't understand how the review system works or has simply made a mistake. It ends up reflecting badly on genuine vendors through no fault of their own.

I’ve seen these 1/10 reviews with very positive comments quite often. I can see how damaging that is especially when you’re a new seller. Changing the layout or wording of the review page would also really help. It needs to be made idiot proof… loads of people probably leave reviews when high which can’t help!

What happens if an order was delivered, but someone else from my building swipes it? I don't want to negatively affect the seller. Do I just accept losing out?
This is not vendors fault until he send it to right address and courier delivered it. But courier also could stole it?! I will try to find camera footage from doorbell cam, dashcam from car or wall cam and then bait him, if he is your neighbor... Imagine for example "cannabis juice 100mg superboof" bottle filled with laxative... I think there are a lot of choices you can do to avoid him to do it again. :)
I don't like people who steal. My neighbor stole my entire shoe rack, including my shoes and homemade jam in jars. I've hated them with all my heart ever since. He already moved out, but his last year was pretty bad for him. Still today i dont understand why he did that.

I am sorry you must experience this. But at the end of the day you learned something. These days you can't trust neighbors and couriers. If this will ever happen to you again, order a small bottle from dhgate, they have those cannabis themed, fill it with juice, whole bottle of laxative and atleast a 10x soup spoons of sunflower lecithin powder... Afternoon all. I’ve bought 5 or 6 different hashes from various vendors, but I’m not seeing the usual oil ring form when smoking? Is it just poor quality hash or something else? Anyone else notice the same? 🤷🏻♂️
Unfortunately it is just poor quality hash, a lot of it isn't even hash, I've been in so many topics about on here now but there's not a lot we can do about it as buyers because the market is absolutely flooded with it now just as much as the market is flooded with naive buyers who don't care what they're smoking as long it "gives them a buzz"

Literally everything i order at the moment gets stuck at my local mail centre regardless of the vendor. Pretty sure they just recognise my name and steal the packs. The reships are getting taken too and idk what to do at this point.
Use a vendor who offers special delivery that will never ever go.missing a special delivery. It will cost about £5 more but it's worth it. Also worth noting that T24 is a load of old bollocks at royal mail. If you post on a Thursday it's terrible and you don't receive until Monday yet if you send one in sat it turns up Sunday. Sunday of all days, but the one sent Thurs still not here. RM is questionable at best in what they do with the t24's
First you should try another name to test your theory of them recognising you

My Royal Mail deliveries over the last year have been quite unreliable. Does anyone know why Royal Mail seems to be the only delivery option on this site?

I've had significant issues with couriers and next to none with Royal Mail. I wouldn't want a package with my name and address on it with drugs in it not being delivered, or being damaged and opened. I would never use a delivery service other than Royal Mail.
I tried switching to Evri for sending my drops (on another platform), they lost (or stole) over £400 worth of orders in 6 months, switched back to Royal Mail and haven't lost anything so far.
Other couriers are too expensive IMO and also not convenient for me personally with their drop-off locations.
I guess RM can be a bit hit & miss in some areas and sounds like you're one of the unlucky ones.

The idea is for your pack of weed to blend in with the millions of other packages. Using small delivery companys drastically increases the risks of loss. Stick with RM, dont skimp out on the shipping cost, pay extra for special delivery or at minimum T24 and never worry or loose a package again.
Very little scrunity of small packages on RM. However some vendors are flexible- discuss with them in advance.
If you had any experience of the myriad independent UK couriers out there, you would not be asking. RM may be well past their best and have many current issues, but they are still in a different league to EVRI and dpd etc. That's why. RM NDSD still works. Mostly. As does T24. Anyone who uses a lesser untracked service deserves all the trouble they get.
Unless you are shipping abroad or bulk the couriers don't make sense over RM unfortunately. Can still do it if needed though PM me

I have been looking thru sayno2drugs menu and they are based in the states and it shows that they ship to the UK there are a few things I've seen and am wanting to try but I don't realy know if its worth it as I've looked at some different reviews and they are saying that there has been no land even after the reship so I am just wondering how many ppl from the UK order from sn2d and what is the likely hood of my parcels landing as I would be buying like a hz or a oz any info or tips would be much appreciated
They are extremely reliable long term vendors with a very high success rate on delivery. I've used them a few times and they are great but you have to accept that your package may go through an extra layer of scrutiny. The focus is on big volume so personal use is firmly under the radar but now and again people are unlucky in the same way as they can be with RM. The worst that can happen for personal use volumes is seizure. You just have to decide based on your appetite for that slightly increased element of risk.
Never bought from sn2d, but from my own past experience packages from the US have around 50% chance of arriving. Had ounces seized on a couple of occasions with no (legal) consequences. I stick to UK (and occasionally EU) sellers now personally.
SN2D is very reliable, been here longer than most vendors, never misses a beat. Genuine US dispensary products, very few to no other vendors here can claim that, with vapes anyway.

Was just a bit concerned as I would be grabbing vapes aswell and I've got import myself 4 times for vapes and only one parcel I received and there was only 1 or 2 vapes in each (all order at different times) so was just wanting to make sure that if anyone was using this vendor that the parcels will actually land as of they are reliable it would be a few vapes and 2 or 3 hz-oz pacs but thank yiu guys will grab something small later to test there services

I know several people who have ordered vapes from sn2d repeatedly and never had any issues with stuff landing. So vapes at least seem to be getting through well! It’s possible that once an international package gets seized the address is put on some kind of red list so you’re less likely to get stuff through. And bud is probably more problematic to get through
sb2d is the best vendor on here. Vapes are excellent. I've been a UK customer for years and packages have never been intercepted.

