TL;DR: Pistache is still good for low cost products, but awful for communication and sending on time. If you NEED to buy from him for the sake of the price, message and dispute the moment they seem to be ignoring you. It'll light a fire under their asses to sort it out ASAP, cause they'll just clear your item from their page so you can't review them fairly for their failure to send the item.

I've been buying from Pistache for a while now. At first, items were consistently sent and received within a day. I didn't understand why his reputation was so awful. As more orders passed, the one day average became 3. This wasnt a big deal, because the price and the quality of the stuff was still pretty worth it. My past two orders were the ones that made me commit to just spending a little more money with a different vendor who sends on time or tells you when something's gone wrong.

For my most recent purchase, I paid on the 15th and only received my items on the 30th, a few days after I started the dispute. No tracking number and no explanation for why it was so late. One of the bags had some really good shit in it, the other was basically half stems, but I assume whoever packaged it just wanted to get it out and didnt care about the quality.

This is the third time for me now where I’ve had to wait over a week, haven’t had a reply for 2 days now too :/

Anyone else waiting in a package?

Never been let down before so I’m hopeful Pistach will come through, but I’m disappointed this is the third time I’ve been waiting this long now :/

I have a feeling most of pistach menu is not in stock.
It’s really a roulette of what you will receive I feel like .
Old OOS menu items don’t get taken down. Waiting on pistachio response in messages

PISTACH sent an order sent message on the 23rd June with first class post, haven’t received anything by the 27th June so message them then they tell they haven’t actually sent it yet then apologies and says that it will posted that day, then come the 2nd July still nothing so I message again. On the 3rd July (today) they replied and once again they tell me they haven’t actually sent it yet. Again they claim it will be sent today with tracking this time and guess what I’ve had no tracking info and messages blanked. AVOID PISTACH!!!! They will lie and string you along other buyers are having the exact same problem with PISTACH.