Hey! I also have issues with anxiety so I really feel for you. Especially if weed can alleviate it. How come an ID is an issue? If it’s personal use amounts, and you send to an anonymous wallet like Exodus first before sending to LB, I really don’t think anyone is gonna be tracking you. The gov has bigger fish to fry and is incompetent anyway. I’ve been spending 1-2k a year on here for 2.5 years without issues. Mostly using Bittylicious - you just need to scan your passport once and wait a day or so. I think they will be asking for an NI number too sadly, but not til 2027 I believe. And even then I’m not sure it’s a dealbreaker.
However, if you need to buy without ID, there are peer to peer services available where you can remain anonymous. I forget the name but hopefully another Bigga can advise (I’ll look for it too and update if I find it). I’ve never used them but people on here def use them successfully.

Really appreciate the replies and the time you took to help, unfortunately one of the options helped. Coinomi require ID to buy bitcoin and hodlhodl don't accept any payment methods I use. It's unfortunate but I'm going to accept I cannot use cannabis anymore. This was just a desperate hail mary, one final effort to see if it was possible and somewhat simple.

One final thing - I’d recommend services that work via transfer rather than card - my friend had his card red flagged over Bitcoin purchases (no consequences beyond being blocked from making any more but still). Transfers seem to always be green flagged.

I placed an order with The Matrix Farm about 13 days ago, Have sent them a message to see if its possible if they can check tracking on their end as I haven't received it yet but it says they haven't used messenger for over 12 days, I understand its coming from Spain so could literally just be taking long but also don't want to miss the dispute window! Im hoping they might see this as they have been online just doesn't seem to have used messenger in a while, I only sent them a message yesterday and understand they just might not have checked yet! Another parcel I ordered from a different vendor at the same time turned up at the wrong address, was just a couple numbers away from mine but cant check the delivery address anymore so I don’t know if it was a mistake on my end. Thanks in advance thought this might be the best way to get in contact with them without disputing.
Dispute now. It opens a new 16 day window for resolution and can be cancelled with a click if the goods arrive. The point is to protect your coin in escrow. Once it’s released it’s gone.

Keep it simple and easy to enter
Be active in the replies — don’t just post and disappear

You must have made the order while logged out. Happened to me once. The only way to recover it is if you can find the order confirmation link in your browser history tab. If you do find that link, simply load it up, login, and click the button that appears 'link order to account'.

Yeah your order should still be processed and shipped to the address you provided as usual it will just show as an anonymous purchase to the seller. Not sure which borg deals with this sort of thing sorry. Its worth reaching out to the seller with the details for an update.

Following the domain change to .org I noticed my dispute percentage has suddenly multiplied to almost 10% despite being at 3% just days prior! Was hoping it was just a strange glitch but days later and its' still the same.

They changed it a couple (a few?) weeks ago so that it now includes disputes that were raised but closed without going to automatic resolution. Did it definitely go up when the domain changed instead of when they implemented this? If so, potential data migration issues?
Thanks for the reply. I had no idea about the change. Quite unfair to include raised but closed disputes as that's often the only way to get an unresponsive vendor's attention. Still, I'm pretty sure it was only after the domain change that it went up. Also, as I mentioned most of my posts were wiped as well so could be a data migration issue. Hopefully someone from admin can clarify or is there a way to contact them directly?

So I'm relatively new to LB I started off purchasing flowers as I'm always on the hunt for the best of the best.

Find a specific gap in the market and stick to it - people tend to prefer "specialists" for given items rather than getting the same through "Jack of all trades" style vendors
Within the gap, add some differing options of different prices/calibres
Provide intro deals on items in return for detailed reviews with images
In fact get some really high quality images of your products to show em off properly
Do some giveaways for crowd interaction
But most importantly, consider that there needs to be a reason for biggas to take a chance on a new vendor. Whether that be from intro deals or offering something that no one else has on the market, up to you. Just try to be unique and A NICE PERSON. take a look at a new vendor called Terp Whore. their marketing strategy is an object lesson in what not to do.

We started in December 2025, still quite new, but we found that giving out samples and people just paying for the postage helped our store grow. We did it for 2 weeks, and this helped to get the reviews.

Hi, just a couple of things needed, have products sent on time and get quality stock only. Have it tested/smoked yourself, avoid anything terp sprayed. Communication if things go wrong is always appreciated. That's it really. Building trust on here can be hard as the above mentioned isn't followed by all. The only probs I have had is vendors disappearing while I've ordered and having bad weed sent out and being told it's fine.

I recently ordered off someone and it never came so I contacted them and they told me to wait 2 weeks so I did and then after 2 weeks it still didn’t come so I texted them and they never replied so I opened a dispute but they still wont answer after disputing, what do I do??
You joined last month, ALREADY had something not turn up (?!) and you've made the mistake of saying the buyer won't respond to the dispute in your title, but you're the buyer. Let the dispute fly, as it's based on reputation. I'm kinda getting now why the site has implemented this new thing with disputes. Are things like this people who know the system taking the piss with new accounts, as I'd have had no clue how to do this within the first few months of signing up, and I'm pretty tech savvy?

Name the vendor, might give more clarity. I got a *fraud* stamp on my original account for a genuine dispute with sayno2drugs, 6 dispute in 75 orders but I'm fraudulent apparently. I know there are some clear scammers out there with 33%+ disputes but throwing accusations is petulant and not helpful.

Hello everyone, I have a very strange buyer who keeps harassing me with nonsensical messages, including cake recipes, even though I never asked for any. I’m just a simple shop that treats buyers like patients. Later, I informed them that their order would be sent on a previously given date, there was no issue, but then they lost it and started threatening to open a dispute for no reason and to leave a bad review for no reason as well. They also insulted my partner at … I don’t know what to do. I have all the evidence in a folder. I contacted Happy Borg but got no response, so I’m posting here. Thanks everyone for your help!
The best piece of advice is- ignore it and don't take the bait. Ghost it completely. There are no shortage of basement warriors and idiots on here.

Thank you for your advice, you’re absolutely right. I was seriously thinking about ignoring it. But when he threatens to open a dispute and leave a bad review, I understand why he’s targeting my shop :'(. I’m not a veteran of LB; I’m just trying my best to offer the best products. Even at this level, I don’t know if this will affect the image of my small shop. I need to give him a pickup code so he can collect his order, but with all these threats, I fear he might abuse the LB system and take advantage to get my products for free. I ordered something from from a sellsr i have used prior, even discussed the importance of it reaching and their stock before purchasing yet i recieved flower and not hash! Hash is alot more expensive. I am not going to say the vendore i will give a chance for them to resolve however if they dont anyone know my options?
Unless it's discussed with you beforehand then any substitution (unless, somehow, it's even better than you'd ordered and it fitted with the potential medical need you'd ordered it for) is completely unacceptable in my opinion. Anyone could send you anything, if that was alright. Dispute and they'll get in touch almost immediately to sort it out, in my limited experience.

What do they want an image of? The fact that it's weed not hash? Sounds weird. You can't send photos via PM/DM so posting to an image hosting service then sending a link is definitely a thing, but I don't see how that's relevant here.
If you are unable to resolve with the vendor, you can raise a dispute, click on the order and the dispute button is there.
Quick update ! It seems a vendor has sent me a whole ounce by accident as i have got my original package aswell! Pistach was my vendor and very quick yo try and resolve so im happy. Looks like its my lucky day !!!

Hi there. Two weeks ago I purchased an item, which was marked as "sent" shortly after. I had asked for the tracking code, but the seller has been quite unresponsive for a good number of days despite the reminders.
Now, 10 days since the supposed shipment, I managed to have the code, and it turns out the package actually has been in transit for... just a day?? No idea why it has been notified as "sent" all this time.
It was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days and instead it has been dispatched pretty much the same day I would be able to open a dispute.
Apparently it's on its way now, but it'll take literally a month to arrive since the time of purchase, and at this point I'm not even 100% sure about its content, lol. I don't even know if I'll be home when it's delivered, since I'll be on holiday leave soon, and this is messing with my plans.
Whatever issue occurred, I think I should have been warned about such a hefty delay. Is a very late shipment/delivery a good enough reason for a dispute though?

The ultimate warning can only come from your review. That (and only that) is what will prevent the next bigga from experiencing this.
That is a long time to wait, I do see some sellers say they mark as sent when they are away/on holiday but they usually put a post up about it making you aware. They could have gone away and just marked as sent and sent when they returned but you should of been told. Hope you receive your package soon 🤞
This means they're probably keeping addresses as they're deleted 24 hours after any item is marked as sent. Or, they labelled your package, then kept it until you could dispute...?
Then I'd just put it down to people sometimes messing things up and either move on to another vendor, or give them a chance to redeem themselves.

I think you wait till the dispute date and it automatically gets settled. If you look on your order page it should give you a date. But I could be wrong not done it myself just have to go by what you read on here. Best of luck

I started a dispute against a seller who’s account was “non accessible” (I only realised the status of his account after I entered the dispute) after looking through topics to see what had happened i realised the seller had gone rouge, so didn’t see the point and cancelled my dispute.
I received a messaged from Borg stating my rating would not be effected but I now have a 3.4% dispute on my account? Seems unfair considering I took the hit my end and ended dispute before any action could be taken.

If the seller was labelled as fraud or disappeared we can sort this for you love, send us a message with the order id.
Absolutely. I've had enough of this too. Why should an honest customer, who has been ripped off and let's call a fraud a fraud. It is just theft, plain and simple (and so pointless but the gamble is you're put off from doing what you should by this nonsense) - how can a seller can click the 'sent' button without providing any proof of dispatch whatsoever and the buyer just has to accept that. And when we do what is prescribed by LB, i.e. make a dispute because we have not received what we've paid for, it is the buyer who is punished and has their reputation destroyed. TOTAL AND UTTER NONSENSE! The powers that be have got this completely wrong. No other words. It needs correcting otherwise it is the beginning of the end. I have made dozens and dozens of purchases, most absolutely fine. In over a year I have disputed once because I did not receive anything and my reputation as a buyer is destroyed. Bollocks.

The dispute time window is shown at the top of your order page. If it has expired then you are out of process but there is still a way to register a late dispute.
Go to the vendors page and start a new topic with the title 'Request Late Dispute'. In the text box put:
Todays date.
Order date.
Order number.
Reason for dispute.
The borgs will pick it up from there.

Cheap introductory offers - never arrived and plenty of biggas got played.
I was tempted to log my first ever dispute but it sounded like this would go on my file.
I suspect people who raise disputes all the time get flagged.
In the end I didn't do it because the amount was tiny i.e 10$.
Maybe you can shed some extra light on the whole dispute process.

I have no idea why Biggas get so hung up about raising disputes. There is no stigma attached to it, the system is there to be used and we all pay for it through the site fees.
Sure the algorythm will record your % disputes vs buys as an indicator of your overall reputation but so what? In reality the very best Biggas ie those with the most buys are statistically more likely to eventually have disputes simply becase they are buying the most gear. The system detects rogue buyers ie those who join just to try and rip off a few purchases, not to penalise long term Biggas.
Reputation can effect % pay out for a refund which again is designed to effect rogue buyers. It won't effect someone with 50 or 100 buys and 2 disputes.
As thejackal says, where a vendor goes rogue (ie does an exit scam) then escrow will pay out 100% to every disputer without those being recorded.

Sounds like something specifically made so people don't dispute mate. You can see my stats so can see I have a dispute. It's had no influence on any vendors interacting with me. It's all automated, and no-one has any input.

Its not a glitch Polly its an "update" according the the cleanup borg, no longer is the best course of action to open a dispute and close it later when the issue is resolved because now all disputes are recorded regardless of outcome we have pleaded with them on their post and in multiple messages all to no reply :(

if this potential dispute is against High Society u need to log that late dispute request ( following instructions from Polly) .. it will show on profile during the dispute but as High Society is "fraud suspected" u will win 100% refund and no dispute marker will b on profile (fraud suspected vendor disputes do not stick on profile) .. hope this helps ps I won my dispute last night against said vendor and my profile is now dispute free 😁

Any recommendations would be welcome, I really don’t want some low quality hay smelling smoke that is available in abundance in my area.
I have also found a suspicious white substance on the dawg in my area i cant say exactly what it is but 1g comes looking like .4 and it’s visibly white and grainy anyone know what this could be?

Also relatively new. Sign up. Get a bitcoin wallet ( only way to pay and guarantee payment is on site). I always pay through site. I just try a vendor after checking reviews and how they deal with issues then trust the weed gods are smiling on you. Try Half oz. Remember you mainly get what you pay for and priced in dollars so cheaper than it looks. So far I have good experience with Pistach, Spacemen and Spliffellas with Organicorigin shipping as well speak. Hope this gets you started.

Trying to be a bit more discreet and order to a pickup locker so that I can go out and get it rather than have it delivered to my house.
I think you need to supply an email address and phone number of the recipient to Inpost to allow them to unlock the locker, and this info would be blocked by LB, so unfortunately I don't think it is currently a viable option for use here. Not sure about the Royal Mail lockers, but less of them around as far as I can see. Would be great to be able to use lockers for deliveries.
If this is the case 1000% don't do this. Looked into getting a PO Box ages ago and there are too many ID linkages so it's not a great idea.
Do you know how I would set up a delivery so that it goes straight to the parcel locker?
As far as im aware, the seller would have to send it to RM locker, which may have security implications.

We don't know about the Royal Mail lockers but we have researched InPost in the past and from what we understood its only for sites like Ebay or Etsy where you can select it at the checkout like on Amazon when you change your address to the lockers so InPost is no use to any of us on LB but the Royal Mail lockers might be worth researching although we imagine they are something similar to the Amazon ones just for Ebay or something again or they would have us and every other vendor using the majority of the lockers in the UK :)

Got some orders stuck in transit which is annoying, can anything be done other then getting a seller to send a replacement? Cuz I don't want the replacement to be stuck in transit either
This happened to me previously, they offered to send to a different address if I had one or they would send a refund. I didn't have another address to use so got a refund from the seller instead
I have never considered other couriers for shipping, do you know of any vendors who don't use Royal mail, or offer alternatives as well as Royal Mail?

this happens to me quite often on here because I send pics in dms i guess the site thinks im spamming? never an issue from opera browser but edge and chrome are a nightmare for me for some reason
I can't either. I think it depends what device you use for example a phone laptop or desktop as it seems some people can and others can't.

If you're using a VPN maybe not... But when you go through the normal web it always seems to know in in UK. I just load the items and select UK
Id always recommend a vpn when doing anything like this.

Did they do it the correct way by adding a custom order for you on the store page and then you clicking to buy?

I place an order yesterday, around midday, sent the payment, payment was confirmed on the Transaxe page, but the LB order page still says "Unpaid".
Are there any current back-end issues that could be causing this? Or, less likely but more concerning, did LB give me the wrong wallet page to send the payment to?
Never had an order go this way in the last year on the platform and the vendor hasn't gotten to my message yet yet so hoped reaching out to the community may provide some reassurance or information.

Anyway I have exactly the same issue right now with a long time trusted vendor so hopefully they'll get bk to me soon.
My advice, sit tight for a lil while and see if it get delivered within the timeframe. If not, see if they get bk and if neither of those happen i guess you could try n dispute cos of technical issues with cryptonic. Usually it works out but anything is possible to just wait and see!

did the btc price go down around the time of the order? sometimes if the price drops during the order process it messes up on the biggy side. we've had a few show unpaid when buyers have sent it to transaxe but it showed up as paid after 24 hours. hopefully this is what will happen with yours

Had exactly the same thing last night on a GreenCat order, first time its happened. As others have mentioned might be a currency fluctuation thing or potentially backend issue here. Actually relieved to see it seems to be an all round issue..I'm keeping the order live regardless as unpaid i'd suggest you keep at least the order no. and your transaction ID to hand and let vendor know. Hopefully we all get sorted.

well same problem with my order from yesterday. I did contact vendor too but I don't think they receive anything until payment has been processed by LB and order's been marked as paid..

Trying to pay for my first purchase of the NY but I am now faced with extra layer of admin asking for recipients name/destination type/providers exchange. I previously paid using either Uphold/Bitpay apps on my phone. Is there a way I can continue to pay that circumvents the new requirements? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
I use uphold, setup your own wallet and send from uphold to that and then from your wallet to LB. When sending on uphold you just enter that you own the address and give them the name of the wallet provider. So for me that is Exodus. I them mark it as "moving funds to my non-custodial wallet" and i have never had any issues so far.

MightyRux is correct this is mainly for people moving crypto into fiat and using it as an investment as long as you dont do that and only use it for online purchases then the taxman cant do much ,though i would imagine the vendors might be affected by this when they try to change it back into fiat.
Bitpanda have now updated their requirements but it doesn’t make any actual difference. I put my own name as the recipient and then tick the box for self hosted wallet. Still not a problem.
I do this as well, however, I am concerned that I may have a nasty surprise, one day, from the customs/tax dept. I have no idea if this may happen but is is a constant concern in the back of my head.
As long as you lose money (which seems the default position whenever I add funds to my wallet), then it shouldn't be an issue. Do not interact with the tax authorities in any way as they're dicks, and not reasonable in the slightest. Make them do all the work.

How much does little biggy take when I make a purchase, I've tried sending extra but the majority of the time it isn't enough to cover products and cost?
Because whatever service you're using to purchase and send btc is charging you a fee. Bugger all to do with LB. I've attached an example.
LB doesn't take any amount from your purchase ... it sounds like u could b having an issue with network fees possibly

When I go to place my order as usual (same login/same browser/same laptop), I now get the error message Field Required under all categories in the address form - even though they have been entered. If I refresh and try again I get the message An Error Has Occurred. Have deleted cart and tried several times - with different sellers even - but the problem remains. Any and all help gratefully received.

At the bottom of the text box you have the option to add a web link or local image. Click local image and it gives you options to browse/select your image.
I can see those buttons when creating this post, but what about when sending a private message to a vendor - is there any way to attach an image to that?

I’ve been away for a while, just need some advice please. I saw the thing about Biggy Index, so placed an order with Gentlemen Dealers there. Saw the payment Pending, then Received so I closed the window, but it was in private browsing so it is not in my history.
No new order showing up on main site where I am logged in, so no chat confirming order, tracking number etc. I am not concerned about Gentlemen Dealers who have always been sound, but not sure how to check order is all OK. They normally don’t confirm until the evening. Will that message still come through to the main site? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

There has a been some users having problems. I have had an order flagged as unpaid ( check that) even though I did pay.
The vendor rightly won't send anything until payment is marked as received. Or there could be shenagins.

I put through an order last night via Coinbase, the transfer shows and completed and the order showed as paid last night. No trace of the order this morning and vendor has no trace of it either... Anyone have any ideas what to do? Used LB about 3 years ago and had no issues and know how to order, etc. Seems this has been mentioned a few times?
Figured it out for anyone else. The order at auto cancelled after payment confirmation, go to your browser history and find the order page for refund status and message refund borg

I just made a purchase but forgot to log into my account when doing so (I didn't know you could do that), I only realised after paying. Could this be an issue? I still have the transaxe page open, but am not sure what to do.
If you are using a browser that logs your history then find the order page at transaxe.com in your history > click on the Order ID > log in.
Or message Transaxe Support through the link i attached, send them the Bitcoin address you sent your Bitcoin to and they'll help.

I've done the same thing! I got the order ID from transaxe but what do i do with it? When I go into orders it just shows me old ones and I can't find a button to add a new one!

No, you can't send it back to them. Oddly enough, the return address won't actually be related to the vendor...
If they sent you some random strain that you didn't order, and don't respond to queries, then raise a dispute when you can. This seems to be happening more and more. Who thinks it's reasonable to send a different strain when that's not what's been ordered?! Sort it out. It's completely unacceptable, and I'd dispute too.

Also i messages magic vape yesterday giving them the first chance to sort this out with me before I started making topics cant be bothered with the drama just want what I pay for nothing more nothing less!
The ideal resolution of a dispute is that it doesn't go to the end, and it's amicably resolved beforehand. It's amazing how a dispute focuses someone to actually respond to you though.

Thanks for replying mightyrux. I honestly thought I was going mad mate. I will name the vendor "MAGIC VAPE". If you look at the shake menu they have, the "skittles and star dawg" are pennies. The first wedding shake was soo good I couldnt rate it any higher but the fact they have sent what I think is the skittles has just complete ruined my trust on any vendor on here now.
Realistically, they should have messaged you before subbing the order, to give you a chance to cancel. This is on the vendor.
This has happened to me like 2/3 times over 100s of orders it’s very rare, you can message the seller they will most likely just reship you the item for free or if you can’t come to an agreement you just dispute the order and it WILL be refunded as long as your clearly not disputing all the time with different sellers

Trouble being that the vendor will sometimes be awkward even tho they know they have sent out something different. Damn even when the weed has clearly been sprayed or is dead they still say it's fine and to look at the reviews. I've had issues lately. Funny how the item was removed immediately however they say the weed is fine !!!!
That's what escrow and the dispute process on here is for. Vendors who repeatedly do this won't last long on here, if buyers use the system correctly.

An order we received showed up as 'anonymous' this must have been the reason then I guess!

Were you logged in at the time? Common mistake. Done it myself. If so message the seller and explain. If you can check your internet history you may find the order page with transaction id.

I ordered sativa shake and was sent an indica strain instead with a note saying they were out of what I ordered. No communication about it beforehand to ask if that was okay. And they aren't replying now.

Raise a dispute in 9 days post shipping. If you get something that you haven't ordered without any communication then you haven't received what you ordered. People can't just send you anything at all when you order something specific, and I have no idea why vendors think it's acceptable.
Is there any way to get an actual human at LB to weigh in on the dispute? It says it's all done by 'algorithm', means seems unfair as an occasional buyer who won't have built up much presence on the site. And they have finally replied now that I've raised a dispute and clearly admitted they sent the wrong thing but are just expecting me to end the dispute because they say they sent a higher grade of shake and I should accept it
There's no way to influence the process, unfortunately. Don't end any dispute until it's resolved to your satisfaction. It's not the substitution that I'd have issues with per se, it's the lack of communication beforehand, and especially the expectation of accepting it after being called on it.

Yes, but it's best practice to send from there to a non-KYC wallet like Exodus then send on. Will cost you a few quid more to do.
KYC is Know Your Customer. It's an international anti money laundering thing which the majority of exchanges are signed up with. KYC requires passport, address and phone number information for verification before purchasing. If you then send it to a non-KYC wallet, then to another, then you have additional layers of protection (hopefully...)
I bought more bitcoin and sent it from coinbase and not my wallet but I haven't put my address in ffs. I'm so had at this sort of thing

It has come together nicely, and is jam packed with features to make using LB and finding items much easier, and more pleasant in a modern UI.
I'll keep the feature list brief since there's just too many to mention:
- Browse items by category, as well as other filters.
- All items/sellers contained in a one page app with easy navigation.
- See when an item was created or last updated
- Ability to exclude sellers from list
- Super fast! (In comparison to LB)
- See the latest reviews for all items site-wide
- "All sellers" list which has an overview of seller feedback. (based on reviews seen by the indexer)
- Dark/Light mode
- Disable gifs
- More price information, such as cost per gram and clear shipping costs.

I need to set up a late dispute for an order that never reached me. Vendor has been responding for a while but stopped when it was time to refund. If I visit my inbox however - to my shock - none of the recent exchanges with this vendor appear. The order details (which I shared several times with the vendor trying to sort a nightmarish order) are also gone and no - not enough time has passed for these details to auto-delete. Not sure what do to as the vendor (whose page I manage to find again) is not responding now...
DM this post to Clean Up Borg and see if they can help.
It seems very strange. Chats will delete if a person is banned completely or when the thread times out and similarly orders will only delete after a set time but you say none of these apply.
You only need the order number and date to post a Late Dispute. Is there any chance you could find the original order page in your browser history?

vendor also complain about all message thread disappearing... I will try but I doubt I will be able to retrieve order number. Vendor seems cooperative though, hopefully they will refund.

In dispute with a seller (for UK) over lack of delivery and tracking details provided. While in dispute they have said they need full address to track package. I have asked which carrier they are using as this is not something I have heard before. Sent part of address to see it it would help with searching as I would have thought trackin num would be with order num. Thoughts? Should I just provide full address via chat.
The address gets deleted, so it's a red flag if vendors retain your address. Presumably this one hasn't, hence the request? Surely postcode should be sufficient for searching though?
Yeah I provided house number and last digits of post code as I assumed that would be enough - asked them if they are retaining whole addresses too. They are not answering the question of who they used to post either. Not sure what my best course of action is to strengthen my dispute.

You can't stengthen a dispute and you can't dispute over tracking information being withheld. You will need to provide the full postcode if you want the tracking checked as addresses given with the order self delete. You are simply disputing because the goods failed to arrive. If they arrive subsequently you can click 'resolve' to cancel the dispute.
I am not, I am disputing as no goods or tracking was provided despite being said to have tracking for postage. I provided post code and am not hearing back so going to have to let the dispute play out now. Nothing has arrived and no correspondence has come from seller. I know someone else who has ordered from the same seller and has done the same thing so clearly a fraud.

I've received nothing and the seller (HempLady) has been ghosting me for months... what can I do to get a full refund? As its so unfair to lose ANY of my money while she's out here scamming people

Just disputed a purchase as it never arrived and there is no communication from the seller after numerous messages or even a tracking link once address has been provided. He has been on messenger since I have messaged him and still no reply. I just disputed the charge and the borg said that algorithmic recompensation based on rep level will happen on the 3rd of January but could someone explain what this means? Is there a chance I do not get all my money back? Is there a way I can speed this up since the seller is completely radio silent? Thanks so much for your help :)
Same happened to me if you haven’t had no other disputes you will more than likely get your money back but takes about a month unless the seller refunds first if not lb will refund just make sure to send the Borg ur wallet address when asked as it won’t just automatically go back to your wallet
How long did you wait for the order? The time really varies on sellers and some sellers can take 2 weeks before shipping your order. But it will most likely land

Its Xmas and RM can take an age during this time. Ive had packages stuck with RM for a week or so before theyve moved. Just seem to get stuck then move on. You cant speed the process up. Hopefully the seller will now get in contact to help resolve.

If you've supplied an address then you'll get your refund normally in 3-4 days. Its probably too late to change the address.

There is no button to discpute, i ordered it on the second and paid on the second, no dispute button has appreared, recieved the wrong order as it is completely different, ordered capsules and got shrooms
9 days from shipped date, not payment date, so tomorrow. HOWEVER, you received a delivery, have you contacted vendor explaining you received the wrong items? Always contact vendor first in cases like this. You've not been fucked over, so unless the vendor told you to get stuffed, not sure why you want to dispute.
Yes received the parcel, however the vendor has been radio silent for 3 days but been online, I paid for quicker delivery which turned out to be 9 day shipping, I dont particularly want to dispute however it’s been 3 days since I’ve heard anything
Calm down, it’s timed exactly so can be 10 days before the tab appears.The dispute time window is shown at the top of the order page.Opening a dispute creates a new 16 day window so there is plenty of time and no panic…

Hi folks. Just a quick query. Is it permissible to dispute if the flower received is of such a low quality, unhealthy even. Is entirely different to what was advertised and genuinely looks like/ actually is some hemp with added terpenes. Came out damp from added terp & now is hardening/drying. Burns weird in vape and just makes me cough when used by any other means. I don't have any disputes on my acc but really feel the vendor is not being genuine in offering such a product with pics entirely different to the product received. thanks in advance

I don’t understand how he can be the only customer out of 50 sales of this product to make such wild false accusations about my product. If what he was saying was true there is no way it wouldn’t reflect on my reviews. I welcome his dispute as any mod/admin will see my reviews and know he is talking bullshit.
Also, his order is from 21st of November. And he messages me 15 days later one day before escrow closes to start a dispute. Vendors be aware before you accept an order off this character.
Opening the dispute simply creates a new 16 day time window hopefully for you both to resolve it. If this happens then the buyer cancels the dispute by clicking 'resolve' and it goes away. If not auto-settlement borg resolves it. There are no facts or evidence considered although the settlement is based on the 'reputation' of both parties....
Good thing most customers are honest unlike this chancer who has run out of smoke the last day of escrow and dying for a joint LOL down bad attempt at blackmailing for free green.

Yeah it can be hard on vendors. If a buyer thinks the weed is bad they should contact the vendor immediately. It makes no sense in any respect to wait two weeks on a quality issue especially if as they claim it’s a serious one.
The same customer is now pulling the same scam on us.
They ordered an oz of berries & Cream on offer for $125+$50 shipping.
Complained that the strain is ‘weak’ which is a type of feedback we have never had before.
I offered a generous gesture of goodwill of $50 refund, or $75 store credit.
They completely ignored our message and hit dispute 10 days after already receiving their order.
They refuse to communicate because the admins keep letting them get away with fake disputes.

I also want to state he received a reply at 14:17, 70 mins after his complaint. We are always online and reachable unlike other vendors. So there is really no excuse for the lack of contact until the last minute.

Your assumption is incorrect. I was looking for your information for record keeping and so I can investigate the supposed problem. Hard to investigate something that happened nearly 3 weeks ago now but. The algorithm bot shall decide. If it rules in your favour I am seriously reconsidering doing business on this site. We pay 10% on every transaction and patiently wait 16 days for funds even after buyer has left 10/10 review. the least somebody could do is manually review the situation. Combine that with timeline and topic and my pov might start to make more sense to you.

A prepared person makes a topic like that, checks their position. I have zero disputes against any other vendor. This is the only time a vendor has sent me a product of such low quality. That's equally a major red flag. Also the photos of the product bore no resemblance to the product received. Another major red flag

I did it once and tbh the latest order was terrible - different vendor - tiny hard buds that burn harshly. What gets me is all the 10/10 reviews you see on some of this shite

u are best having your own external wallet and send BTC to lb from there .. I purchase on coinbase and send to my atomic wallet .. then send the coin to lb from there ( that way the exchange only ever see's u sending to yourself ) .. hope that might assist 😎
This is excellent advice. Get a non-KYC wallet like Exodus, and tell the exchange you're sending it to yourself. It'll cost a few more quid in fees to then send on, but you're putting a layer between the purchase/transfer at least.
its just to remove any sort of indetifier to yourself. for example i would use a non kyc exchange for the initial transaction via tor then have it sent to my wallet on tails OS which is very anonymous. this way nobody has a copy of my driving license or passport. theres no middleman force closing my account because of suspicious activity etc a la coinb ase. i just like to be fully in control of the process without any vulnerable information being stored on some dodgy server

As others have mentioned. I use blue wallet. Then I use the ramp network to buy and send bitcoin (will need ID to verify though). Ramp has been the cheapest way I've found. Revolut use ramp but you can also go to ramp themselves.
I may as well get universal credit to send directly to my exodus. Not proud. But true.

Should an extract crystallise and block a puffco peak with just one use? Never ever experienced this with any extract before. Can’t use the rig again after using the extract without stripping and cleaning it because the air vent becomes so clogged it won’t pass air through.

I live in France. When I log on as located in France, items from most of vendors are not visible anymore.
I have ordered from Dr Distillate many times, he is very good and delivers to my country, however he does not have any weed.
So I have two questions:
- Could you recommend me a good vendor that have buds and delivers to France?
- Some other vendors, like TGD, say they do deliver to France, but still, if I choose France as a country, I won't be able to see any of their items. Could someone tell me how to order from them then?

Don’t panic. Message help bot with you payment numbers and they can give you your order number. Takes a couple of days. Most will just send anyway and should confirm if you message them directly. Done this myself…

If you can navigate back to your order on your browser you can log in on the order page and link it to your account.

sounds like you werent logged in, its not a big deal as many orders are made this way. but you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to

Hi davro1975👍. As far as I'm aware 🤔 your funds should be with Transxe. With your order details. Keep in contact with the vendor you ordered from. If your order messed up. Don't worry you should get a full refund. Mite take a few days I'm not sure. Its never happened to me. So im not 💯% of everything.also keep a reference of your order number just incase.Good luck 🤞

Seller clicked on cancel by mistake, yesterday morning.
I didn't know this at the time, first thing I saw was when I logged in this afto,
a message from refund borg saying send wallet address for a refund,
So i gave my wallet address, later on I messaged seller asking if he was out of stock. Gets back to me just now explaining it's been marked as canceled by mistake.

I think pgp is just extra steps for no good reason. That's why I don't use it anyways. Kinda annoying when other markets force you to use it...

Blockchain.com photo id gold verified account and HBOS visa debit card.
Moving btc from a third party wallet to it is easy even from btc faucets as it is the father of them all and HBOS have no issue with you buying btc though visa will send you a passcode to your phone to complete purchase.(mastercard are paranoid idiots)
Once you have all the pieces in place no more problems might be worth looking into setting up for the future save you messing about with third party wallets.

You are not the first! Transaxe will have your money. Message them directly from your chats page including the address and date of order. They will find and refund.
I can confirm what Polly has said. I did the exact same thing last month and transaxe sorted me out.

I am sorry to hear that man. To be completely honest, my mistake was with the same vendor. I wrote them and I did not get any reply:( I saved my coins only thank to the people here on the forum. I do like the stuff from Pistach, they do their job, I always receive the parcel within 24h, but they do not communicate well, unfortunately. Which can be stressful for the new users especially. 120 is a load of money and lots of smoke and I really feel for you mate! I am still pretty new here, but having a great experience with The Spaceman for example, I would recommend them 100%. I would recommend Pistach too, just the comms are not what I would expect.

I have been using littlebiggy for a while now and not many complaints. Recently I had something replaced in an order and it came unsatisfactory and quite under for how much I paid (275 dollars). I have contacted refundborg but how much longer I have to wait is anyones guess it is taking a long while to get a reply. Is this normal?

I already have he convinced me to stop a dispute saying he'd pay me back and when I closed it he scarpered quick. Not good at all.
Dont close the dispute until thee reship has landed ive closed them before because they asked and then been ghosted since you cant reopen them

I'm new to this and I'm a little frustrated. I tried last week to buy from a vendor. It all went through ok, then 3 days later it was cancelled. Ive tried messaging the vendor but every message has been ignored. Ive inputted my info to get a refund. Thats not even gone through yet.

That is very unlucky, especially if you were using seasoned vendors. On the bright side, your coin is protected and you will get your money back. Let us know what you are trying to buy and perhaps we can give some firm recommendations.

People set up new accounts to slate vendors and make false disputes. All you need to do is contact the vendor first via messaging and have a chat about what you want to buy. They will let you know in advance if they will accept your order.

Dispute after 9 days, that'll get their attention and you'd be doing everyone else here a favor by the sound of it.
When they ask for your address to check tracking. Don’t do it. You will get a ban on commenting and won’t be able to post. I did get a 91% refund. Better than nothing. But Dr Tony Chopper wasn’t helpful. I will never use him again!

Hello, I’m new here and made my first order which was just a cart from dr Terpy. I made the order however it’s been over a week and it hasn’t been delievered. I’m aware Royal Mail can be slow but my friends who ordered from little biggy who live very close to me are getting their orders next day. So I reordered another cart from dr terpy again and it’s not come the next day. I know realistically this second cart could take 2-3 days but idk if it’s normal for this to happen?
What type of post did you select? Normal RM First Class can definitely take a week, Tracked 48 can be 5 days or longer, Tracked 24 3 days.
Check when it was marked Sent. If its tracked then ask Doc Terpy to check the tracking. After 9 days its unlikely to arrive and the dispute window opens on your order page to protect your coin.
Reach out to the Doc via messaging and he'll sort you out with a reship no doubt at that stage.

I used to live on the island back in the 90s. Great place for cheap booze and fags but getting anything to smoke was a real pain in the arse! Used to get bits and bobs but as you say, very expensive. Used to have to boof it when entering the island. Would even get checked leaving the feckn place! Only thing I can suggest is go down the medical route. Get a prescription and your weed will be delivered legally. Other than that - only use vendors who have experience getting packs into the Republic of Ireland, who are also notorious for stopping packs. I don’t live there so can’t recommend anyone but sure someone will be a long in a minute. There are a few vendors on here that deliver to Ireland and therefore may have success with Jersey.

They're not too strict anymore which is very fortunate, one of my mate's dad went to prison for half a gram of hash back in his day which is insane. Damn if only all the booze was still duty free that would be incredible, buying something like liquor from a shop isn't too expensive it's just the bars and pubs, there's only one club left and the prices there are insane a cocktail can cost over 20 quid. Well when I had some weed stopped that was sent to my house I had to go to an interrogation, I managed to convince them I was trying to get cbd products and they told me next time it would be my door which is why I don't ship it to my house anymore. Found myself in this exact situation and am unsure what to do (messaged vendor and awaiting reply) but obviously its not like amazon where i can send it back, nor do i have the funds to pay for it (right now at least).

So Popeyez sent me a parcel because the previous one seemed to be lost..and in the end they both arrived, the first one a long time later. Paid once.
But I loved the guys at Popeyez and did send the bucks to their btc address.

You can only use normal Coinbase to receive your refund.
Search for Bitcoin in the search bar in Coinbase > click on it > click receive > you will get your Bitcoin address there > send it to refund borg

Trying to place any order, when I go to pay I get an error saying “internal error occurred”. This happening to anybody else?
I think somethings going on with transaxe because when I try to load the website it says "421 misdirected request". I could be wrong in thinking that the errors are linked, but I've never seen that message in my 2+ years using transaxe

Don't know if it applies in your case, but it takes a while for the dispute process to get started and complete. Keep checking back once you get the dispute started.

Open vendors page and open a topic titled late dispute. for the text box put the date of the order, the order no and the reason for the dispute, reckon refund borg should get you from there. Best of luck ✌

Had a guy get a order and it’s not come through to my old wallet so I’ve made new one it’s not come through it says the customers definitely sent it but not received anywhere in anything I’ve got the order number I’ll still send the customer the stuff tomorrow but don’t make sense where it’s gone and also yesterday I come on here and it said unable to send messages at all I’m new to this app could do with some pointers and help please be appreciated and I’ll sort you some free stuff for help

I've ordered off a vendor on the 23rd of July. I haven't received what I purchased and no messages off the seller only asking me to review the order which must of been an automated message to me .
Have you messaged the vendor explaining this?
If you haven’t then I would at least try that. If they don’t respond or you think they’re just not bothered then take it up with transaxe support and they will get you a refund.

Sorry to hear this is your first order on lb. Don’t be put off. My advice on picking a vendor. Go off the ones with overall good genuine and recent reviews. I’ve never went wrong in that sense.

Hit the dispute button after 9 days, you should get a 100% refund in this case.
After the dispute is resolved you'll get a message here from Refund Borg asking for a Bitcoin address to receive the refund to.

After a transaction being cancelled for a postage error (I’m on a lot of medication) day before yesterday and some v rude & unnecessarily aggressive comms from the vendor I asked refund borg for refund with address etc - but nothing. Anyone know if I can do anything else? I’m fairly unwell and wanted vapes in ready for treatment this week but obvs that hasn’t happened and I can’t afford more till refund.
Hi, sorry to hear about your problems. Did refund Borg actually come back to you? If they have asked you for a wallet address to send your coin to then, yes that will happen within a couple of days. Normally the vendor will need to have confirmed the cancellation to them. I hope it gets sorted quickly.
Refund Borg normally takes 2-3 days for refund, can sometimes be longer, but as soon as they refund it you will have it back in your wallet.

You haven't said when this was but you probably need to file a Late Dispute:
Go to the vendors page and open a topic with the title Late Dispute. In the text put the date of the order, the order number and the reason for the dispute- "Order never received"
Refund Borg will pick it up from there.

Message Refund Borg direct from your Chats page. TBH they are probably a little confused! Let them know you have posted a Late Dispute request on the vendors page but had no response. You don't need to mention the first order mix up if that dispute has been cancelled. Just give them the order number, date of order and reason ie order not received. Good luck...

I'm missing an order to sn2d from yesterday as well. Payment was received, I wrote a message to sn2d about my choice, now today there's nothing.
I just got a notice from the package carrier that my order is on the way, so sn2d must have trusted me enough to send it without waiting for Transaxe to sort things out. I'm happy.

Despite the current issues with TransAxe I just want to say thanks again to the LB team for even making this service possible. It might seem really annoying right now as you might've missed the shipping cut-off for your order yesterday, but just remember 10-15 years ago we couldn't have even dreamed of something like this even existing. It takes me more time to figure out what I definitely want to order and what I'm slightly less fussed about than it does for me to get the BTC, send it to my wallet and buy whatever my heart desires. And if you're not happy you can always get in touch with the seller and/or get a refund!
